Ruslan and Dallas with MM Comfort were our installers and did a wonderful job. As stated above they were professional, courteous, on time and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them about their family and appreciated them going far and above what we expected. They not only repaired some shoddy work done by another installation company that put in our furnace, they also discovered a water leak under our house and offered some advice on how to repair it.

They stayed late moving our thermostat into a more convenient location for us even though it proved to be a huge pain! It helped us a ton having it moved. Truly excellent service and professionalism. Looking forward to using our new AC! Nice job fellas. Thanks again.

We needed to have a heat pump water heater (AC unit plus storage tank- SANCO 2) installed. After being turned down by numerous contractors, who claimed to be unable to install such a system, MM Comfort systems not only sent out a technician the next day, but Kyle proceeded to start the work on the project immediately. It was great to observe how he drew on his personal network when extra information was needed, since this was new technology for all of us. Adding a timer and thermostat to the circulation pump was genius and the entire system now runs beautifully. Thank you!

With higher temps and smoky skies becoming more common in the Seattle area, we decided to look into getting a heat pump for our house. We called several contractors, and were connected to MM Comfort Systems through Costco. Matt answered a ton of our questions and gave the rationale for his recommended installation, and the quote that followed was timely and reasonable.

The next installation window was a few months out (which was fine by us), and the work began and ended exactly on the dates predicted. Sam and Antonio were great installers to work with - respectful of our house, and careful to ensure that each installation (locations and routing) was acceptable to us. The electricians (another Sam, and another Matt if I recall correctly) were collaborative and efficient.

And Hannah and Jenah at the office have also been great - keeping us well informed on the schedule and arrival times and the permitting requirements, and completing the warranty registration for us! Very professional, very responsive, and we are very pleased that we chose MM Comfort Systems for our work.

I went through Costco to get an air conditioner added onto our house and the estimate process was very clear and I was able to sign an agreement for the whole install and components to be installed later once they all became available due to the supply chain issues, but did not need to pay anything until a couple weeks out from the install. We ended up needing to wait a few months more than expected (but we didn't need AC in the winter anyways).

It was easily scheduled once things became available though. On the day of the install Lamont & Qushawn arrived and were very professional during the process and answered any questions I had. Once it was all installed they walked me through all the details of the install and how to register the product to extend the warranty. They left everything clean and I had no complaints at all.

Both the city and L&I passed off the work as meeting all the requirements and code right away. We are so grateful to have AC added onto our system to prepare for the hotter and hotter summers experienced in Washington.

We got our AC installed by MM Comforts. It started with an initial consultation few months ago. The coordination from Hannah before and after the install was perfect. They were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. Their technicians Randy & Clinton did an awesome job. They took their time to make sure everything was installed properly.

They both took their time also to explain everything after the install to me and my husband about the furnace, the wirings, the AC unit and our Nest Thermostat. They left the work place and home spotless after they are done. Didn't leave any debris behind. I highly recommend going with MM Comforts.

I had a new furnace installed by MM Comfort, After getting many estimates I decided to go with MM Comfort because they are a local business and they provided me with not just one but three options for my new furnace needs with no sales pressure. Joe and Dallas were the two installers. They showed up on time, had a great sense of humor and did a very professional job. I highly recommend MM Comfort.

This company was great to work with installing our A/C from start to finish. Steve the rep was always available when we had a question and the installers, Ruslan and Dallas were professional, friendly and efficient. When we had to move the location of the AC unit at the last minute, Dallas jumped in and helped dig up a stubborn beast of a shrub. Installing the unit in the attic wasn't fun but they did it with humor and without complaint and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Great follow up by Hannah handling the permits. We didn't have to do anything! Would highly recommend this company.

My previous furnace is broken, and MM comfort system assist me with a new Carrier Infinity Furnace with Infinity Thermostat. The installer Ruslan & Scott came during a cold day (thumbs up), are professional and courtesy during the installation process. The furnace has been setup perfectly. Throughout the process, the MM comfort system is very responsive in responding to my inquiry and request.

We worked through Costco to get a quote from MM Comfort and had our furnace replaced and added the option for A/C in the future. The process from beginning to end was very efficient and pleasant. We worked with Tristan on our quote and he took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Isabel and Hannah were our contacts in the office who coordinated the installation and inspection - both were helpful and responsive.

I can't recall the names of the two men who did our install; however, they were also on time and very easy to work with. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend MM Comfort to anyone needing a heating/cooling solution.

We recently worked with MM Comfort Systems for a ductless air conditioning mini-split for our 3 story townhouse. The work started and completed on time. Mike and Devin consulted with us on location and positioning of each of the units, along with ensuring we could operate each unit before completing the work. Everything works and looks great. They even completed all the warranty paperwork for us. This exceeded my expectations!

Having AC installed by MM was an amazing experience. There was a fair amount of trouble getting the city to approve the permits (due to no fault from MM) and the company was patient and helped me understand my options as I worked through that process for months. When the install finally happened, the crew was professional, did great work, and explained the process to me when it was over. I'd gladly work with them again.

We recently had our furnace replaced by MM Comfort Systems, and they did a fantastic job, from walking us through all the options at the beginning, to communicating about the installation, to the installation itself. Our installers Randall & Clinton were really professional, friendly, and fast! And the whole MM team has been great about keeping us up-to-date on everything we need to do post-installation.

Drew & Jason did the professional install. These two worked hard getting the furnace up in the attic. They had to cut the access opening a little wider and they did a clean neat job and not tore up the access hole. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole ceiling but it was very minimal, just a touch up needed later. I had many questions about the system and they were very detailed with explaining it and how to operate the new system.

I even asked Jason to take a look at my gas fireplace for an opinion. Also, Drew explained to me what a heat pump was and what is was needed and used for. To summarize a long story, the two (Drew & Jason) did an excellent job with their craft. I went through the COSTCO program and MM Comfort Systems made it happen. I am liking my iComfort E30, I can monitor the house comfort anywhere in the world, while I'm out Snowboarding or Surfing! Mahalo and Thank You!

Also want to Thanks Hannah for doing the registration for me which gave me another 5 years of warranty time for the heating system. She also set up the post install inspection with City of Renton for me which only took about 10 minutes or less. Also, Tom Dempsey, who did the initial consultation, and explained thoroughly in detail to me the 3 different Lennox models that would suit my heating needs.

MM Comfort Systems installed a ductless mini split AC/heating system on my house and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install. Bob was extremely helpful early on in the process helping us decide what made the most sense for our home, helping us make high quality decisions throughout. Adam and Marc did an incredible job installing the entire system and we couldn't have been happier with their attention to detail. Highly recommend working with this company!

The estimator was excellent.thorough, informative and communicative. When I chose to go with MM Comfort System over the other three bids I received, I continued to have outstanding communication with the staff about scheduling, payments and answering my many questions. When the installation crew arrived, what was impressive was they got right to work.no coffee/chit-chat time.they were very hard-working, very responsible, and kept me updated about what they were doing and their progress.

After the job was completed, the office staff was so helpful, sending me information about inspections, completing the product registration for me and just being professional. Great job everyone!

The installation team made up for any shortcomings I had with the sales team. Tyler and Ryan did an awesome job on the installation. They showed up on time and were very professional. The finished product is the result of two guys who take pride in their work. MM did all of the hvac during the construction of my home this year so I was more than happy to have them come out for the installation of ac after some unexpected heat waves. Staff was very professional! They showed a desire to make sure the install was a good fit for our home and lifestyle. Specifically, they placed registers, thermostat and furnace where we wanted them and preserved all of our storage space in the attic.

MM Comfort systems worked with us to find the appropriate furnace and AC for our situations. No pressure, just did a great job of helping us get what we wanted. On the day it was to be installed, the person that was doing the install was right on time (no 4 hour window) to the minute.

I've had a great experience with MM Comfort. Had our furnace for about a year now, it has worked flawlessly. Just had the included 1-year check-up. Tyler was terrific and answered all of my questions and he checked and tuned the furnace.

Jeff G. is awesome. MM installed my furnace and did it perfectly. The city inspector was actually impressed with the work. We've had a couple of hiccups with the it since but the guys at MM have always done a great job, and have answered my questions with language I could understand.

MM Comfort came out in October and installed an AC unit. Very nice installer. Their electrician showed up and said that the electrical upgrade I'd paid for was insufficient. I needed more juice than the old box could provide.

I'm very happy with the job your company did. The techs were very knowledgeable and expedited things very well. Jonathon ran his crew very well and didn't have a single stumble. We were very impressed and happy with the courtesy, knowledge and professionalism of both the consultant and installer. The furnace and heat pump are excellent quality. The heat pump is very quiet. We noticed a quick improvement in air quality and comfort levels in our home. We are very pleased.

My furnace was installed without difficulty and that was fine. It was the service afterwards that was so poor. The installer made an appointment for the City of Kirkland to come and inspect the furnace.

Terrible service. They flooded my house, left it, and as of now been 3 weeks and can't get somebody out to clean up their mess. Bummer, I was quite hopeful, they seemed to be a company of character, boy was I wrong.
