I am so impressed with these guys and the work they did at the rental property we own. Not only were they the least expensive bid by a significant amount, they spent 12 hours straight overcoming some unexpected complications, and when the workers smelled gas in the attic after a long hot day of work, they went and got their supervisor, found the leak and replaced the line - all for the originally quoted price!

They didn't even work on the furnace, so likely the leak was there before they even arrived, but they fixed it because it was the right thing to do. I was so impressed that I tipped the hot and tired workers, which I have never done before for this type of service. Just wow, what a great experience!

We have had an excellent experience with Engineered HVAC! Straight-forward and up front from the beginning, which is the way it should be.right? We moved to Lexington in 2018 and bought a place with 3 systems, which had not been maintained and were varying ages. We have had our geothermal service a couple of times with this company and they were outstanding. We decided this year to replace the furnace and they have been absolutely wonderful from the start of the process. Mike was great to work with and the guys installing were wonderful! Prompt, and cleaned up any messes! They will be our go to company for maintenance

Excellent service! Engineered Heating and Air is very quick to respond to calls, give you multiple options with price points for the fix needed, and do not pressure you to make a decision on the spot. We have had HVAC replacement duct work completed for our upstairs unit and maintenance work on our downstairs unit with Engineered Heating and Air.

Had a tech out to checkout our heat pump. Was on time and diagnosed the issues.

2015 original review: Called over a weekend and they fixed both problems right away on Monday morning. Prices are fair, technicians are professional and courteous. They will be my go to HVAC guys! 2019 update: Tom and his team were my first call when I needed a complete HVAC replacement; they've done such a good job on the small service calls, I knew I wouldn't trust anyone else on a major project.

Very happy with the work, the process; the technicians that were at my house were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The guys explained what they did at every step, made sure I understood all the safety features, and cleaned up better than it was before the work. You can't beat a company that does the job right and goes out of their way to work with integrity. 2020 update: I've been doing some renovations and let a little too much dust get in the new unit after drywalling; called Engineered and someone was out within 3 hours to diagnose the part that was affected, get it replaced, and get my heat back on!

Michael and crew are the best. New system installation for my condominium went incredibly well, installed in a flash and is running wonderfully. Stop looking and call Engineered. Many thanks guys!

I have a very old furnace that I've struggle with for the past two winters, and I know the previous owner of my home also struggled with it for several years. In December it completely stopped working, I called Engineered Heating and Air, fully ready to just have to replace the 25 year old furnace. Tim came out, identified and fixed an issue with it that cost me nothing other than the service call fee. two month later and the furnace has not missed a beat since!

Works like new. Can't say enough about this company- good, honest people that genuinely want to do what's best for you. Thank you all- and specifically Tim- I've been enjoying my heat :

Five Star SERVICE! Called these guys for a second opinion, after the other HVAC guys were wanting to put in 2 new water pumps on my Geo Thermal System. I did not need new pumps, only 2 new fuses. Wish I would have called Engineered Heating and Air first. THEY SAVED ME A THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Great experience! Initially, I called another HVAC company to come fix my Trane High Efficiency unit. I could tell the tech didn't know what he was doing and started "guess" work. I told him to figure up a bill and I would call the installers of my unit. BEST decision! I called Engineered Heating and they were out to check on my unit that day. The tech went right to diagnosing the system and quickly told me what the problem was (which was NOT the thermostat like the other company tech had told me).

I had to wait a few days for a special electronics board to be ordered. As soon as the part came in, I was called to set up an appointment for the next day. The service tech happened to be finished with his day and called me and asked me if I wanted him to come right away. I told him yes and he was at the house in about a half an hour. It took him only minutes to install the new part and had the system up and running. I couldn't be happier with the service and cost of repair. Also I want to say kudos to the technician, Tim Wilson for making this a smooth professional transaction.

We love our new AC! Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful from estimate to install. The install team was courteous and kept the area clean. They did a great job, we are very satisfied. We've really liked the WiFi connected thermostat. I can highly recommend Engineered Heating and Air.
