Sent a message to them through FB and they called me within 30 mins of messaging on FB to let me know they'd be to my house after they finished a job they were currently at and sure enough they got to my house within LESS than an hour. Very personable! They fixed my AC within 5-10 mins of looking at what was wrong with it! Cannot thank them enough as we have a 2 1/2 year old and a 5 month old. This heat is crazy and they helped so quickly!

We have used 1st Choice multiple times and are extremely happy with their work. They have replaced 2 of our units, and went above and beyond on service calls. I called them out once due to AC not working correctly, and it turned out the filters just needed to be replaced. I was recovering from surgery so they changed them for me. This company provided an extraordinary HVAC service for us. Our heater stopped working and we have a newborn baby in the house so we got a little worried. However, this company was able to come right out and resolve the issue that we were having! We really appreciate you guys responding so quickly to our service call! He has even come to my house in the middle of the night to look at my unit and did so without me ever feeling like it was putting him out to come after hours.
