100% recommend! I had an air conditioner that needed replaced. They were quite (I never heard the repair men) polite, and very professional. They also brought up my trash cans from the curb for me (I walk with a cane). Which was beyond their job description. They informed me of what to expect and when there was an unexpected issue they fixed it without charging for it.

This is the best AC company in AZ. Not only were they the only ones who were able to fix our leaking AC but they were so responsive and came to us ASAP when our AC went out entirely. They were the only company to get us back up and running in the middle of summer. We've now just bought a new AC from them and the install went seamlessly. It's been working perfectly.

We really feel like Steve, Dave, and Danny all truly care about doing the best job possible and helping people in any way they can. I was having major issues with my handling unit as well as the air conditioning unit in my Condo at the end of May. As us Arizonan's know, that when summer starts to rear its nasty head, and literally the worst time to have these issues. Steve and his team came out to assess the issues, clearly documented and informed me of those issues, and recommended an action plan.

While managing his current clientele, he managed to get me scheduled for an AC unit replacement as well as the air handling unit just 2 days after he assessed it. Steve and his team came and replaced everything expeditiously at an extremely affordable cost. Not only did Steve and his team know exactly what they were doing, but they were punctual, efficient, and extremely friendly. Steve even took the time to pass on some knowledge about HVAC and answer all the questions I had. Hands down would recommend Day Advanced Air Conditioning to anyone who is having HVAC issues or is looking to upgrade their systems. Timely, Efficient, Honest and Clean are 4 words to describe working with Dave & Steve. They have been helping us baby along our old A/C unit but, of course now the heat of the summer is here and the old unit, try as we all could, did not want to go through another summer. They and their crew took their time to correctly install a new A/C unit for me.

Plus they upgraded and replaced ductwork where needed and changed the configuration from how A/C units were installed 40 years ago, to work with the new, more efficient A/C units. They explained what they were doing, never hurrying me along even though they had more work to do each day. What hard workers they are! We have rental properties too and we've been fortunate to have Day Advance Air availble to repair and maintain those units too. This is on our HIGHLY RECOMMENDED list of professionals. Steve Day is something of an air conditioning magician. We had advanced issues with an undersized unit and undersized ductwork that other big name valley companies couldn't solve. Because of Steve's vast building experience, he was able to understand our unique problems and make structural changes to our house in order to increase the amount of airflow. My family has never been more comfortable, summer or winter, and we owe that to Day Advanced.

These techs are great! We've been utilizing Day Advanced Air Conditioning for over 4 years. Our initial install of a new Trane AC unit went perfect and we have not had any trouble with it until recently. Turns out the unit is fine. Steve and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem to a corroded circuit breaker and a faulty thermostat. I highly recommend Steve, Dave and their team of knowledgeable technicians to help with your cooling and heating needs.

With APS's new rates and time of day plans I needed my A /C running at top efficiency. Day:s crew was timely and kept me informed on what was needed. Polite and professional at all times. No surprise. They were this good 9 years ago when they replaced both of my A/C units. Honest with fair price. I have recommended them to many friends.

My fiance and I have used the Team at Day Advanced Air for several years and they are always fast to respond, honest and practical with repairs. Last year we had one of our units fail in the middle of summer, after going through 5 (YES I SAID 5) Different AC companies that were on our home Warranty companies list with each one either never answering the phone or saying they are a month out of just never showing up, we called DAY Advanced Air and they were out quickly and got us up and running asap.

Even though I paid cash out of pocket, IT was well worth it to go back to a company that took care of us instead of never even getting return calls from all the ones my Warranty company worked with. I have now switched to a better warranty company and made sure they work with DAY since I do not want anyone else working on our AC and heating systems.

I live in Oregon but run a finance conference out of a hotel in Scottsdale that we rent annually. The heating and air conditioning system went out in the middle of summer and we thought we were going to have to cancel the entire conference. Steve and his crew came to the rescue. I have had to deal with the incompetence of this Company for three months now, not through my choice! The property management company uses this company. I have been enduring water damage as the result of a swamp cooler that is malfunctioning. First it was spitting water everywhere when turned off. They couldn't get it fixed, so then it was decided that the swamp cooler needed to be removed, the roof patched and then the swamp cooler put back on.

Every time it rains I get water in my shop. The owner Dave acts like its no big deal to have water everywhere and is very nonchalant about it, it just needs some silicone in a small spot. So again today after everything was supposedly fixed, we are scrambling to minimize water damage from the swamp cooler in our shop.

We had moved to Chicago and still have properties in the east valley. So great to have someone trustworthy to call when the AC unit went out and needed replacement. Steve and his team did a wonderful job.fast to repond, realistic recommendations, great work and follow through.

I own a small production company in Mesa, AZ. I had some issues with parts of my studio getting very warm and others being very cool. I contacted Day Advanced Air and spoke with Steve Day. He sent a crew over to investigate the source of the problem I was having.

Let me start by saying I am a very thorough shopper, especially when it comes to large purchases. We had the need to replace our aging A/C unit. I met Steve Day at a local home builder show, and spend time discussing how to go about selecting a new unit, how to solve some issue with hotter rooms, etc. Through my research every knowledgeable resource I spoke to said "Find someone that understands design and HVAC engineering so its designed right" - after speaking with Steve, it was clear that he has that skill.

I spent a year researching my choice, and went back to Steve to select our new unit and arrange installation, and some slight modifications to our duct work to solve those issues. Installation day arrived - everything went as promised. The Day Advanced Air crew was amazing, pleasant, did great work, and when they encounter an issue (my former unit was installed backwards) they had to spend extra time to rework the electrical.

I would have never known, but they did the right. Steve (Owner) was onsite several times that day to ensure everything was to spec. My unit was installed in Feb '15, and I just called Steve last week after a week of 110+ days to say how pleased we are with the work and new unit. Steve and his crew are the type that go the extra mile to help customers, they have great contacts at the manufactures to get answers if needed, and with the small tweaks made to our venting, a problem area in our home was solved (Yea!) I would absolutely recommend.

UPDATE. it's been a month since my a/c units have been repaired with air factor. wow! i saved $130.00 on my month of august bills just hung up the phone with srp. now if you know arizona that's amazing for one of the hottest months out of the year. thank you air factor worth every penny. so if you are looking for a good install pay the extra money and hire (a certified trane installer). i've been paying $1000's extra a year because of day advanced air conditioning. BEWARE OF DAY ADVANCED AIR CONDITIONING!

I don't usually right reviews but the service and installation we received from this company was outstanding. My wife and I just had a new baby and wanted to get a new system installed for ventilation reasons and because the old unit was extremely noisy and no longer functioning properly Day Advanced Air did a great job on the new system. Our family is breathing easily and we can barley hear the new unit running. Very thankful to have found this honest and professional company.
