No Call - No Show AC started going out on a Thursday. Home insurance assigned repair to Extreme Heating and Cooling. We called them Friday afternoon and found out how to schedule. Was able to schedule for Monday at noon. At 12:30 Monday no call no show so we called and got through to a cell phone. He said he was delayed and would probably be out around 4:00 and would call a half hour before he came, but he would definitely be out that day. 5:30 no call no show so we called back and left a voice mail. Called several times on Tuesday and only received voicemail.

Home insurance company also called but only received voice mail. We called another company on Tuesday and they replaced our unit on the same day. We received no service or no calls from Extreme Heating and Cooling. Would not suggest you use them. It has been nearly 2 weeks and we still have not received a call

Had an old a/c unit that wouldn't cool. Travis looked at it and was able to restore function, above what I had before it went down. Not only that, but he worked hard to keep my cost down while giving me tips to maintain the system as long as possible. He was much cheaper than other HVAC services in the area. He was professional and explained things so I could understand. When he was done, he made sure everything was cleaned and trash removed. If you haven't tried Extreme, or are annoyed with other service crews, you will not be disappointed.

In this past year, TRAVIS and his crew have graced me with two new units. Last summer I first used him for new construction, an attic renovation which included new ductwork. I was so pleased with his expertise and professionalism that I had him replace my main unit a few months later. When I told him that the bedrooms on either end of the house weren't even warm he promptly stated "we can put dampers in" along with the new unit!" OMG! It didn't even cost much more and what a BIG difference it has made. We are finally warm. He certainly knows his stuff!

Efficient, friendly and professional. Was impressed with Travis a couple of years ago and he has trained his crew well. No doubt who I will call when I need HVAC service again.
