Polar Bear Jack's

Our 22 year old Trane a/c unit was needing freon and not cold. I contacted 2 companies, a Trane dealer and Polar Bear Jack. My sister referred Adam from Polar Bear Jack's. She had an American Standard hvac system installed by them. Never heard of that brand. But it didn't take long to find out Trane and American Standard are identical, manufactured same plant, just different logos.

I contacted Adam from Polar Bear Jack, and his knowledge, customer service sold me. His crew was as good as he said. Hard working, skilled and professional. You can't go wrong with Polar Bear Jack's, Adam or his team.

This is my go to company in the future! Adam came to my house and did a complete evaluation of what I needed done and spent considerable time drawing up the solutions to the problems my home ductwork had. Willy and Roberto worked in a cramped crawl space replacing my ductwork and were just as professional at the end as they were at the beginning. I have to mention Shai and Willy also dove in at the first of the project and made short work of pulling out the old damaged ductwork. I absolutely cannot think of a company that I would want to call when I need Any services that they provide.

Dustin and Willie did a great job spraying insulation on the ceiling in our shop. Courteous and professional.

Service is fantastic. Our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday night and the service manager (KC) was out within an hour to fix it. They even monitor and respond to e-mails immediately, even on weekends. The lady that called in response was super helpful and kind. I'm impressed.

Hotshot Electric was great to work with. I called many electricians and Hotshot Electric were the only company that called me back the same day. Many of the other companies did not call me back for 2 weeks. I talked with David and scheduled to get the job quoted. He came on time and was very professional. I received a quote for the electrical install later that afternoon.

Once I approved the quote David reached out and we scheduled for the work to start. He sent two great electricians out to my house and completed the job. I am very pleased with our 50amp RV hookup at the house. I will be using Hotshot Electric again for any of my needs.

The only thing 'bad' I have to say is that I thought I had signed up with their service plan last spring, and not the one time service for the spring and fall maintenance. Though, both times, the service tech had been very helpful and had gone above and beyond. as a first time home owner I feel confident i found a reliable company for my HVAC needs. Anyways, come spring time maintenance I do plan on making sure I'm on a service plan.

I was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I decided to use this company. Roberto showed up on time and was very professional. We have two systems and one was in need of some serious repairs. We opted for replacement instead. We interviewed 4 companies and received similar price quotes for similar products, so the decision really came down to the people working for the company. Our experience was great from the beginning with Polar Bear Jack. Dil, the sale rep was detailed and answered every question we hand.

He was down to earth, pleasant and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want. Once we decided on having them do the install, I co-ordinated with Crystal in the office. She was pleasant and helpful. When the day arrived Robert and Roberto were the installers. They showed up on time, very friendly and happy to answer any questions about the process. Things got started and it was smooth sailing.

Later in the day two additional installers, Tyler and Willie, came to help facilitate the finish of our install. Again, they were pleasant and willing to answer questions as they came up. They all maintained a clean working area. They had respect for me and my home. Everything was wrapped up and working by 4pm. The system has been in place for about one week and it is quiet and cooling beautifully. We made the right choice. The employees of Polar Bear Jack were great! Thank you!

It was super cold and weekend to boot when our thermostat when out, we called a couple of companies but was only able to get Polar Bear Jacks to send someone out. Technician stayed in contact to time of arrival. Got stuck in the snow called to let me know was running late. Did a good job. Pricing I felt was a little high however, due to extreme weather conditions and Covid situation understandable. Would I recommend this company to someone else yes I would. This place is incredible! They have came to our house after hours to fix what was needed because we had a newborn in the home and had to have AC. Another time an error happened in a repair that was completed and they came and fixed it right away! Everyone from the receptionist, to the owner Adam, to the repairmen are all extremely personable! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! You will not be disappointed for choosing Polar Bear Jack's!

Richard came to service my grandpa's heater system. He took the time to sit down and explain to him how the heater works and importance to replace filters every month. He wore something on his boots in the house so he didn't get any dirt on my grandpa floor, which he loved.
