ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating

I bought new Trane AC unit through this company in May 2020, and now I really regret about it. My new AC unit installed by ASAP air conditioning & heating has stopped cooling. The technician, whom I called to find a problem, crashed me by info that the installer did really shoddy work and did not follow the code on several issues. My and my family life was in a great danger for the last 3 years because of "great professional" installer (ASAP).

The installer NEVER tightened gas line at flex, and there was a gas smell on an attic; gas line is done horribly - cannot access furnace for service since they put gas line touching the access door, as well as reused hanger strap. Drain line dripping into insulation. The installer did not install the pipe correctly, barely inserted into coupler and not even glued on one side.

No filter drier installed. If the negative points will be available I could give the greatest negative number. I contacted and sent to ASAP the report and all photos but did not get any respond from them. The full reinstall of unit is required. I have checked all "happiest customers reviews" and wish them a good luck. Also want to advise them to hire a professional to evaluate the "excellent" installation of their AC units as soon as possible that they will have enough time to fill a complain to the AZ Contractor Board (per AZ law it is 2 years after service done). I hope this review help somebody else to save money and work with reputable companies!

Horrible company! My husband called at 8:30 am to have a tech come out and fix our ac because it was blowing hot air. They told my husband that they would be out between 12 and 5. My husband called at 2 pm to check on the ETA and the receptionist told him the tech was running behind - but would still be there. So we waited a couple more hours (in a 91 degree house) and my husband called once more to see what was going on and they said they wouldn't be out until the next morning now.

A courtesy call would of been nice so that we could call another company- but instead- we waited 9 hours for them to come out and fix our ac. Then because they didn't show, we had to call another company, wait in their queue to get serviced, and pay after hour charges. This is the SECOND TIME we've called them for ac issues, and this is the second time they haven't followed through.

We would like to reach out and thank everyone at ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating. My mother-in-law and her boyfriend are a retired couple on a fixed income. When their AC stopped working last week, we were extremely concerned they may have to go days without AC. But Sally at ASAP answered our call and sent a technician out the same day. Our technician, Aaron arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed our problem, and had us cooling down in no time.

He was kind, courteous and really made us feel at ease with the whole process. We definitely recommend ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating to all our family, friends, and neighbors for great service at affordable prices.

THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME! We were on vacation and we got a call from our house sitter that our 24 year old A/C died. ASAP was the only one who could come out immediately on a Saturday afternoon. They were there within a few hours and installed the new system the next day, Sunday which was Mother's Day! WOW! A great deal and top notch speedy service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ASAP!

ASAP quoted me the BEST price (including taxes) for new Trane 4ton 14 SEER AC unit for my 1,700 sq ft house, they were on time, it only took them 3 hours to completely remove the old unit from the backyard and the attic and place and connect the new unit. Scott (manager and instructor) was very honest, patient and professional with me in answering all of my questions and his customer service skills and the price he quoted helped me decide to work with this company.

Other companies will try to sell you higher unnecessary SEER and they will try to scare you that the attic opening is not big enough, so they will try to charge you extra to "fix it up" for you afterwards. ASAP only removed the rims that hold the attic opening cover and they placed them back like it never happened after they were done. I would totally recommend ASAP for replacing your AC unit.

I called the day off and they were out to my house in about 2 hours. Other places had to wait a few days. Sean came and was very professional and provided fantastic customer service. ASAP had installed a new Amana heat pump last year that was working like a dream until last week ASAP found the issue with the STAT wire and resolved the problem. Now the unit is like new again. I am very happy with ASAP HVAC because they do great work, have great prices, they know their products inside and out, and back their installs with their reputation. ASAP Air Conditioning is a very professional company with the Best price on Town. I called ASAP on Monday because my heater was not working found out the bad news that my ac unit was toast. Had a new ac unit and handler installed and running on Tuesday by 11:00AM. The installers Erick and Mike were Fast and very precise with her installation. Thank you!

Just had my old rattling Air Conditioner with a new 3Ton Trane unit. Called ASAP to get a price and prepared myself for an extended install date. Was happy to hear a good competitive price so when I asked when it could be installed, they said how about tomorrow around 8am! The install went perfectly and the A/C is now cool and no longer shaking the house!

I opted to upgrade my thermostat so the tech even came back and installed that for me. I couldn't be happier with ASAP and especially Shanda who was awesome answering any questions and making sure things were perfect.

The Coronado brothers came out first thing this morning and did our install. They were very nice and professional. Got the install done quicker than expected. They were out of the 14 seer unit we were quoted and we got a free upgrade to a 16 seer. Great experience so far! Service: Install AC

Purchased a unit in August of 2014. Took three trips to get it to work. September of 2015 it stopped cooling. Called and was told it was to far to travel to repair the unit they sold me. Turns out the compressor was bad, on a brand new HVAC unit.

After having a rough day, this place was absolutely fantastic! Offered lots of free verbal help. Their knowledge is plentiful. Very friendly. Didn't mind had kids with me. If ever we need AC work, this will be the place we go.

Excellent company that stands behind their work! We had them replace a unit on one side of our home last December and just had them come back to replace the other unit and install a more modern air handler.

Got 2 Trane 5 tons for an incredible price. Something small went wrong ( two small issues) 6 weeks later, and boom, they fixed it. save money, go with ASAP. Very good!
