Follow up. There was no risk. We have a flat roof with adjacent access by a walking deck with stairs. Called a reputable plumber who took care of our issue and not only DIDN'T charge just to show up but was so ashamed of the service we received he took $25 off the price. I still paid him the $150, thats right, $150 to do the job. I now know the gouging is a construct, so I will no longer recommend either company Thank you Jim for doing a great job with short notice along with showing integrity to keep the plumbing industry moral. API owes me $89 Attached is a picture of the dangerous roof. See the pipe not 2 feet from the 2 foot pony wall right off the deck. Need I say it again? Shame

After using two other companies and not feeling confidant in their work, we came across Wolfgangs last year. So pleased with their customer service from the office to the field. The tech, Todd is personable and knowledgeable. He explains what service is being performed and recommends preventative measures (no pressure) to extend the life of your system.

This year is the second time we called Wolfgangs for annual inspection and we were very pleased to see Todd again! I highly recommend the services of Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating, & Plumbing.

I came across some damp baseboards in my pantry last night while installing some pet food bins. I wasn't sure what was going on or where the leak was coming from since it was from inside the wall. After calling a few other places with no luck I came across these guys. I called and almost hung up because I had to leave a message, but Dustin called me back within minutes.

He asked a few questions, warned me that they would have to put holes in the walls, which I didn't really care about, drywall & paint are the last things I am worried about when there is mystery water leaking into my walls. (Another Co. wouldn't come out without me calling some leak detection company who was closed because they didn't want to put holes in my wall!) He gave me pricing information and explained that the cost would go toward any repairs.

He promised to have a technician come out within the hour. I was so relieved! This was the third or fourth place I had called and finally help was on the way! Patrick arrived in less than an hour, listened to what we had found, and the steps we had taken thus far to find out where it was coming from. He set right to work. He again gave the warning that he would have to open up parts of the wall and we said go for it!

Within a short time he was able to pinpoint the leak for us. A tiny nick to a pipe behind our refrigerator had been caused when we had new baseboards installed a couple years ago. Over time, with the expansion and contraction the weakened spot on the pipe finally sprang a leak. He had it repaired a short time later and is having a remediation company to contact us to further inspect for damages and to help repair the drywall for us.

I am so thankful for these two gentlemen because I was very panicked. Water can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time and I wouldn't have been able to sleep until it was solved. It was a late night, but 100% worth the call.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and very competitive pricing. I already had 3 quotes in my pocket and was going to move forward with one of them when I got a card in the mail from Wolfgang. The office staff answered right away and were pleasant. They sent a guy out to evaluate and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the facts and presented my options without pressuring me to buy something bigger or more expensive than I needed.

They matched my best quote and I signed a contract. 2 business days later they installed my new AC. Installers were also very friendly and professional. Very glad I got their card in the mail.

We experienced a very smooth replacement of our two HVAC systems, starting with our salesman Kyle, who was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We felt confident we made the right decision after meeting with him. The installers, Jake and Chance were on time, courteous, friendly, and very respectful of our property. It was a long 12 hour day for them and they showed great effort in their attention to detail and did not rush to get the job done. You could tell they took pride in their work and wanted everything done right. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend! I had AC problem, had another company service, they couldn't fix it and said it would take weeks to get needed parts. They left me highly suspicious of any repair company. I called Trane, and they gave me a list of their certified repair companies in my area. Cody was my tech, I told him everything that happened with the other repair company. He did his own assessment, and had my AC up and running in 1 hour. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and respectful. Happy customer!

Had a seriously clogged pipe. Company was recommended by a family friend who does remodeling. The technician Mike C. arrived promptly as scheduled and competently diagnosed and fixed my issue. Mike was pleasant to interact with, courteous and cleaned up when he was done. Thank you very much and I will recommend Wolfgang's and use them for my future plumbing issues.

Twice they rescheduled on the day due to an emergency, totally unreliable. Will take my business elsewhere.

The office staff called me to remind and inform me of the approximate arrival time. The technician, Jose A., arrived on time, explained in a professional but simple way about what he was doing, answered all my questions, and provided important advices like cleaning the condenser coils. He was very friendly and professional from start to finish. This was the first time to call the company for AC tune-up and I was very satisfied with their service. I will use them again for future services.

I just replaced two cooling systems at my home in Scottsdale. From beginning to end, I experienced great customer service. a very competitive price and amazing customer service! The office staff is always friendly and efficient. The service window quoted is usually 2 hours and they have always been on time. They send a courtesy message when they are a few minutes from your house. I had a routine maintenance appointment today. My service technician was Ed. He was on schedule, friendly and efficient and did a great job of explaining everything. I highly recommend this company.

Jake and his team are amazing! They were very professional, on time and so wonderful. Jake is a dog lover which made it very easy to have him come into our home. Wish I'd known about these guys before I had a not so dependable contractor install my new Bosch package unit. The installation is sloppy, and I had continuous problems with my thermostat for over 14 months. This company came highly recommended by the regional Bosch representative as he'd done updated training with them personally. It took one phone call and they sent their guy out to check things out and install a thermostat which is now working properly. Office staff is courteous and on the ball as well. these are my new go-to HVAC people from now on. Awesome to deal with!

Wolfgang came out and corrected a poor job done by another company. We hadn't had AC in six weeks when we called Wolfgang. They shared their findings of the other company's work and explained what it would cost to have the job done right. Their employees are professional, caring, and they do a fantastic job. We are so happy we hired them.

Dont call these guys. They charge $260 per pound to recharge r22 refrigerant. The price to by r22 is roughly $30 per pound. Absolute thieves.

Wow.just wow! Our AC went Thursday and i called my warranty company. they said one could come April 9, the other, april 14! i recalled seeing Wolfgang's truck in my condo community so i called them. Derrick came out this afternoon and an hr.later, house is cooling! no upsell, very polite, thorough, spotless clean up and the diagnosis helped us dodge the bullet. Derrick was amazing. we are likely due for a new unit in the next year or so as ours is 15 years old but if the service and attitude of all the Wolfgang technicians are like Derrick, we are in good hands. thanks Wolfgang's!

This company has no ethics. When we called to get our unit serviced we were very rudely told that our usual contact had been let go. Don't trust this company!

Wolfgang's employees arrived on time, was wearing mask/booties and complied with social distancing at all times. They were polite and took the time to answer all of our questions and it was obvious our Installer (Phoenix) knew AC and exactly what to do on our job which was a major project. Our residence is an older home and needed a new roof AC/ductwork and thermostat, in other words, it was a LOT of work.

Despite this, the 110 degree weather and needing to be in attic/outside and on roof they were upbeat, friendly and professional. There were a few minor optimization items afterwards and Wolfgang's immediately scheduled and adjusted them (thanks Derrick, Phoenix, Jordan). The owners even came by to make sure everything was perfect. Every person we dealt with at Wolfgang's was amazing.

We highly recommend Phoenix and Wolfgang Cooling and Heating to anyone looking for a new AC or to fix problems. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in Illinois and Arizona and none of them compare to Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating. Highly recommend.

This company is awesome. Called them at 12 today- had Ryan at our crib within 2 hours and he replaced our transformer within 40 mins! Fabulous job, professional and polite. Ac working beautifully and saved us $$$! Thank you!

Talk about a great local business! Tom Doll and his team are some of the finest, most straight forward individuals I have had the pleasure knowing and working with. If you need HVAC service, install or repair make sure you give Wolfgang's a call.

A few years ago we needed two new HVAC systems put in and we chose Wolfgang because they are a respected company in town. Fast forward to last week when my parents needed service on their unit. I called Wolfgang for a first time visit at my parent's home. It was determined that the 28 year old unit needed replacing along with a second one on property. So, yesterday the two new systems were installed with ease and complete skill. Cody, Travis, Derrick, and Kadyn all did a fabulous and flawless job.

The install of the outside units was a very difficult one because the new products had to be hand carried down railroad tie steps, through the dirt and under the hillside home. Not an easy task, but all four employees had a very positive and professional attitude all day long. They worked hard and were effective in their time management because they all worked as a skilled team. I continue to have complete confidence with Wolfgang and their remarkable employees.

Wolfgang's is great! I have had several issues when I bought and moved into my house. Well this summer the AC in the attic had condensation buildup and leaked. This caused a partial attic collapse. Wolfgang's was there in a flash and got it drained for me and put a switch in the pan that will shut my unit off when it gets to a certain point.

They told me the pan under the unit was too little and not all the way under the unit. I had to have one that fit installed. What I like the most about them is every time I have used them they have sent Matt. He is fantastic and knows his stuff. They are an all around great company to use.

I have relied on Wolfgang's for over 20 years. With their semi annual service I rarely have emergencies. But I did today--in July. Cody was on call and got us going again promptly. Grateful he knows his job and carries the necessary parts!

First I will say they are very friendly and were very responsive to come to my place. My furnace would only run during the day and not at night, temperatures by morning got down to mid 50's. The first guy came out and said my thermostat wire was bad and wanted $800 to run a new wire about 15'. I said no and he rewired the bad part but left all connections open to the weather to corrode.

It still didn't work so they sent out another guy, he said I was low on freon and wanted me to do a leak test, $1800.00. I said no. I got on Craigslist and the only one to respond came out, no charge to look. Within 3 minutes he found a bad relay, fixed it, cost very little, and it's been working perfectly. Needless to say I found a new heating/ac guy.

There are too many 5 star reviews that all sound the same. I will go with the 1 star review on this. Please stop sending me your Confidential, Dated Sales material. Nothing confidential. Just hype and sales. You got me to open your letter. You lost me on your MANY 5 star reviews that all sound the same. To good to be true is just that. Best of Luck.

5 stars! The techs at Wolfgang's do NOT get paid on commission. When commission is involved there is a lot of upsell and to be honest the potential to sell many "extras" which are simply not needed. My tech, Justin, was very honest and explained everything to me (I had a lot of questions for him). The AC went out last week and Justin was able to get me back up and running.

If he or Wolfgang's would have been dishonest, he could have charged me an arm and a leg to get the AC back on. This is a great company, and I am glad I found Justin and Wolfgang's.

I wasn't looking forward to this day, but after 23 years our AC finally gave out. After comparing 3 companies, it was clear that Wolfgang's was the right one for us. Ish explained his proposal and made me feel comfortable that they were a quality provider. Ultimately, we paid more than the others, but we felt it was worth it. Kris, Cody and Ryan showed up and were meticulous with the install and respectful of our home. It's never a good thing to spend so much money, but these guys made it painless and so far, we don't have any regrets for paying a little more. As the saying goes, the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

My name is Todd Meyer, and I just wanted to say what a great job AZ Cold Air did for me, and my home. I met with Wayne on 9-1-16, and on 9-2-16 my new AC unit was installed. I'm a new home owner, and I received a total of 5 bids. Wayne was the last bid. Out of the four other companies, Wayne had great pricing, very informative, and helped me understand the differences in AC units.

We had them come out and give us an estimate the next day, which was Saturday. Monday morning they said they would be at our home at 10:00 am and they were and got to work right away - very professional and it didn't take them long to remove the old unit and replace the old thermostat and walk us through it all to make sure we didn't have any questions.

I purchased a new AC unit from Arizona Cold Air/Heating today and they were much cheaper than 4 other quotes I received. They were courteous, professional, and quick, and they even installed a Nest thermostat for me.

Ish and the crew at Wolfgang's are consummate professionals. I had 6 estimates to rework the R8 duct work that was installed in my 1957 one story home. Ish was only one of 2 comfort specialists to actually do a manual D calc to determine the proper engineering needs for our home. The HVAC duct-work was reengineered May 2016 and today the our home is incredibly comfortable, even better than my in law's semi -custom Toll Bros. build.

Our system is now whisper quiet, modernized and working extremely efficient. Moreover, I had a few questions a week later and Ish was very attentive. This company takes pride in their craft and it shows. It was not the cheapest bid, but in this climate, that was not a factor for me. I highly recommend this crew.

We can't say enough good things about the service Chris, Lionel, and Fabian gave us. We would give them 10 stars if possible. We called SRP for help in changing out our 20 year old split system. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from AZ Cold Air, in two hours Chris came out and gave us a fair estimate, and within 24 hours Lionel and Fabian did a great job installing the new system.

Wayne, the owner of Arizona Cold Air, promptly arrived to give us an estimate for a new 3 ton split AC gas heat system. He was friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and prepared to give us a written quote which we accepted, on the spot without hesitation. That so rarely happens, considering that we have worked on multiple building and remodeling projects!

We had both of our units replaced and the team from AZ Cold air was very friendly and efficient. When they arrived I was introduced to all the crew so I knew who was working on my house. They set up and made sure everything was protected including our wood floor, carpet and closet. They kept things clean and worked in a real timely manner.

We've had the pleasure of doing business with AZ cold air (Mark Gamma) for the last four years They've replaced one unit and repaired our second unit. Az cold air is always fast, effective and affordable!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Wayne came and gave us an estimate, that was thorough and fair. He made sure we understood the options and the process. He told us the guys would be here at 7:00 am to put the new unit on, and they would be done by 11:00 am.

I read the reviews and am just shocked Our experience would be less than 1 if it were possible I see all of the 5 star reviews and question why are there not any 2 -4 reviews Something smells bad Bottom line a tech on a semi annual check up informed my elderly mother that her AC unit needed extensive repair and that she would be better off to replace it I own rental property and had the company that I use come and check out the unit Their report the unit is working properly and in fact some of the parts they said were defective had recently been replaced. I am giving a true and accurate account of the events Bottom line I feel this company is very dishonest and tried to take advantage of a 90 year old single lady
