We have used Greenwood Heating Services for many years. When our 13 year old furnace decided not to play nice, we called Greenwood. A technician arrived shortly after we called. After diagnosing the problem, it was determined a new furnace was necessary. Greenwood provided space heaters to tide us over until a new unit could be installed. Adam Houser, a Greenwood Comfort Specialist, came over on Friday to discuss options.

We decided on a new furnace and it was installed the next day, Saturday. Erik and Juan, the installation team, did a professional job and we had heat that evening. Greenwood Heating & Air Conditioning just wrapped up a 2 day installation, replacing our existing gas furnace with a new Trane heat pump and back up furnace. Jordan and Taylor were fantastic! They were on time, communicative, and a pleasure to have working in our home. We have worked with Greenwood since we've owned our home to provide annual maintenance to our old furnace. I hope we still have John back to provide maintenance on our new system. All of the techs we've worked with there are very professional and nice.

Sam is the best! We just had our furnace replaced today by Greenwood. The whole process was easy, streamlined, and quick. We received the proposal on 4/20/22 and the furnace was installed today. Sam, the lead installer was punctual, professionally explained the installation process, and his customer service was over the top. I work in the electronic/physical security service industry so I understand customer service. Sam and hIs crew were awesome.

I recently had Greenwood Heating remove my old oil furnace and replace it with a Trane Air Handler with outside Heat Pump. They also installed a new thermostat and cleaned the ventilation ducts. They also upgraded the existing power panel to a larger new model. I couldn't be happier with the installation. They were very professional in their approach, very fast and cleaned up after themselves, I didn't have to do a thing.

I'm sure I will get years of use from the equipment. The Trane equipment is so quiet, I don't even know they are running sometimes. I am very happy with the job that Greenwood Heating did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

For the past 2 days, we received excellent work from Taylor and Jordan. Both of these employees had an exceptional attitude, were great communicators, showed up on time with a willingness not just to get the job done, but to get it done right. We very much enjoyed having both of these 2 hardworking men at our home. They were professional, honest, experienced and were excellent at what they did.

I was so impressed by their hard word and dedication to doing a great job for us. Granted a new AC and Furnace is very expensive, but we strongly feel like this was money well spent and we received great value for our money. Both Jordan and Taylor were an absolute pleasure to have around and they worked extremely hard and are very good having the skills to install a very complex system. I was very impressed with both men and they did an outstanding job. Thanks, guys!

We recently had Greenwood Heating and Home Services install a new Trane heat pump and backup gas furnace. As our home was built in the 1950s, it has a lot of the idiosyncrasies of older homes and we wanted to make sure we went with a reputable company who we could rely on for not only a high quality professional installation but also for any needed maintenance for years to come.

After gathering several bids and researching companies and customer experiences, Greenwood kept coming up as the most solid choice and we're glad we went with them even though they were our most expensive bid. Alan was our sales agent, Matt Parent was our Project Manager, and Matthew Jaccoi was the lead on our installation team. Every person we worked with was professional and responsive. The work was very well-done and left the site clean when they were finished. We're enjoying the first week with the new system and would recommend Greenwood to others.

Greenwood Heating and Air can be summed up in one word: professional. From the moment we reached out for yearly routine service as new home owners walking us through A/C install, emergency repairs on our furnace, and even advising on electrical needs, we could not be more pleased with our experiences. Lori (the saleswoman) was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we shopped around for quotes and information for our new HVAC system.

Next came the install crew led by Jordan, who were on time everyday, extremely respectful and quick! When we had an issue related to the install, Jaeden Bond and Cameron provided great service within the day of the emergency call (Cameron even coming at 11p on a weekend, just hours after I called). We are so pleased with Greenwood and will not look to use anyone else!

We had Greenwood install a furnace and provide Annual Maintenance for many years now. They installed an air conditioner for us this week and as usual, they were top-notch. Kyle and his team were on time, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. High marks for their professionalism as well. They left the work area spotless at the end of the day and were much appreciated for their hard work on our behalf.

Greenwood Heating went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my furnace during the extreme low temperatures and snow recently. Due to supply chain issues, it looked like it would be a month before getting the required part, but they found one out of state and expedited the shipping and then their installation service. I am incredibly grateful for the way they did their very best to get my heat on in a very difficult time.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality bad experience. Greenwood installed a defective product and then left. This meant I had to open up the house another day for "unspecified repairs." based on Greenwood's actions to date. I do not recommend using it. Service: Install heating system

Thank you for getting our furnace operating again on such short notice. Micheal, your tech, was wonderful. He was professional, smart and willing to look into the problem until a solution was found. I also want to thank you for the text message telling us that Micheal was on his way. Being able to see his position, we knew actually who was coming and when to expect him. That was very helpful.

Could not have had a better experience. We had three bids for our job Greenwood came in best price but most of all best customer service we have experienced with any company. Recommend them highly. Based on multiple recommendations from friends, we engaged Greenwood to add a heat pump (for heating efficiency and also air conditioning) and air filtration (for forest fire smoke), and also to replace our furnace and thermostat. The consultant was outstanding, and the installers (from Everett, I believe) were outstanding. The work was only recently finished, but at this point we're totally satisfied with the job Greenwood did. All of the tradespeople were excellent.

Greenwood is great for their schedule and inspection, finding the problem. Their Tech works very efficiently. I recommend Greenwood to everyone who needs HVAC repairing.

Greenwood has been good to work with. Kyler did a great job helping us find a heating system and was able to accommodate our need for a slightly unusual layout. Nathan and his crew installed the system and were professional and thorough. They were confident, cheerful and very hard-working technicians. We chose a system with an XV19 Heat Pump and a TAM9 air-handler. It seems to be working fine, and it actually looks pretty cool, too!

We were charged over 300.00 for them to come out and look at our furnace because it was not blowing out warm air. The technician came out and said that the heat had come back on (it had briefly) so he did a maintenance and checked off something called the flame rod as fine. The heater stopped working again about 30 minutes after he left. I called them again and the front desk said they could come out again but it would cost me another 300.00 to fix what was supposed to be fixed in the first place. Asked for the service manager and he was out and said to leave a message and he would call us back. Waited 3 days and he never called. Had someone else come out and look at it and they immediately took out something called a flame stick that should have been cleaned during maintenance.

The person took out the flame stick, saw it was dirty and cleaned and replaced it and the furnace is now working fine. Trying to get hold of the Greenwood service manager twice now and got a message that he would call back. No call. Finally called my credit card company. To be continued but this has been a very stressful experience. I will continue this review after my credit card company disputes this claim and let you know if Greenwood works with us on this or not.

My credit card company called them and they agreed to a full refund. Ill give them more stars just for working with my credit card company. They did the right thing in the end. thanks

We cannot recommend Greenwood enough! They were very professional throughout the process. They serviced our old furnace and water heater, and installed our new furnace, heat pump, and tankless water heater. They did an amazing job, and prices beat out all of the other vendors in the area for comparable equipment and installation services. Their project management and installation teams were great to work with and kept us updated and informed on everything that needed to be done for our new installations. Also, their Services Membership plan makes it easy to keep our new equipment operating and up to date on all services as needed. Greenwood left us high and dry in a time of need. The day before my surgery, our tankless unit broke. We paid extra for someone to come out over the weekend, only to be told they "didn't have time" to replace our existing unit, but could find time if we upgraded to a $20k combination system. All we wanted was hot water and heat after surgery, but all these jerks wanted was an upsell.

You always remember who helps you out in a time of need - and who doesn't. Gave our money to another company that installed a new unit within 72 hours at a fraction of the cost. F these guys.

From the time I called to the completed repair of my home system was one day. The technician Al Velo was extremely competent. He diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed in record time. Having a supply of parts available I consider a smart way to operate. Thanks Al for the quick and outstanding discussion concerning my system and recommendation for the future. We hired Greenwood for both a ductless AC installation for three rooms in our home, and an update to our water heating system so it could used for both domestic hot water and radiant heating. Both systems were expertly installed over the course of two days. The price stayed the same throughout the project and the work was completed on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining the system and the changes being made.

The AC units are quiet and efficient, and the new tankless water heater is amazing. We finally get hot water upstairs without waiting several minutes or needing to turn on multiple taps! Very happy to be saving energy and water thanks to their work. Thank you Greenwood!

Greenwood installed the AC at our home in 2018 just after we purchased it and moved-in. It was quite expensive, around $9,000. For whatever reason they built it around the 20 year old furnace that came with the home. In January 2019 the inducer motor failed and I called Greenwood. A technician came out and said yep it's busted, but rather than repair it he pitched us on a new gas meter and possibly a new furnace to be installed the following month or something ridiculous like that when it was freezing cold.

That cost about $200 and I ended up repairing it myself for free as a neighbor happened to have a spare. So now the blower motor has failed just in time for the most epic heat wave ever and I just went with someone else this time. Getting a new furnace next week while admiring my super expensive AC that doesn't work at all. At least it'll be good to go for a couple decades once our new furnace is installed next week.

We had them out to replace our furnace and install central air they were efficient and professional. Only took 2 day instead of 3! Use them you won't be sorry great pnw company!

Over the years, it has been wonderful to have a trusting heating company for furnace service/maintenance and or replacement of Furnace and not have to worry! They also do water heaters and A/C with air filtration system for clean interior air quality. I have always been happy with Greenwood Heating!

Life is just easier when you surround yourself with quality. Greenwood represents the highest level of quality service. From our install 3 years ago to our annual service, they have been upfront, honest, fair and no-pressure in all our dealings. They provide a range of options to suit your budget and are more than happy to give away tips & tricks to optimize your systems. I've referred several other happy customers as well. All of them have been easy Greenwood converts. It's a family thing.

Greenwood installed three mini split heatpumps at our residence. The periodic warranty servicing has ever since been a pain: scheduling is difficult, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and good luck getting anyone to actually show up in time. Even on the day of service it is impossible to get an idea when anyone might come to do the job, as no attempt is made to keep to the promised times.

There is a reason you want the service to show up on time; the last thing we need is someone occupying our shower for hours rinsing off pump screens or operating loud equipment after the whole family gets home. Ironically Greenwood wants you to book months in advance. They just completely fail to deliver. Someone else will get our business next time.

Greenwood Heating came in to do a full duct cleaning. First, they sent out a text that said someone was on their way, and then the technician, Frej V. called me to tell me the time that he'd arrive. That sort of notification allowed me to work in the office in the morning, then head back for the appointment. Frej was super professional and friendly throughout the duration of the duct work, and he explained everything that he was doing. Afterwards, he showed before / after pictures, helped me re-calibrate the thermostat, and answered some general heating/AC questions. I was quite surprised at the amount of dust and debris that had accumulated over the years. Wish I had done this sooner!

We had a serious situation with our air conditioning unit in July. Upon calling GH&AC, the scheduler had someone out to our home the very next day. (already exceeding expectations) Quinten, our service technician, was amazing. He diagnosed our complex situation and offered several courses of action and meaningful advice. With further investigation, he found a critical area that could be fixed immediately that literally gave us at least a temporary fix during the hot summer.

When he could have left and had us do further clean up, he stayed and went the extra mile to insure we were in as good a shape as possible. We decided to purchase a new thermostat which he installed and walked us through. Bottom line is that we've always had great service from GH&AC. This engagement, which there was a lot more to, left us exceedingly satisfied as well. I would recommend GH&AC!

My experience with Greenwood Heating was really positive. The sales person Jim Moreland booked a visit and provided an estimate within days of me calling them. Offered financing, processed rebates with Seattle City Light, and applied for the permit, and the installation was the following week any only took 1.5 days.

I scheduled a service on my gas furnace between 3pm and 5pm on Friday. The technician called at 1:30pm to say he was on his way. I had to scramble at work to rearrange my afternoon so could leave work early. The technician that came was wonderful and it was determined that I need a new furnace. A "comfort advisor" was scheduled to come the next day, Saturday at 8am. No show! Very frustrating. Juan came and was awesome! He redeemed my faith in Greenwood.

As You Wish Electric was a great place to choose. The project spanned about 10 days but my house is old (75 years) and they encountered a few challenges along the way. They communicated every single issue to me and explained how they planned to resolve it. Each day, they arrived on time and got to work promptly.

This has been one of the most pleasurable, no hassel, experiences I have had in over a dozen interactions with service organizations. Andrew L and his helper were the best! They were on time called ahead to advise of their arrival. They came in and replaced my heating unit and were completed before I knew it! They explained the operation of the new thermostat and demonstrated filter replacement. It is all great! Let it snow! I am ready. Mark came and did the annual cleaning and checkup of our Mitsubishi ductless heat pump. We've had them install it a few years ago and have loved it ever since. Greenwood guys are always professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly.

I'll begin with what I don't like. The 4 hour window, which means I lose half a day's work. Is it really not possible to do 2 hours? Comcast can! OK, Don P. arrived and did a very good job with maintenance on our two furnaces.

Shadrin was sent out. He was great. He talked us through our options and was very frank with us about how much it would cost. He had what seemed like unlimited patience yet very professional, which was nice. His explanations were very clear. We will make a point to ask for him when we need electric work done in the future.

Electrician was great, we were having some strange voltage issues when we installed a new treadmill. Called As You Wish and they were out within a day or so. The electrician was professional and friendly, insisted on putting booties on before he came in the house.

The electrician arrived early! He called ahead to notify his arrival. Immediately determined the problem and explained the system. Nothing was broken, but he was not condescending, and explained in layman's term how the wiring is set up and why it operates for safety. Very quick and professional. Will use this company again.
