We originally called to have maintenance done on our heating system. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and professionalism, we had Air Done Right replace our heating and ac system. Once again, Air Done Right provided outstanding service from the minute we were told we would need a new system. They sent a quote over on Friday, with financing options.

We were approved Friday night, and our new system was installed Tuesday.quickly and efficiently! The technicians were professional, friendly, and knowledge, and they kept us informed as to what was happening during the installation. We will be using Air Done Right for all of our hvac needs!

AIR DONE RIGHT installed a mini split ductless system, on my 3rd floor. Jermaine and his crew were on time.professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them!

The guys with Air Done Right were on time, professional and swift with the installation of the HVAC system! They took the old system out and installed the new system within 2 hours! Mr. Jermaine took the time with me to go over what he did and educated me on the filter installation process! All of this happened while I was working from home! We needed to get both HVAC systems checked over / tuned up and Air Done Right answered their phone, were super nice, and scheduled us with an appointment time that worked for us. If the review had 100 stars i definitely would give it all to Germaine. After my tenant in rental property said that they had not heat in the building i called a couple of hvac service guys.they came to give me a diagnosis for 70 to 90 dollars.one of them said the gas valve is not working and should be replaced, another one talked about motherboard, i was desperate whom to call, why they all have different diagnoses.long story short i went to internet and saw air done right reviews are good, i called and talked to the the nice lady who answers the phones. Germaine went to the building and said the tenant has not paid gas bill and because of that furnace is not functioning.

Can u believe it. I might have spent thousands for nothing. How can I thank him and the lady on the phone when you call who is so friendly. I strongly suggest air done right and I think they are the best. Thanks again Germaine. I was not there at the building, you could have told me anything as your diagnosis and I would have believed you but you are honest and you didn't do that.

Jermaine is a skillful repairman. We had an issue with our heater (the pilot wouldn't stay lit). He came out for a consult, was able to pick up the necessary part and complete the repair promptly. Courteous and knowledgeable, he also helped us plan for the life of our heater. I highly recommend.

I would recommend having a heating service completed by Air done right! I had a chimney sleeve installed and a heating unit servicing! The cost in comparison to other companies was below average, but the service remained quality! The team arrived on time, had all equipment needed to provide the service, and it was done well and completed timely! The service man were professional and explained the process to me so that I could understand.

Very Professional and customer service oriented! I had them come out to clean my boiler and fix a corroded pipe on my water heater. I have an old house, so when problems arose that were due to old and faulty piping, they handled it in a calm and professional manner.

This guy knows his stuf!. My a/c stopped working this summer and I called ADR to schedule a service visit. I spoke with Jermaine and he asked me a few questions and suggested I have my fuses tested at Loew's. I followed his advice and sure enough that was the problem. I was impressed that he was able to troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He was polite, patient and friendly.

Jermaine Howard the owner of Air Done Right installed a new HVAC system in my home. Our old heat pump needed to be replaced, it was pushing 15 years old. Before the install Jermaine took time to explain my options and what he was going to do when installing my new system. His price was fair and he seemed to be an honest straight forward person.

A customer for life! My elderly parents had a recent emergency issue with their furnance. My mother called Jermaine at 10:00 AM and was advised that they would be out (the same day) between 2:00 and 4:00.
