So very pleased with the entire experience. Our hot water heater was slowly leaking for weeks, ruining the floor below. I finally decided to call in, and Jason came out right away. He took his time making sure the leak was coming from the hot water heater and not an outside source. He showed us exactly where it was leaking from. The thing was older than I am, so it was time to replace it. Jason was able to replace it in a matter of minutes.

He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and even explained the hot water heater to us. He let me watch him do the fittings and pex, so in the future, I could probably replace it. Great guy!
