We want to deeply appreciate the folks at Evergreen for their excellent service installing our new furnace. This was a challenging experience, largely because of the pandemic and supply chain shortages. HVAC supplies are hard to find and Evergreen worked diligently to locate the needed components. After the first install, they came out to adjust the system, which is when they discovered a loud cracking sound from the new unit.
They worked with the manufacturer to, rather than repair it, actually completely replace it at no charge, which was a great relief to us - these systems are not cheap. A special shout-out to Chris O and Victoria G for supporting us so well along the way!

Installation was a series of disasters and they've made no effort to fix issues we've had with the system. We had an air handler and mini split installed in our home - replacing a dying gas furnace. We've had them nearly a year now. John meticulously measured our home and took notes on insulation, windows, doors, etc to make an accurate assessment of how much heating we need.
I was impressed, it was much more methodical than our other bids. Useful? No. It can't keep up in the summer and the system just decides to stop randomly in the winter, taking up to several hours to heat in the morning. The installation was a series of "uh oh, this doesn't fit" from the air handler to the electrical box to the outdoor unit followed by panic and theories about cutting up huge wholes in walls or installing a system that was $12K more expensive.
The included annual tune up I explained how the system would intermittently stop running when it was on auto and should've been heating, but the tech blew me off - if that happens then manually turn the fan on? I showed the water trail where our wall mounted unit drips when cooling. Tech checked that the drip pan isn't leaking and shrugged it off as condensation. I figured it's condensation, but it should be going into the pan and not leaving water streaks down the wall.

Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working. We called Evergreen Home Heating & Energy had a technician out to our home the same day we called to address the problem. The service we received from EHH&E for maintenance or a cleaning on our furnace was always prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. When we decided to have AC installed naturally we went with Evergreen. During our research stage, Scott patiently answered all of our questions no matter how many times we may have asked them, he was very knowledgeable, and he was quick to respond when we left a message.
The installation went very smoothly. James provided heaters for the time period we would be without heat. He always wore a mask which I appreciated and he took his shoes off when he came into the house. He gave a thorough explanation of how the unit works and operating instructions. And, the area was left clean after the work was done.

Alec came early to estimate a gas furnace upgrade replacement. I couldn't have asked for a better person. He carefully explained all of my options and details needed to install a much needed efficiency upgrade to 96%. He was completely knowledgeable about most of the possible products in the marketplace. We subsequently have been communicating over details that i want to change.
He answers me immediately with the many options possible. I have 1 more estimate to view and am ready to make a commitment. Victoria in the office is the best person I've dealt with in decades. Her assistance has been fabulous. Give her a raise.

A technician named Chris from Evergreen home heating Finally came and looked at my heat pump and diagnosed a coolant Leak. I already knew that it had a coolant Leak. So nothing really was accomplished on that visit except is that visit except charging me for the diagnosis for the diagnosis which I already knew. There's was supposed to be an estimate given to me via email yeah email.
That was 4 days ago. There is still no estimate in my email email and I have been unable to reach the company by phone. My bedrooms have no heat in them and I am freezing. Is my threezone Mini split mitsubishi heat pump Has an insufficient amount of coolant and does not provide any heat at all to my bedrooms. I honestly feel that it is Is fraudulent for them to charge me for a diagnostic and then Is fail to respond with an estimate.

We had a great experience working with Evergreen to have heat/AC mini splits installed. The initial consult recommended a single large outdoor unit, but then when instalation started they saw that this would end up covering the back of our home with venting. They quickly pivoted to 2 separate outdoor units at minimal extra cost. The installation process was quick and the work done to high standards. They even sent their electrician back after we were all done (and paid) to help fix an issue with our car charger that was relatd to the install.

We appreciate Evergreen. We have had nothing but positive experiences. We had a cancellation on a previously scheduled tune up on our heater system and rescheduling was not a problem. Evergreen called us regarding a customer cancellation and was able to get us an appointment sooner. Most of our experience with Evergreen has been through their tech Jesse.
He is fantastic. He defines professionalism, is warm, nonjudgmental, and has a splendid sense of humor. He is highly detail orientated and it's obvious he cares about the work he does. He explains everything well, walks you through the process, and never upsells or engages in high pressure sales. We love the fact that it has been Jesse each time with our service as opposed to a random dude each time.
I think that is one solid and tangible piece of evidence that Evergreen has class and cares about their customers. Many places preach customer service this customer service that, customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, blah blah blah. With Evergreen (and specifically Jesse) we have found that to be true. Which is increasingly rare. So with that we hope Jesse gets the multiple raises he deserves, and will continue to call and refer folks to Evergreen for heating needs.

Alec came to do a diagnostic on my furnace and was very knowledgeable. Due to circumstances I was advised that I would need a new furnace. He went the extra mile to check to see if they had a new furnace in stock and scheduled an install so that I would not be without heat. I would recommend Evergreen Home Heating to friends and family.

After kissing quite a few frogs in my quest to replace a once-trusted furnace maintenance and repair provider for my home, I found Evergreen a few years back and am beyond thrilled. They do NOT upsell, they are interested in maintenance and repair before replacement, and every tech who has entered my home has been knowledgeable, communicative, . patient, facile with diagnostics and repair, and unfailingly polite to my bossy terriers.
Today started just fine then the furnace stopped working, on a Friday naturally. I called and they scheduled me for their first opening on Monday but said they would slot in in sooner if circumstances permitted. A few hours later, I received a call that one.

I scheduled with this company for someone to come and take a look at my thermostat, the indoor temperature has been off by few degrees. Furnance still works. The technician came, I told him the issue. He briefly checked and told me my furnace is working but will relocate my thermostat to a different area. The tech suggested replacing the thermostat.
The cleaning and diagnostic, in addition to the new thermostat cost me over $1,000. I agreed to have the tech install a new thermostat, hoping it would resolve the issue. I noticed the indoor temperature (after new thermostat installation) is still off, tech assured me it would adjust soon. Throughout the day, the indoor temperature remained the same, at night time, it increased by two degrees (74F).
I request Evergreen Heating and Cooling to do the right thing and not sell me product that it is not necessary and for it not to work. I demand your company sends someone else to recheck the work for free. I have a mom and young child who has asthma, I need the heat to kick in so they don't get sick. I thought having this company come would fix this but it doesn't. and only one task to do and still didn't do it right. Need help! Thank you!

Scheduling was quick and easy. They were upfront about the service call fee and quoted repair costs before doing any work. Technician was friendly, communicated clearly and effectively of what they were doing and what we could expect. Even gave tips on how to improve our set-up if we wanted (above and beyond) and was considerate of our home (including our cats). Great company. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Our technician was extremely knowledgeable on AC systems and taught me many things! He explained everything from the parts I may need replacing, the current setup, and all possible solutions for future setups, should my current one fail, with pros and cons listed for each. I was extremely satisfied with his extensive knowledge and helpful support. Gave me lots to think about for next steps. Great job!

Evergreen has kept me cool in the summer and warm in the winter for almost 20 years. Always quick to get me scheduled, always finds the problem. It was hot this week, and my ac went down, they were here in 48 hours and had the parts I needed for the repair. It's fixed, reasonable price, and I'm cool in the ax again. Thanks Evergreen

Efficient and effective. The team did a fine job. Curtis, Isaiah, Justine and there were two others ( did not get their names). They were very helpful and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend evergreen to anyone interested. Tried out the central air on this warm day. Works very well. Comfortable temperatures Every one knew their jobs and were well organized. Evergreen installed a heat pump at our house. They did a great job and were very professional. They actually went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of organizing the area our furnace is. The team leader was great with communication and explained how everything worked in an easy to understand way. I could tell that he and his team were serious about high quality work from the way they talked with each other.
The front office helped with getting the inspections done and made it an easy process. They made scheduling everything really easy. The system they installed is working out great so far and really looking forward to having a cool house this summer.

I have read very good reviews about Evegreen and decided to go with them to change my old oil furnace for new electric one and have air conditioning as well even here in Seattle we won't use it as much as in South states. It started very well, estimate was reasonable, work was done in August. End of October we used our new heating system for the. first time.
I am pleased how quiet Mitsubishi is. You hardly can hear the motor. That is all good I can say. But unfortunately i got a problem from the point I never was expecting. If you set temperature for 65 F, it is going up and up. It seems the thermostat has a mind of its own. The Kumo app sometimes not working, saying there is no WiFi but.

Alec came and did my one year maintenance today and I couldn't ask for a nicer, caring technician to service my system. We have had our Heating and Air Conditioning system for a year now and have been very pleased with the consistent room temperature throughout the house. The whole company, from front office support to the installers and follow up. technicians, have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
They treat their customers like family and are always available to answer questions, suggest new products or maintain their installations. I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for new heating and air systems.

Working with Evergreen to convert and old oil furnace heating system to an electric heat pump was a fantastic experience from start to finish. John Mott who helped design the new system worked with us patiently to come up with the most efficient and economic system that made sense for us and our house. The installation team was awesome and Don was equally amazing. We could be any happier and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I want to commend the employees of Evergreen Home Heating & Energy for the professional quality of their work. I had requested two extra jobs that I am happy about as well. Sam, Matt, Jeff and Josh have been just terrific. It was a pleasure to have them be in my home today. They were patient when I asked them questions about steps in the installation which I appreciated.

Evergreen Home Heating ran some electrical wiring for me for a new heat/fan/light in my home master bath. Jeff the electrician from Evergreen was prompt, courteous, and great to work with. Scheduled a service after gas company discovered a leak in our gas line. In checking out furnace the repairman urged me to have the furnace serviced. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Jesse arrived when scheduled, was polite, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions including providing me with the correct model number and a website to order a replacement filter.

We had techs (2) in 4 different trips diagnose our heater with multiple issues. We went 2 weeks without heat for an issue that another company (southwest plumbing) solved in 15 minutes. There was no urgency from evergreen to solve our issue and they didn't seem to blink when my family with a 1 year old baby had no heat in the middle of December.
