Robert was able to come out the same day that we spoke. He provided a very reasonable price to replace my furnace; thoroughly explaining what was wrong with the old one. He also went above and beyond and went out and purchased 4 spot heaters and set them up in my home so that I'd have some heat prior to the install of the new furnace. A true gentleman.
