I have had CV3 Mechanical service my AC unit when he educated me about the type of unit and the level of service the unit was providing. Well the unit recently went out completely so I called CV3 to install a new central unit for my home. Frank educated me on what would be best for my home and in a price range I could afford.

Frank and CV3 has always been available and very knowledgeable about troubleshooting and resolving problems. He knows building codes and this helps insure that repairs or additions are done safely under legal building codes. He has handled both home and commercial HVAC issues and we have always been pleased with his work.

My wife has a medical condition that requires a controlled climate and my air conditioner had quit working due to a compressor failure. I called and checked the prices and types of several different units from several businesses and I decided that for the money, quality, and type of equipment that I was looking for that CV3 Mechanical was my choice to do the work.

Frank from CV3 spent two hours on the job while texting to his girlfriend. He charged me 500 plus dollars and said he fixed the problem. Well in about 8 days it failed again, so I had to use another company and they found a leak close to the outside unit (very obvious as it had oil spraying out of the pin hole) and fixed it and charged me $300.
