Magic Touch Mechanical has very nice and professional technicians who arrive on time to appointments. They thoroughly inspect my a/c and air scrubber yearly and I always learn something when they are here. Also, the scheduling lady is friendly and polite. She asked to reschedule my maintenance appointment as a family was completely without a/c, and she was able to send the tech out just a few days later. Highly recommend.

Magic Touch Mechanical HVAC company was highly recommended by the Bosch Manufacture. I call their office a few months ago. I spoke with Jerome, a very pleasant man, he listened to my concerns and requests I was looking for an AC company to service my ac unit. Now, I know why they are highly recommended. He completed a thorough evaluation of our 1-year-old Bosch air conditioner. (This ac unit was installed by a different ac company last year I rather not mention their name here) I'm not surprised that Lucas encountered several things our ac unit was missing, and he was able fix all these problems today. He found that the ac unit was not equipped with the surge protection on condensing unit nor the indoor air handler.

The ducks were not properly sealed to the unit causing a high accumulation of dust to enter our home. Surge protection was not applied to outdoor condensing unit either. He mentioned this was very important to have as the inverter is a DC drive which means current only flows one way to any high Spike of electricity it will take out the inverter. The surge protection for the indoor air handler, was not installed either.

The insulation flex ducting was not sealed properly to the unit or to supplies. He fixed all these problems today. I am so pleased with all his knowledge, expertise, patients, and professionalism. I enrolled in their yearly maintenance plan which will include two visits per year plus outdoor condensing coil cleans as needed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, very much for your hard work your services!

Jason serviced our AC unit 1 week ago and found some issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional with his explications, he showed pictures, and answered any questions we had. He came back today and took care of everything. He showed before and after photos. We would highly recommend Magic Touch, and Jason, to anyone needing AC repairs.

Lucas was an incredible resource for our recent home AC inspection and maintenance. Been using Magic Touch for almost a year. They have been very responsive and thorough. Everyone I have encountered, on the phone and in-person, has always been great (and they've been out a few times in the past year). Most recently, Lucas & Joe came by for a seasonal check up/maintenance and they both were cool people, fast, informative and professional.

Lucas and Joe were very helpful and provided education for our Gas Fireplace. They provided us with multiple options for every budget (It is nice to not ask). As a new owners of an existing home, we turned to Magic Touch Mechanical, in particular technician Jeremy Wallace to, to assess the functionality of a gas log in the home. Jeremy did a fine job of inspecting the gas log system and gave it a passing grade, so to speak. In light of its age, he told us of some upgrade options we could consider and an. annual plan for continued maintenance.

The next day, he installed those upgrades resulting in better efficiency and safety. His work was careful and thorough. He provided good explanations. When finished, he cleaned up his work area completely.

I'm on the East Coast. I came to this site for a brand recommendation for a good or better Central AC replacement. I came away with a basic understanding of the whole AC situation. My take away is that I'll try to find a top installer in RI to install a Bosch "better" unit.

Jeremy from Magic Touch came to give me an annual tune-up after I had my roof replaced. He was efficient, knowledgeable and articulate in explaining his findings. Hope to have him back to do the semi-annual checks from here forward!

Kevin was terrific, he took the time to make me comfortable and to help me understand the condition of my equipment and his recommendations to resolve.

This is a dishonest company who sold me on a fireplace valve to lower my gas costs. When I found out from other vendors there is no such thing this company denied telling me this. Not only the workman who sold me but their supervisor said the same thing when I called the office.

I have been using Magic Touch for a few years, even to the extant that I had a yearly check-up. My fire place went out while in use and I called. I told them what happened and they said they would send a man out.

Technician did not leave a message when he called so there was no way to know he called. What's wrong with leaving a message? He was a nice guy but they should be trained how to contact customers. Also, he didn't seem to know what I had spoken about with the.person who scheduled the service.

During our semi yearly checkup it was discovered we could possibly have a leak in the coils. The tech said repairs could go as high as 475 dollars. We called Magic touch the next day and spoke to Michelle, one of the co-owners.
