I called Comfort on Friday morning, after our AC died that morning. With the weekend, there weren't openings till Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday, the tech arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue quickly. While it wasn't good news, he was able to provide me with options and we decided to install a new blower (the part that failed). I have an older unit and they happened to have one remaining blower in stock.
Our tech had to drive back to Lexington to retrieve it (we live in Georgetown) and return to install the blower. Service call lasted an hour and AC is working. I'll call Comfort again, for future services. Thank you.

Ethan and Matt performed my install Being a veteran, I was impressed with there professionalism, courtesy and as well as keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They ensured to protect my carpet by laying down protective equipment and remembered to put there "booties" on over there shoes everytime that they came into my home Furthermore, David, my sales technician and Chase at management were unstoppable in ensuring that a complex issue of the install was overcome in a timely manner Because of them, I can move forward with the sell of my home at the scheduled date. They actually worked with my realtor to ensure that my family was taken care of Kudos to you two as well!

I am writing this to express my experience with Comfort Heating & Air. I called the company and spoke with Ms. Robin. She was polite and courteous. After hearing about my AC cooling issue, she sent an expert to evaluate my furnace and AC unit. Mr. Zack was very friendly and gave a quote with a good deal, after speaking with the owner Mr. Chase. Because it was above 90 degrees hot and need immediate installation, the company sent Mr. Q and Mr. T to install a new unit in days.
They texted me about their arrival time, and names and greeted me politely once arrived. It was above 100 degrees hot in the attic, but they installed the furnace without issues. Awesome workers and well-mannered. After installing the outside unit they replaced a latest thermostat. After confirming the working of the AC andvcompleted their several hours of hard work they cleaned the area and left us with a smile.
I was very pleased with their service. I believe, because of programming and scheduling of the installed new thermostat, the unit stopped. I called the company. Once again Ms. Robin spoke to me compassionately. Within an hour, the technicians Mr. Chris and his assistant Mr. Logan texted me their arrival time. They greeted me well and noticed the blowing of the hot air instead of colling. Chris immediately checked every possible option.
He spoke with his supervisor, Mr. Robert, and diagnosed the problem with the thermostat scheduling issues. I felt there was good communication between the tech and his supervisor. After he replaced it with another thermostat, the AC started blowing cool air as we set it to 68 degrees within a few hours. The installer, Chris P. And Logan were on time, courteous, and completed the job professionally on time.
We were extremely happy that employees of Comfort Heating & Air did good job their best to please their customers. We had good feelings and an excellent experience from start to finish. I am a returning customer and I use their services because they installed a new furnace and compressor unit two years ago. I remember that I spoke with Mr. Mike, the owner, two years ago.
He was responsive, and polite, answered my questions, and made suggestions. Now Mr. Chase took over the company. He spoke to me and helped me make an informed decision. Also, I could not be more pleased with Mr. Zack who gave me a quote with a reasonable discount. In my experience, I can say that Comfort Heating & Air is professional and trustworthy.
Their office employees are polite and very good at communication. Their technicians are punctual and well experienced. We are very happy to have this new HVAC system, in addition to the other one they installed a couple of years ago. Now our both systems are working just fine! Comfort Heating gave us the impression that we can trust them year after year. Awesome company and admirable employees. Thanks

Customer service was amazing on the phone and when the technician got here. I was able to get an appointment same day & within a few hours of calling them. Which was amazing in this HEAT. Thankfully what I needed was a simple fix and he got it back up and running like it should. Definitely would recommend them if you're having any issues and need professional help. Absolutely would use them again.

We needed a new A/C and Comfort offered a competitive price, as well as good timing on the installation date. Installation proceeded smoothly, the crew (Leo and Brian) were great to work with, and the air quality was immediately better (not just better than with no A/C, but much better than our previous system that had been installed 11.5 years earlier). Needed a follow-up visit to rectify some minor problems, and the technician (Nick) was excellent - he was friendly and efficient, and he made sure we were completely happy with the final setup before he left.

We recently signed up for Comfort's heating and cooling maintenance plan, and had our first service today. I could not be more pleased! Our technician was Ryan, and he was awesome. He was very professional, and knowledgeable, and was able to communicate very clearly to a layman the condition of our system. We have requested him for our fall service, and feel relief that our heating and cooling systems will be monitored very closely. Thank you Ryan and Alexis!

Very, very pleased! My heat pump stopped and I called and I spoke to a very nice gentleman. The repairman came quickly, was very knowledgeable, was very nice, and was very professional. I am grateful for the quick repair before the storm hit. I will definitely call again! Update: I needed to contact Comfort Heating & Air a second time. They did not disappoint.

We bought our house less than 6 months ago. We called Comfort for a preventative maintenance check on our system due to it being winter. They found issues with our system that explained why our bill had been rising. There was a refrigerant leak. The first person scheduled the test and returned a few days later with another tech. After 5 hours of work and not finding a leak they set up an appointment with their master tech to check and help us find the issue a couple days later.
I was very impressed with how the company collaborated with each other on issues they needed help with instead of just doing guess work to get the job done. They seemed to really care about correcting the issue. When Mark came and worked on it and checked it, he agreed that the issue was the valve that the previous two guys thought it was. Instead of immediately trying to replace it he tried to fix it and keep me from having to spend a lot of $.
Once we realized it wasn't going to work, they presented me with 3 options of replacing the part, replacing the outdoor unit, and replacing the entire system. They did not pressure me in either direction. The office, the sales people, the techs, the installers, and the manager were all very helpful and responsive to our needs. Even given that we were in the middle of a pandemic surge and snowstorm, they dealt with us start to finish in barely more than a week even with our complicated issues. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the entire company. I highly recommend them!

We have been dealing with Comfort Heating and Air for over 3 years. We love their honesty and good communication throughout the process. They are very professional and are trained very well. I appreciate the email we receive before they come, letting us know who our technician is and it keeps us safe. Then after their visit, they email us an invoice and let us know of any recommendations for future service or repairs.
This greatly helps us budget and be prepared for doing the recommended items in the future. I love that are not hit with an outrageous bill or invoice after they leave as well. I would definitely would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had home owners insurance (Will never waste my time or money on such insurance. Specifically speaking of Choice Home Warranty. Horror story for a different time.) and wasted time dealing with them on the phone when they, yet again would deny another claim. I called comfort that day and Josh Crosby came at 9 o'clock AT NIGHT to come and see if he could fix it.
Unfortunately my unit was 20 yrs old and needed to be replaced. David came to my home the next day to take measurements notes and provide me with options of what my home needed too keep it nice and cool but still took in mind that my furnace still had some life in it and did not need to be replaced just yet, keeping some of the costs down. (Thanks David) After seeing all of the options - prices of various units, warranties, finance options my decision was easy and there for a while thought it would be wise too keep shopping.
But lets face it, who would offer a 12 year no hassle warranty and 12 months financing same as cash? Then the scheduling came, again easy to work with. Matt and John (I think that's his name) both were at my home on time. Both gentlemen were extremely professional. Came too out the old unit, installed the new one and were in and out approximately 4 hours.
Even though it's hard work, both guys never stopped smiling. Awesome group of people. My home, my family and my puppers are extremely thankful for the amazing service. My home has never felt better. Will keep using them for regular maintenance in the coming years.
