Once again! Ambience delivers! These guys are the best in Delaware. They just helped me out with an annoying shower drain leak that damaged some HVAC duct work. They problem solved and resolved everything in one day at a fair rate! They also replaced my whole HVAC system last summer with out a hitch. I can't recommend these guys enough.

HUGE shout out to Ernie Shepherd at Ambience HVAC for saving my family from another sleepover on the first floor tonight! It got up over 90 degrees on our second floor and would probably gotten even worse today during this heat wave had he not saved the day and restored our AC first thing this morning! Every time we call Ernie, he comes to the rescue right when my family of 7 needs it most.

Thank you again and again from the bottom of our hearts. You not only gave our family our comfort back, but you also gave Mommy & Daddy our master bedroom (and our sanity) back!

I would like to wish commercial success to this company. As I observe, companies that work honestly because they have a smart boss become successful. And we should be grateful to such people. They replaced my AC cheaply and qualitatively (3 years ago by a third cheaper than others), and I have pleasant memories.as opposed to a few big car repair hoaxes. So Ambience HVAC brings aesthetic benefits to people. I wish them health.

I called Ambience on a Sunday, on one of the hottest days of the year when my A/C wasn't able to keep up. They had somebody out within the hour. The technician was knowledgeable, solved the problem quickly, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. The pricing was reasonable, especially for an emergent call out. I will be switching my service plan to Ambience and using them for regularly scheduled maintenance.

I highly recommend them! Nov2020 - Just used Ambience again when I came home to no heat after being gone for 3 days. The technician Brian came out, was quick and knowledgeable and had me back up and running after a simple fix. Again, with emergency service call out & repair, I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable.

We had a new unit installed by Ambience about two or three years ago and it recently froze up solid and stopped working. Initially we were a bit concerned that we had an issue with the unit so soon after installation, but the team quickly eased our concerns. They had a technician out the next day who solved the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, but the unit now cools the house so much better than it ever has. Appreciate the timely resolution of the issue, professionalism of all involved at Ambience and most of all a cooler house! Solid owner. Solid team.

Excellent work, great customer service! Made two service calls to them. They responded and came out to work on and fix both my air conditioner and heater within 24 hours! Very reasonable price! Would recommend to everyone!

They are prompt and professional every time! I have had them to my house at least 3 times and when other companies would suggest a new system they got us all repaired and we get to enjoy our heater and air conditioner hopefully for a few more years!

This review is long overdue, this summer my a/c system went out of commission 2 weeks after July 4th. I called numerous repair companies and could not get no one to come out. With a 88 year old mother living with me and the heat in the 90s I had to get someone. My friend suggested ambience heating and air condition repair. I called and within 2 hours they were at our house and I did not get ripped off on the repairs or get a huge bill. My air has worked great the entire rest of the summer and I have had no break downs. I will be calling them back to check out the heater before we fire it up for the winter.

We have used Ambient for 3 HVAC projects and it was a good experience each time. They did an oil to gas conversion on a rental house and on my personal residence replaced my whole house system and installed a sun room ductless mini split system. Chris and Ernie are easy going guys who don't try to hard sell the customer. They are prompt, work neatly and all at a fair price.

I received a recommendation for Ambient from another provider who does lawn care for my property. I could not be more pleased. They came the day I called to provide preventative maintenance on my heating system. About a month later my air conditioner broke down. I called and they were there the next day.

The guys were great! I've been ripped off by another HVAC company before so dealing with Ambient for the first time was such a relief, especially when I got the bill! Fast. came out the next day, explained what was wrong and what was actually okay to keep. My house is over 100 years old and have been told but a few that I need to completely gut parts of my house.just because its old.
