So we met with them about replacing our HVAC and I must say they are very through in their approach. However they try hard to sell you on a membership that you pay for monthly that didn't make sense to us. When pressed about just the price of the installed unit it was 30% more than the next bid. When we wouldn't make an on the spot decision it was clear the salesperson was not happy which got uncomfortable. We did not use them so can't speak to their service it just wasn't a fit for us.

Kile, plumbing tech, was AWESOME! I had an issue with a noise coming from the water heater. Kile explained what was happening and why it was happening. He spent a few minutes and took me to "Plumbing School" and I appreciated every second of it. He didn't try to upsale me but did advise me on what to look for and listen for to determine if and when a replacement part would be necessary. He even laughed at my jokes! Honesty and integrity is truly what I got from Kile. AWESOME!

They arrived on time and were easy to talk too about questions I had. There were a few very minor changes that had to be made but they handled it immediately. We are trying their new service which allows us to pay monthly and they handle all maintenance including filters. This is the only way we could afford this high end unit. Morty and his apprentice Sean arrived promptly on time and assessed the situation. Our direct vent water heater was 20 years old and unrepairable. They took the time and explained our options to choose from. We chose to install a tankless water heater system as well as join their club membership. They stayed late into the evening to make sure everything was installed properly and working 100%.
They cleaned up there work area so well that when they left, it was as if they were never there. There is definitely a pride in the quality of their work and I would highly recommend Mid-State for your plumbing needs.

Very glad we called them! Very professional from person answering phone to repair tech, to sales tech, and finally the new install techs. Prices are very fair and reasonable, service call on weekend was much better than competition. Will definitely call them again when it's time to replace our upstairs unit as well.

We used Midstate at the recommendation of a neighbor. And we're glad we did. Not only was our technician - Jim - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. But he saved us $600 by letting us know that the part we needed to repair our unit was still under warranty. We will absolutely be using Midstate again for all of our future HVAC needs.

We have used all services provided by Mid-State. We have been very satisfied with their prompt, thorough and professional service. We recently had a problem with the HVAC unit. We called for service & a tech was there that morning. Unit could not be repaired. A salesman came out later that morning & explained our options. We made our decision & a unit was installed the next day. We would recommended Mid-State to anyone.

Very good installation! Two thumbs up! Two HVAC systems installed in a day. Everything was done completely by the book as far as I could tell (i'm not an HVAC guy). The installers were polite, respectful, answered all my questions and concerns, and were overall professional in every way. I would recommend Mid-State and would not hesitate to hire them again if need be.

Used the Spring cleaning promotion. Mid State arrived as scheduled and performed the maintenance under the watchful eye of my wife. The tech was willing to explain all the work he was performing. They offered additional service as a preventive maintenance but we declined. They were not pushy at all. Definitely felt it was a good value.

Our upstairs A/C unit stopped producing cold air and was making a strange noise. A tech took a look and listened to the unit and then explained what he wanted to do. He told me the charges up front and let me know that if those things didn't fix the problem, he wouldn't charge me for them. Luckily, the first thing he did (add refrigerant) did work.
