Called this company for some repairs to ac units in our warehouse the receptionist was extremely rude to start the technicians came out claimed they had repaired our units but had to come out two more times in the next week due to lack of competency now about two months later I call a more reputable company to do the same repairs after paying aloha to learn that the units were not reassembled properly causing pumps to burn up I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone much better companies in the valley stay away from aloha

Had AC problem on the weekend. Called, Spencer was sent out, had it figured out and fixed in an hour. Bery reasonable price, especially since it was a weekend call.

Very good to work with, arrived not long after I called. Fixed the problems with my AC unit. I highly recommended using them.

I've used them numerous times at several of my properties over the past years, because I felt that they were an honest company and their prices were fair. But that is certainly not the case anymore. Last time they came out, they charged $380 to replace a capacitor. I thought that price seemed awfully high so I later looked on line what the going rate is for that repair service to see if I have just been ripped off, low and behold the going rate is actually $120-$150 (at the very most) for parts and labor to do that service.

If anybody wants more than $150 to replace a capacitor, you are absolutely being ripped off. Bear in mind the part its self costs about $15-$20 and it takes about 15 minutes to swap it out, yet Aloha Air Conditioning charged $380 for parts and labor. Huge rip off. It is a shame, because they used to be an honest and trustworthy company.

These guys service our entire family, they do it swiftly and they do it at a very reasonable price. The owner is even out on the job as one of the technicians. This a mom and pop shop and they are the salt of the earth kind of people. In my opinion we need to continue to support businesses like this. I would recommend them without reservation.

These folks are horrible! After waiting more than 24 hours for them to arrive we receive a call saying they're on their way. Exasperated we share our disappointment with "Heidi" to then have her say, "if thats how you feel - go elsewhere. We aren't dealing with you!" Wow. I guess after waiting 24 hours and being lied to repetitively by them we are the bad guys for being upset.

I suppose summer in AZ is a time when you should kiss the arse of the AC folks, but it aint happening. I don't care who Heidi thinks she is or that her stuff don't stink! Ridiculously bad behavior! Lies! Kiss their butts or they aren't coming! Now here we sit after wasting all of our Saturday night waiting and hoping these inept folks can be bothered to come fix what they've yet to fix so far. What a great service! Not. They are horrible people that clearly think their shit don't stink. Heidi is the WORST!

I had a new a/c unit installed by another company. Even brand new, it did not cool properly. The other company said they were through and refused to come back out. Aloha came out, found their problem, corrected it and the a/c works great. Service was what a customer would hope for and the price was fair. If I need a/c again, they will be my first call.

I definitely have to give this company 5 stars. My ac went out on Tuesday. I called them on Wednesday & they were here on Thursday to diagnose the problem & give me an estimate. They came out on Saturday (ahead of schedule) were extremely punctual & finished the entire job w/in 6 hours (less than I expected). I will be using them in the future for all my needs as well as sending other people to them. From the manager to the techs they were awesome! Thanks guys & keep up the great work!

I really can't believe the reviews I am reading from David L and Jennifer B. I have been using this company for several years and find them nothing but professional, super honest and efficient. In fact, I had one company come to my home and tell me that I needed thousands of dollars in air-conditioning repairs, including new air handler and new unit.

I called Aloha for a second opinion. They fixed my unit for less than $100 and said it was just a blown fuse. That repair was several years ago, and the unit is still running! I have referred Aloha to several friends and family and they all say the same thing. THANK YOU for referring us to Aloha. I have never had a bad experience with them and as I said, I am shocked to read such negative reviews. Won't stop me from calling Aloha, however, next time I need service.

This team is awesome. Aubrey in the office is stellar and Drew is the sweetest technician out there.

Awesome job fixing our AC unit today fast and friendly and very honest. They didn't over charge for the work or try to sell us things we didn't need, in the end they ended up being several hundred less than the competition.

I have worked with Aloha many many times and have never once been disappointed! They are fast, reliable and most importantly honest. I wouldn't trust anyone else out there. Aloha is by far the best!

The staff at Aloha Air are always professional! We have worked with them on the repair of our unit and then on the install of our new unit when our old was was damaged by hail. I highly recommend them!

After reading the previous review it's evident the company hasn't changed. They were called at 9:00am. They still weren't here at 3:00,I called them and was told there must have been a miscommunication but they were on their way. Upon his arriving he determined he needed parts and the parts house was closed. I said it's 95 degrees in the house he said he might have a portable I could use, but then said no they don't and I would have to wait until the next morning when they could get the part.

He told me he would be here first thing in the morning. By 9:00AM I hadn't heard from them and called. I was told they'd be here by mid afternoon. I told them that was unacceptable since I work at home. She said she'd call me back. She called back and said that the tech would be here within 30 minutes with the part since she didn't want to have me calling her every 30 minutes.

She also said that I was not the only one without air conditioning. I informed her that I was the only one without air conditioning that I cared about. Very unprofessional, very bad customer service. I agree that they don't even deserve one star.

By far the WORST company ever. Horrible customer service and liars. Never use this company. They were sent to fix my sisters air conditioner, didn't have the parts so they said they "ordered" it. When told there was a newborn and two toddlers in the house they said they'd bring over a portable ac unit. No one showed up. When I called I was told someone was bringing them out.

And still no one showed. They blew us off. Then when we call back in the morning, the receptionist says "they were busy." When we speak with the owner he says oh well, people make mistakes. Open your windows, haven't you heard of that?" Excuse me really? Where are your manners? He was such an ass hole. They discuss me. Do not use them! This is not how you run a business. They don't even deserve one star.
