Doug Coleman was excellent in explaining all details about my families needs and took the time to answer all of our question in detail! He was very responsive and worked around our schedule to fit a time to install a new AC unit that fit our specific needs. James, Matt and Brandon were the most professional, courteous and timely team I have ever had the pleasure of working with, they not only installed our unit in a timely manner, they were very respectful, neat and also took the time to answer all of our questions. Would 100% recommend to any of our friends! Great experience!

It's not always easy to feel good about needing a new HVAC system but Sig Cox made it work. James and Brandon were skilled, pleasant, and professional. Doug came to the house before and after to see the project and the financing completed. Window units were installed to get me through the days ahead of the install. I've been with Sig Cox for several years for HVAC maintenance and Abby in the office is always there to answer questions about my account. Thanks to all. Your good work so appreciated.

The technicians Matt and Josh did a great job removing my old unit and installing my new one. They were very professional and answer all my questions. Showed me what they had done and installed my new thermostat. I'm glad I chose them to do the job. Doug, was also very helpful showing us what each units available had to offer. Although, we didn't get the unit we wanted due to time and some misunderstanding, we are very satisfied. This is day one of many hot days ahead 06/09/2022, and we feel ready for it.

Called about a complete system replacement, spoke with Doug who came out promptly and took measurements and advised the best system that was needed, he answered all of my questions and told me what to expect. Great, courteous and professional service! Technicians Josh and Matt came out the next day and did and amazing job with the install, even came back out to replace the thermostat. Overall very satisfied with the promptness and great work done by everyone involved!

SigCox was great to work with. Everyone I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable and professional, the install went well and they cleaned up after themselves! There was an issue with the existing wiring between the thermostat and unit, but they came back out to replace that for me to fix my issues and ensure my new unit was working perfectly. I really enjoy my new HVAC and appreciate all the work they did for me.

Sig Cox HVAC came out and replaced my heat pump (condenser)and air handler in the Attic did a fantastic job took about 6hrs thanks to Corey and Jamel

Brandon was our technician today, he fixed our noise problem with our heating and air conditioning unit. He replaced the motor and made sure the unit was evenly level on the ground. Brandon was very thorough in checking our system making sure it worked to our satisfaction. The noise problem is gone. Thank you Brandon for a job well done! Keep searching do not use this company! I should have read through the Yelp reviews first. Businesses now have companies that can clean sweep the reviews on their company website. Today I contacted Sig Cox Augusta Heating and Air Company. We had a new heat and air unit installed this summer and it was blowing out cold air. We did not call the installers because the insurance company purchased the unit and handled the initial install through contractors.

I called the dispatcher, I believe his name was Doug and they scheduled a technician to come out. I am patient especially when a tech can come out same day. I was told that the diagnostic was 129.00. The tech only had to pretty much switch a wire and he added an additional 99.00 dollars for 1 hour of labor. He did not even stay for 30 minutes. It took him longer to write the ticket than it did to solve my heating issue.

This was not the fee that I expected to pay. We will never use this company again. I suggest that you try another company. My husband is angry and truly feel cheated and so do I! When I spoke with "Doug" the dispatcher to address my concern about the cost, he pretty much defended why it was okay and was not a professional and that I should have called the company that actually installed my new unit instead of them.

He said that I could call the Manager "Jason but there is no guarantee that he will be able to help. Smiling in my face, all the while ripping my family off. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have been using this company for a very long time best service in the Augusta area they had to replace a unit in my present home and it was fast and well done.

We have an 8 1/2 yr. old Rudd heat pump. About a week ago, we discovered that our thermostat had stopped working--with the result that the system was non-functional. We were due a bi-annual service visit the following Tuesday, so we opted.

I usually don't write reviews but I would highly recommend this company! I have had to call them twice for servicing and repairs on my AC's and both times the service I received was superb. Not only are their repairmen extremely professional and very very polite - but they went out of their way to keep my costs down.

This company did some work for my mother-in-law, of which she was quite pleased, so she recommended them to us. We had a downstairs unit that just wasn't putting out any cool air. They came by post haste and assessed the unit, gratis.

It's been 5 years since I had my new unit installed by the wonderful folks at Sig Cox. The whole process was great. From start to finish, they kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take.
