They came out on a late holiday weekend and saved me from having to tell the new home owners taking possession the next morning that the air didn't work. Excellent experience with Frog. Lady on phone was super nice and scheduled estimate within 3 days with a window of 8-10 am. Got a text with the electrician's photo as well as a phone call from him before 8 to confirm. Arrived exactly at 8 am. Butch could not have been more professional. Saw my mask and immediately asked if I would like him to wear one. Toured the areas involved, he explained what he normally does in similar installations. Told me that I would be dealing with him only (no bait and switch). Handed me an estimate in writing in about 25 minutes overall. Told me he created a file with the information I gave him.
He will be wiring in a hot tub/spa. As he was leaving he said he prefers to have the spa filled with water when he does the hook-up so he can be sure it is fully operational before he leaves.

Dave and Butch messaged me an hour before arrival so I knew they were coming. They arrived and were very professional taking time to hear what I was looking for and explaining possible options for my EV charging. Dave did an excellent job going over our punchlist and detailing when items were cost prohibitive, such as cutting through the drywall. He was extremely thorough in going over light switches that we did not know where they were going. He was very efficient, our long list was completed in less than 3 1/2 hours and he had to run to get a part as well. He was extremely personable and friendly. Our cat even followed him around. We really appreciate his excellent service. We will use Frog in the future.

Called roughly two months ago to have a garbage disposal and sink installed and to install a faucet in my bathroom. Fast forward 2 months and our garbage disposal is still leaking as it was after the first visit, our refrigerator no longer disperses water (was not in the scope of work, still confused how this happened) and our bathroom sink is still leaking.
This is after 4-5 visits from plumbers and countless reschedulings AND their initial quote was 1/3 of actual cost and I had to fight with them to only pay for the initial cost of the quote. Not sure if it's incompetence or dishonesty or perhaps both but If you're considering using this company please do yourself a favor and sprint in the direction of literally any other company.

Fantastic job. Was able to call and get same day service. Others said it would be at least a couple of days. Said he would be out around a little after noon time was there at 10am. I called and scheduled someone to come to my home to replace "expired" smoke detectors, to replace some traditional toggle switches with flat switches, and to check out a switch that was having intermittent problems. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text when the technician, Butch P., was on the way. Love getting the alerts that I should expect them soon.
He arrived in the expected appointment window, and I walked him through what I wanted to have done. He worked up a quote on the spot, so I knew what to expect cost-wise. I didn't really have any idea as to how to judge if it was appropriate, since I didn't have anything to compare it with. I knew I needed the work done, so. I went ahead with it. He was very methodical - took his time, going from task to task, answering any questions that I had.
Everything was completed per my satisfaction. He definitely knows what he's doing! If you're looking to have some electrical work done, definitely consider the folks at Frog.

Was quoted around $1200 for a small handful of things. Ended up being closer to $3000 (not including the customer supplied items to be installed) which was not in the budget, so now we have a $1000 electrical switch that operates nothing and some useless equipment to return. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is my first time using Frogs HAEP and I received excellent service at a reasonable rate so I will definitely use them again. Butch was a knowledgeable electrician with a very long history in his trade. I read previous reviews on him and was happy to see him be dispatched for my service. Butch was very informative explaining his troubleshooting method and sharing tips on preventive things I could do myself. Pleasant experience so I shared my biscuit recipe with him and he thanked me as he left but don't kneed the dough but 12-15 times, lol.

The staff at Frog are friendly, but their pricing and business practices are poor -- avoid. We had them out because of an issue we were having with our AC. They suggested we needed to insulate and reroute some duct work, for $895 and also tried to sell us some questionable and very overpriced duct cleaning. We went ahead and scheduled the duct work portion, and made a plan for them to come on Thursday, so arranged to take the day off work. Thursday morning they called and asked if they could reschedule to another day, but since we'd already taken the day off, we asked them to keep the agreed upon appointment.
The said they would, but by the end of the day Thursday, they still had not shown. They called to say they were way behind schedule, and couldn't come until late in the evening, if at all. We had to reschedule to Friday, so wound up missing another day of work. They told us the job would take several hours, but the technician just went up to our attic briefly, then came down and said they job was much easier than he expected -- he just threw some insulation that was already in our attic over the duct work, and took some pieces out of the existing duct and called it good.
Despite the change in plans and difficulty, they charged the full $895 price. Will keep watching to see if the fix helps, but was shocked at the total cost given the small amount of work done -- next time will definitely look for a more economical and reliable HVAC contractor!

What a breath of fresh air! I got frustrated with my prior heating and air folks and decided to try and find a heating and air company that actually had good reviews. I thought such a company did not exist, but I was wrong. Frog Hearing, Air, and Electrical definitely lives up to the hype. Previously, I was waiting 1-2 weeks for an appointment, but Frog answered the phone quickly and got me on the schedule for the very next day. Josh (the technician) arrived on time and was surprisingly friendly for 8:00 in the morning.
He quickly diagnosed the problem (in less than 30 seconds) and walked me through everything. He also showed me pictures of his dogs (at my request) and that always makes for a nice visit. He got me signed up for the maintenance package, which is such a great deal, and waived the dispatch fee for my visit (plus it got me a discount on the part I needed). Also, the visit itself was very affordable. I'll definitely be making the switch the Frog Heating, Air, and Electrical (obviously, since I just signed up for a maintenance package). Highly recommend, particularly for those who are fed up or frustrated with other heating and air companies.

Very reliable company. Call on a weekend and they were out on Tuesday as scheduled and on time. Was quick at determining the issue with my HVAC unit and given an estimate. I tell you what, you always hear horror stories of HVAC salesmen. But Luke from Frog was top-notch, honest, and a straight shooter. When my a/c wouldn't kick on, I called my regular company that services the unit. The owner told me the compressor was shot ($2300) so I might as well buy a new system ($7003). I called Frog for a second opinion. Luke came out, methodically ruled things out, and diagnosed a bad motherboard ($450). Ordered the part and installed it two days later. Well, turns out I needed a new thermostat, too, but because he didn't diagnose that the first time, he didn't charge me for one. He literally just installed a new Nest for free. Now Frog has a customer for life. Great work, guys.

Buyer beware. I never write reviews, but I feel a responsibility and obligation to in this instance. We did a major renovation of our home, which we worked with many, many vendors throughout the process. We were delighted and worked reasonably and well with all others. Frog was a gross exception. We engaged them 20 months ago to install two new Carrier units with smart thermostats.
Since then, we have had more than 35 technician visits for problems (literally 35+), and easily more than 100 emails, phone calls and texts. A majority of my requests for further help were ignored and I had to continually nag them to respond and help me. I also asked numerous times to speak with their CEO or leadership about this experience, and I was always blocked and denied.
As of this writing, my last request for help has gone unanswered four times and I am throwing in the towel. I will be engaging another company and paying more money to get the job done. To be clear, I was not a high maintenance customer. My simple needs as agreed to in the transaction were to 1) have two units installed, 2) functioning with heating and cooling and 3) with smart thermostats.
We went through a minimum of ten thermostats, and replacement was predominately due to bad installation, not compatible, or configuration and wiring with each tech stating the prior tech didn't do it correctly. Our follow up calls for help weren't due to being picky. our system would not blow either hot or cold air at all. I will give them credit for showing up 35+ times, albeit with a lot of my frustrated reminding and nagging to have them do so.
While they did show up and were nice and polite most times, they could never get the job done. I am a very reasonable customer and am not demanding. My needs were reasonable in that I wanted functioning units with smart thermostats. I was not a push over, and I stayed on Frog to deliver what I paid for. I purchased a Groupon for this service for a great price. However, I knew that I would be spending more money than that because the condo unit had recently showed signs of mold. I had just abated the mold in the crawl space and knew the only thing left to do was to clean out the air vents as well. The service technician, Everett, was professional and thorough.
The price he quoted based on abating the mold and working on two units instead of one was reasonable and fair. To be fair, the only reason I am giving this a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is because I just had the work done and until the condo is cleaned out from the construction that was performed and any residual mold on surfaces treated, I won't be able to check to see if it returns.

Everett came out to do an air duct cleaning on your old house. I recently bought this home and it's needed a lot of love, and the ducts needed a lot of attention. He pointed out the areas that had mold and mildew in them. No wonder I have had serious sinus and breathing issues. The before and after of the ducts are impressive. They are so much cleaner. Everett also cleaned the HVAC unit and drain pipe. I am so glad that I decided to use Everett and Frog. If I ever have any issues with my system I will be using them. Thank you!

My 10 year-old AC unit had a freon leak during last week's heat wave, and a tech from Frog was able to come and look at it days before any other company fit me in. Unfortunately, I inherited a warranty with Frog / Sparky so I have to deal with them. They are consistently late when they give you a window of service. Two weeks ago, Marissa scheduled me for an appointment for Monday from 2-4pm. When they never showed up, I called. I received a call back from someone named Karen who was the rudest person I have spoken to in the past months.
She told me that I was "lucky" that she even called me back because they are closed today and would not have made any appointments. Well, they did! And they didn't show up and then Karen made everything worse by acting rude on the phone. She said she would listen to old voice tapes, but she was sure that they wouldn't have scheduled anything for today. Let's see if she does.
She also could not tell me when I was scheduled for. Hmmmm. I guess she doesn't realize that people miss work time to wait for this company that is consistently late and now didn't even show! UPDATE: The inspector came the following day (Tuesday) and reported that the computer systems were getting upgraded and there were lots of issues. He said I was supposed to receive a call that they were coming that morning, but did not. Luckily, I had a relative at the house to let him in. Otherwise, I would not have been home to get the inspection done. Still have not received a call back from Karen.

Our sixteen year old unit's compressor went out this past weekend. I called several companies knowing it was the compressor and wanted to get some price comparisons. Frog Heating & Air came out ON TIME (which is rare) was able to give me a price for a new compressor and a new unit (since ours was fifteen + years).

I was impressed with Frog Heating and Air when I purchased and had this HVAC installed 4 years ago. Today their technician Heath S. showed up on time (5 minutes early) did a full diagnostic test and explained that my unit was in full working order and in fact, is still under full warranty. There was no charges for the visit today and I'm still enthusiastic about a company that takes care of their customers so well.

Heath took care of my service needs. While the new unit service is included for the first period of ownership, he went above and beyond to show me what all was checked, the results, and softly suggested a good point to consider for purchase (surge protection) in the future. His concern for my equipment and overall satisfaction was paramount. So many times, you're talked down to thinking customers won't know what they're talking about and as if I had not worked in the commercial building industry for nearly 15 years. He was factual and helped me to understand a few things I didn't know. Thank goodness I chose Frog for equipment.

Very prompt service. I called about 8am, and they said they could have someone out there between 2 and 4 that day. And this wasn't even an emergency. I like the 2 hour window, as well as the call 30-40 minutes before arrival. I was able to stay at work until they called, then meet the tech at home. He arrived within the window specified, and within 40 minutes of their call.
The tech seemed very knowledgeable, and trust me I quizzed the heck out of him :- I like to know what's going on lol. Rates were pretty reasonable. Maybe a bit high considering the amount of actual work he had to do. But I feel like I got my money's worth from the information transferred in addition to the work performed. And I even signed up for their service agreement at the end, which saved me a few bucks. Speaking of the service agreement.
That rate seems very reasonable. $99 for 2 visits within a year, and they will do all sorts of maintenance and tests on your units. Note that I have not received the service agreement visit yet, but I expect the experience will be just as good.
