I used Complete for my furnace checkup two years ago; it's time for another checkup, so I scheduled one for this month, and asked for a quote on installing a heat pump as well. On the assigned day nobody showed up. A couple of hours after the appointment time I called and left a message, but no response. Called and emailed several times over the next week, but absolutely no response.
Not sure what's going on - maybe they're all out sick or the business has folded, but if not then with such poor customer service they deserve to go out of business! Very frustrated with Complete Mechanical's 'Complete' lack of response and cannot recommend them. If I ever manage to get in touch with them I'll update this post.

Had complete mechanical install my furnace few years back. Install went great worked well for a few years and ran into some minor issues not related to the install. Everytime I call them they are fast with responses and came out the same day to fix the issues which were in the winter months when I really needed the heat. All issues where taken care of and my furnace is working great. Tim and tanner have been the main people I have dealt with and are very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely reccomend them for installs and servicing.

I have relied on Tim from Complete Mechanical since I purchased my first home 8 years ago. I contacted them upon recommendation from a friend and I must say I have been happy with their service since day 1. My furnace is the original that was installed in the house when it was built in 97, so upon purchasing back in 2012 I already believed it was due to be replaced.
Complete Mechanical was honest and upfront from the beginning, they have kept my furnace serviced and running with annual check-ups. Regardless of which employee I have worked with they have always been courteous and timely. They did recently recommend a replacement for efficiency and energy savings, however they have been supportive of my decision to keep this furnace running until something major goes wrong.
I really appreciate the honesty and service provided by Tim and his crew. I highly recommend Complete Mechanical, in a world where cost doesn't always equate to quality I'd say Complete Mechanical delivers across the board.

I had a water dripping problem from a fairly newly installed split-head air conditioner. I had no confidence in the people who installed it -- slow response, half-complete tasks, etc. I called Complete Mechanical because they are Mitsubishi certified. They came out the next day. Tanner diagnosed the problem and fixed it -- involving a re-install of the head -- in under 3 hours and even complemented the previous installation on workmanship, other than the obvious problem. Tanner was thorough, polite, respectful, informative and even gave us a lesson on our unit. I will definitely call them again if I encounter any problems and would highly recommend Complete Mechanical for Mitsubishi installations and follow-up.

I called & they fit me in immediately, that was great, we were without heat and hot water for 5 days. The owner came out that day, he diagnosed the problem he ordered the part. So far so good. I decided to have them ship fast and agreed to pay for faster shipping. Two days later it had not showed so I looked online and found the same Navien circulation pump for 149.00, they were going to charge me 689.00 for the pump.
That blew my mind. Also they were going to charge 150-200 for fast shipping. I had it shipped overnight for 89.00. I understand charging a little extra for parts but that is BS.

After receiving quotes from 4 other companies, Tim spent several hours with us to pin down the HVAC sytem we needed for our house, finally settling on a sytem made up of an air handler with mini-splits (Mitsubishi's Diamond Comfort System). Our house has never been so comfortable. Tim, Chris, Tanner, and Benny were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to future contact.

I could not be happier with Chris at Complete Mechanical. He was methodical and skilled, and super easy to talk to about the problems we faced with a warehouse heater. If you want knowledgeable and reliable service for heating repair, Chris is seriously the best you could possibly hope for. Great family business and we will definitely use them in the future!

Super good job of removing and replacing our furnace and hot water tank as part of an AllState homeowners claim. Jason and Tanner were great. very good communicators and prompt service. Our American Polaris water heater stopped working one morning. Through the American manufacturer website, I found Tim's contact. We initially assumed that we would need to replace the unit given that it was 15 years old, but when chatting with Tim over the phone, there was a possibility that it could be repaired given that Polaris tanks are stainless steel and potentially could last longer than other tanks. Tim came out and diagnosed that unfortunately, the tank likely had a leak.
This was a new finding for him, and I appreciated his honesty and clarity with explaining the situation. He recommended us going with another company that had provided a quote for a replacement and told us that the quote was quite competitive. In fact, he asked us to forward the model number for our replacement, stating that if there is an unit that could replace the Polaris cheaper than he could, he would love to learn about it so that he could offer the same unit to other customers in the future!
Despite that we went with another company, Tim still patiently and graciously answered additional questions I had a week later about our new unit. I trust and value his expert opinion and candor when he feels comfortable with something versus not. He clearly has a lot of experience with boiler/residential heating systems, and I intend to reach out to him in the future for any maintenance for our new unit. Thank you Tim!

Summary: No show for a scheduled appointment, twice! Caused me to waste 2 days off. Details: I wanted to get a quote for installing a gas furnace and a heat pump. I called the company and scheduled an appointment. So far so good. I took a day off to wait for them to come. 15 minutes past the appointment time still nobody came, so I called them to make sure they had it on their schedule.
The reply was that they had the appointment on the schedule but they were busy with some other stuff and would not be able to make it. Fine, I thought. Things happens although I would expect at least a call beforehand so that I did not have to wait. We rescheduled an appointment for another day. I took a day off again and waited for them. Guess what?
Nobody showed up and I did not get any call. Conclusion: Terrible customer service, unreliable company. If they treat new business this way, I wonder how they treat existing customers who are more reluctant to switch to another contractor!

Tim came out to service our furnace before selling our home. He was thorough, quick, on time and gave us a ton of advice for maintenance and upgrades for our next home. He didn't try to up-sell us or have us do any unnecessary repairs. He also went into lengths about our air filter and his advice will save us money in the long run. Was such a pleasure working with him! Couldn't recommend a better local business. We will definitely call him for any future needs!

My neighbor recommended Tim and I had him install a new furnace and heat pump in 2004. I have called him for all heat/cooling needs since then and would not think of calling anyone else. He is prompt, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reasonable. I referred my daughter to him when she needed a new furnace and heat pump--she also thinks highly of him and when she moved to a new house and needed work done she called Tim.
