I had some issues with a freon leak that finally failed my condenser. Robby was awesome, he figured out the issue and we figured it was best to spend money on a new condenser instead of trying to fix the 12 year old one I had. They were back out the next day and my house was cooling within a couple of hours. Robby was great and I've only had good experiences with A-Best. I appreciate the efforts and technicians they have.

Very professional! We needed a tech to come check on our our ac unit that stopped working . They gave us options and were honest. The whole unit needed to be replaced. They were able to help us find financing and installed the entire heat and air unit in less than 4 hours SAME DAY!!! The salesperson even answered my questions via text after hours! Mike came out for the pre-summer check up and found that the liquid line drier needed to be replaced as the exterior was rusting. He stated that if it rusted through the refrigerant would leak out causing a very expensive repair. He replaced the drier and installed it on the inside unit keeping out of the exposure to rusting outside. Great advise and a very nice installation of the new drier.

Our a/c went out last night and I called a best first thing this morning expecting it to be several days before they could get over here. I called at 8:15 and they showed up at 9:30. My techs name was Golden and he was a really cool guy very professional. He got my unit fixed quickly and I now have cold air. This company is awesome.
