Air Control Heating & Cooling

The system was installed during June in a timely manner. In addition to the work on the system they replaced a floppy drier exhaust with ridgid pipe arrangement as well as corrected the heat control on an adjacent crafts room. We are expecting great things from this system as we enter the heating system. It was a great pleasure with them.

Was introduced to them via COSTCO Lennox program. Responded very quickly to replace 15 year old dual zone AC from 13 SEER units that were aging and needed the old freon. Was given all options for replacement including basic to the wifi controlled units and variable speed units. Ended up with 20 SEER units. Also discussed rebates and other programs through Lennox/COSTCO.

Response was timely and punctual. Crew was well trained and installation was performed professionally. Equipment was delayed by 4 weeks due to the shortage from manufacturer. There were minor issues with the installation which were dealt in a very timely manner. Had sought alternate quotes from other vendors but they were either too aggressive in their sales pitch and were quoting through the roof. Happy with service

His work team was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and paid great attention to detail and cleanup as well. Chuck oversaw the install, hands on, from beginning to end and even took care of filing the registration/warranty.

The installation team did a great job. They were knowledgeable and efficient; and they were very patient when answering all my questions or concerns. The system is working well to date. I purchased a new central air conditioning system through Costco. Chuck came out within two days of my order to take a look and give me a quote. A few days later, the crew was at my house bright and early to install. Everyone I dealt with was competent, professional, and personable. The new system was reasonably priced and is working very well. I'm so pleased.

AC died. Called them an they had everything replaced, up and running within a day. Price was more than competitive. Crew was courteous, fun and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. Can't be more pleased.

All of the employees were respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to give me a quote and install a new furnace and AC in less than a week. This included moving my outdoor unit from my deck to the side of my house. They were 1000 cheaper than my previous installation on my old house that didn't require any additional work. More importantly they did not try to up sell me on any additional upgrades.

The church that I am a member of had a furnace blow up this winter. Air Control came out and gave the leadership a competitive price to install new Trane furnaces. They worked late to get the heat on for us to have a warm and toasty building for services.

I've used Air Control for several projects - large and small. All were performed perfectly the first time. On occasion, the owner would even stop by and inspect the work. And if the work didn't meet his very high standards, he would make it perfect.

I would highly recommend Air Control for your HVAC needs. My heat recently went out when our temperatures were below zero. The service I received from Air Control was excellent. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would.

I highly highly recommend using Air Control to anyone I know. Unfortunately for me both my upstairs heat pump and downstairs furnace failed the night the temperature was near record breaking lows. I was very impressed with how quickly the techs came out, and how quickly they resolved the issues once there.
