My Ac was putting out warm air. Mark came 1 hour earlier than appointment time. It was first time someone shows up earlier than app. time which was better than late. (during 15 years) He explained well for answering my questions. Seems very knowledgeable about what he does. Seems fair charge for the replacement of cap. So far it is running great and temp is going down. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Chris from Temp Control was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He found the problem quickly and repaired it promptly, the re-checked pressures. The cost was reasonable. Can not overstate how impressed I am with Temp Control. Whenever I call, I actually speak with a person. Scheduled service times are well communicated in advance and techs give their eta, so I'm not wondering endlessly. I have never felt like I am being upsold, but rather thoughtfully informed. I want to share my FANTASTIC first experience with Temp Control. I spoke with Stephanie to set up an appointment for a summer maintenance check on my HVAC unit, and she was so friendly and helpful. So, my first impression of this company was fabulous thanks to her. Then today James came out to do the maintenance check and install a UV light over the coil in my system.

He called to let me know he was on the way. Then he arrived just when he said he would. And I have to say that he is GREAT - he's an awesome technician and person. He is so very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything about the UV light installation to me and answered every question I had. Even my two fur babies loved him!

It's really hard to find a company these days who still believes in customer service, but I've found one. And James is a real credit to the company - they are blessed to have him as a member of their team. I will recommend James and Temp Control to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Doug and his team at Temp Control are amazing. They show up on time, they explain what needs to be done and present options for the repair or replacement. They are always professional and left my house cleaner than they found it. We have used them several times and they have never been late. They stand behind their products and use high quality brands and parts.

We had them replace a HVAC unit at one of our rental properties in 2018 and then used them again this year to replace a unit in our primary home. They also provide great regular routine maintenance. We also appreciate the email communication and the fact they send an email receipt of all transactions. We have loved working with Temp Control!

They were the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and NICE people I have ever worked with. I enjoyed working with all of them, Chris, Jacob, Mark and of course Doug who was my contact person. We had a big job but it was completed as scheduled and as promised. I was always notified when and who were coming to work each time, which I appreciated very much.

This was my first time using Temp Control. They bought my AC guys business and took over my Maintenance Contract. James the service tech was very knowledgeable and showed me what needed attention to keep my unit in good working condition. The cost was reasonable I am very happy with the results. I am glad I chose Temp Control to continue servicing my HVAC unit.

Technician was on time and appropriately outfitted with tools and wearing a mask. This was his first call on our home but he was very efficient and orderly. He discovered a potential issue with the heat pump compressor and had to call in a senior technician to troubleshoot. We will have to pay for the additional service call. Overall satisfied.

We have used Temp Control for a dozen years now and they always do a great job for us. When we've had an emergency they have always been easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. They check our system twice a year and are always on time and courteous. Recently James found some issues that needed to be addressed on our air conditioner and he did a great job explaining the work and completed the job very quickly. I had Temp Control come out a few weeks back to look at my AC unit. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They used to be excellent as other reviews may attest to. I was a customer for many years including installation of two units. However, their prices have gone up while their service has declined. Recently they charged over $700 for duct work improvements that made no difference in air handling. Call for a service appointment and you will be lucky if they can see you for several weeks and if they have a last minute scheduling problem on their end, they will cancel at a moment's notice and may not be able to reschedule in a timely manner.

Oh the most disturbing- should you have an issue and are dissatisfied, rather than trying to make it right, they will simply not do business with you anymore. They do not value long time customers who have not only given them a lot of business but also referred others to them. Perhaps it's for the best. But rather than be an ex-customer, it's better to never become one.

Straight up price gaugers. Their "technicians" are trained to maximize the expense of each service call. Almost laughable the way they use their binders full of pricing like a script. Proposed a 1200 dollar fix to a very small problem. I do not understand how this company gets such high marks on yelp. Insiders, maybe. Beware.

I have used Temp Control for both full system replacement and maintenance service. Everyone I have encountered there has been wonderful. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explain systems and problems in a way that I understand. They have shown me bad parts that needed replaced and explained the likely cause. They have done what it takes to earn my trust.

After encountering other companies that don't show up, are rude or talk to me like I don't have a brain, Temp Control is a refreshing change. I originally found Temp Control on Angie's List. They have received multiple years of service awards there and have high ratings across the board. I know there is a negative review here and it's unfortunate that John M. had a bad experience. I fee sure it was an anomaly.

My wife and I can't speak highly enough of Temp Control. After running the gamut of less competent HVAC services in the area we luckily discovered these guys. Our 11 year old system conked out during a recent cold snap and Temp Control came over that very day.

This is a follow up to my excellent experience last summer. I am so glad we had this work done by Temp Control. We received estimates from other contractors and their prices were much higher than Temp Control.

I just had a new unit installed by temp control. The sales man was polite and professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. My unit went out on a Wednesday night and they were able to install on Friday. Very please with allaround service so far and would recommend to others.

Temp Control is the BEST HVAC company in Nashville. They are honest, courteous, trustworthy, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment they come into your home to discuss your needs until they complete the job they do everything they can to make your experience with them favorable. When they installed a new HVAC unit in my home they went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied and took care of issues immediately rather than putting them off.

Their prices couldn't be beat by any of their competitors and the system they installed has been fantastic. I have used them for yearly service since they installed my system, and I have had multiple family members and friends that have also used them with the same great results that I experienced. Don't hesitate to call Temp Control because they will probably be the last call you need to make!

This place is a scam. Guy came out to do routine maintenance check and somehow reinstalled the thermostat wrong. Didn't seem to be able to fix it. He came back out the next day as it was 83 degrees in my place. He was there for 3 hours and decided it was a $1500 issue that would take 5 hours to replace. You have to keep in mind the unit was working just fine before he messed with it.

That night I called another company and in about 30 minutes he diagnosed the issue as bad rewiring. The original tech rewired the unit inside and outside wrong. The second tech for the other company saved me 1500 dollars! I would hope no one ever has to deal with this company again.

My HVAC unit went out in late February of 2013. I had several estimates from other companies but chose Temp Control. They gave me the best deal and made me feel like a family member more than just another customer. They also identified and corrected deficiencies in my plenum and duct work. My house has never felt so comfortable.
