These folks are unbelievable! They installed a new gas furnace for me a few years ago. There were some performance issues because of the existing duct work in my home. After repeated adjustments to try to get it to work, they upgraded me to a more expensive model that would work for me at NO EXTRA COST! Who does that right! Can't say enough good things about this company top to bottom.

Tim R installed our hot water heater in 2017. Since then Tim has responded to our house several times to tune up and repair/maintain our aging HVAC systems. Tim is very punctual, friendly and courteous. Tim seems to be an expert in the installation/repair of hot water heaters. He will also try to help you save money in the future by offering tips to help in maintaining your existing equipment. I have relied on JOS. Fredericks & sons for all my HVAC needs for over 20 years and would recommend them and Tim R for all of your HVAC needs.

The whole team have been amazing and have done wonderful work. On the plumbing side Dennis has been superb - always invested in doing the best job he can. We've used Joseph Frederick for several projects in the past 15 months, including installing a sump pump and battery backup system, replacing our air conditioning and heating units, HVAC maintenance, and replacing a garbage disposal. All of their technicians were professional, hardworking, personable, and efficient; and we were pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail.

I've used Joseph Frederick & Sons a few times now for repairs to my AC and heating units. They are always available even on the busiest of days or weekends to help with repairs and maintenance. I recently had an issue with my heater and Dan was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and come to my house on a Saturday to quickly replace the part on my furnace. They are reliable and professional always and I highly recommend.

We have been using Joseph Frederick and sons for 15 years and they NEVER disappoint. Our AC went out yesterday and they fixed it promptly today without issue! Joseph Frederick and Sons installed our new HVAC system. It didn't work as expected, but they were committed to making us happy! They certainly went above and beyond to make sure the new equipment was working properly and that everything in our old house was done correctly (which of course it wasn't!). Their dedication and professionalism was wonderful. In addition, their service techs are wonderful. They know what they're doing, and are very friendly and willing to answer questions.

I got two split systems AC installed for my upstairs and it solved a long problem, it is so comfortable now. I no longer have to put window AC units in my windows anymore. The system jos. Frederick put in are very quiet.you barely hear it. The guys who put it in were Roger and Rudy and they were very friendly clean and respectful. Showed up on. time and finished the job when they said they would.
It was hot as hell so hats off to those guys working in the attic to get it done. My dad (in heaven) always used Joseph Frederick and sons and he would be happy Use there services also. If your thinking about fixing your upstairs or hotspot in your house please give Joseph Frederick and sons a call and have Dave the sales guy come out and talk to you.you won't regret putting in one of these split systems.

Lived without heat for most of the weekend and paid for an emergency visit on Sunday. Had to order a new ignition. Spent $100 extra to get it here by today, Tuesday. Had the new part installed at 3:30 pm. Worked until about 8:30 and now it's broke again. Pretty sure $1100 plus emergency visit cost is not a deal for 5 hours worth of heat. And now we get to sleep without heat for yet another night!

My 15-year-old AC began to fail just before the beginning of a predicted long and severe heat wave. After doing some quick but extensive research into repair vs. replace, and into the various makes, models, and installers, I decided ultimately to purchase a new Carrier AC from Jos. Frederick & Sons. My decision was based in large part on my having. had the pleasure to work with Mr. Bud Thompson, who I found to be very professional, knowledgeable, and forthright.

I have had service calls and my HVAC system replaced by Joseph Fredrick and sons. I am so happy with the work, and the service technicians are wonderful. I thought I needed a new hot water heater, and when the service tech looked at it, he was honest and told me it was fine. That means so much when you can trust the company to be honest.

I have only experienced excellent service with this company. They've done many installations for us, all on time/budget, and my house is left exactly the way they found it.
