Every time I've had to use them was during emergency calls. Impressive job knowledge. Looks out for customers benefit ( $$$ ) works for you. Highly recommend their service agreement ( summer- winter tune up ) will save you money in the long run. When you find a very good company you need to stick with them when you need them.

When my 17 year old furnace & AC had spring maintenance, it was apparent a new unit was more cost effective than replacing parts. Todd Blackwell represented your company very professionally and provided two alternative bids that were better than local competition. Once we accepted the bid and agreed on time and date for installation, lead install manager "Louis" arrived exactly on time, introduced me to the the other technicians: Titus and Sam managed outside condenser; and Louis and Joseph managed inside furnace and evaporator replacement.

It was like watching a team sport; each member was there to assist the other and complete job seamlessly. Everyone was polite to each other and to me. Being retired and a AC maintenance apprentice in high school, I was curious and each "tolerated" my "rubber necking" the job. I highly recommend this vendor and these 4 individuals, if you have Creighton Laircey replace your HVAC. Also, the Office Leader Diane was most personable, friendly and helpful to be sure my billing was accurate and acceptable.

While I am unlikely to meet office personal, as a customer; yet, I feel they know me and I know them, as this relationship develops over the 20 year life cycle of my HVAC! Thank you for your services.

I had an annual service call done on Saturday, October 30th by the sweetheart of a guy "Billy". My service call was for later that day but he was done early and asked if it was okay if he came by early. Very well mannered and knowledgeable. Professional, proficient and proud to be in the HVAC industry. I would like to have him come on all of my services in the future.

They were fantastic! They sent someone out immediately to repair our AC. We have animals and it was 98 degrees out. The technician, Maino (not sure of the spelling) was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about Creighton Laircey! Owner Victor Laircey has worked with us for several years now, and we consider him to be a good friend. The team leader and chief installer, Louis, sets a great example for his crew. He has a tireless work ethic, and showed the utmost respect to us as customers as well as to the other employees.

The experience we had with Creighton Laircey was extraordinary. Including the initial quote from Todd and the installation of the new unit by Lewis and Titus, I would highly recommend this company. The technicians were on time, courteous, professional and extremely careful in the installation. They were very prudent and deliberate in the clean up process after the installation. So, I have been a customer for well over 10 years and have had this company service, maintain and repair our units both at the house and at our business. We have spent well into five figures with this company and have purchased 2 or 3 new units from them as well as the ongoing repair and maintenance. The work has always been okay, sometimes better than others dependent on which tech showed up, and they were always nice to deal with so we stayed with them.

After today, however, we are no longer a customer. One of the units at our house went down today (93 degrees outside) so I called to get somebody out here. I was told that the soonest they could see me was in a week! After I complained and pointed out the long term and high dollar relationship we had, the woman told me that she would call me back "in a few minutes." Almost an hour later, she called and said they could see me in three days. Apparently, loyalty to long-term customers is not something about which they care. I called Duggan and they will be out here in the morning.

Louis and Titus were awesome. They got the job done in the time they said they would. When Titus went to check the vents I mentioned that my wedding band had fallen in the vent a few years ago. Right before they finished the job, Louis said he was gonna try to get my ring. Not even 5 minutes later he had it in his hand! Thank you so much for going beyond the call of duty. 5 stars!

The AC portion of our heat pump was struggling to keep the house cool in May, so we called a contractor to check it. One company came out, charged $180, and still didn't fix the issue. In June I called Creighton Laircey. They were prompt and friendly and found the problem.granted, it took more than one trip, but they only charged me once and found a really obscure glitch that was causing the problem.

Because of a defective sequencer, the electric heat strips were coming on at the same time as the air conditioner, so no wonder the unit was struggling. We're happy and WAY cool again, thanks to the service manager, Mike. This company will be our new GO-TO for HVAC needs on all of our houses.

Came home after work to no ac on a 100 degree day-dogs were panting and it was pushing 90 inside. Creighton Laircey had someone here within the hour(after 5) and Tanner had us up and running in about 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable- given the time of day I expected to pay more. We will use them going forward.

We had to replace our entire unit. Their service technician Chris was very thorough about diagnosis and recommendations. Todd was very prompt in scheduling our work. Our installers Lewis and Daniel were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
