I was sweating and thought I was going to die from a heat stroke. I didn't think I could live much longer, it had been nearly 24 hours without air conditioning. I called these guys and they came right out and fixed me up the same day. Not all heroes wear capes, but some of them have freon on their work truck.

Fabulous experience working with Gregg from start to finish on the replacement of two units at Historic Meadow Garden. Scheduling the appointment for an estimate was quick and easy, which is refreshing given it is difficult to get most local companies to even return a call for an estimate. D'Antignac & Merritt offers very affordable prices and offer discounts to active/retired military and law enforcement. Gregg was responsive to multiple calls for other HVAC needs on the historic property as well.

He was able to efficiently troubleshoot problems with an ease that comes from years of experience. Gregg and crew didn't hesitate to stay late or come by early to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner, which means everything in the heat of a Georgia summer. 15/10; would hire again!

I DO NOT recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. I purchased a house two years ago and they came out to do an inspection before I purchased the house. They told me they did me a favor and recharged the two cooling units and gave he his card saying he would be glad to come do the yearly inspections. I come to find out that the units were going bad, had a refrigerant leak, and did not disclose this information or anything. These people are cons and only want your money and do not care about your best interests. CoolRay is much better and will treat you much better!

They were professional, Quality clean work and the staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. Very Rare in these times. This is a fantastic HVAC company! The technicians are very knowledgeable and do quick work! They are on time and courteous. We even had to call after hours and the technician was very nice about having to come over on his personal time.

I have relied on this company for close to 20 years on a home I own in Augusta but live out of state. I can always count on them to resolve any issues promptly and reasonably. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service no follow up told me one thing in person and sent a bill that I need a new unit and never went in the house and only looked at the unit and didn’t touch/ open it didn’t do a thorough investigation of what’s wrong with the unit

This company is HORRIBLE! As of today this is the 3RD time a technician has had to come out to fix the same problem in the last MONTH. A month ago a BRAND NEW unit was INSTALLED, and I am still having the SAME PROBLEM.NO COLD AIR IS BLOWING OUT OF THE VENTS! The inside temp is reading 83 degrees and it is cooler in my garage than being inside of my home.

By the way, I had a scheduled appointment for today from 12pm-1pm TODAY. I was just informed at 12:53pm the technician is currently working on another job and should be to my home around 5pm today. REALLY?

Good place to work only carrier factory authorized dealer management actually cares about the customer and bends over backwards to please them which is rare in this time the customer is more important than the profit.
