Schuler Service

Service technician did really good job, very professional and experienced, worked very clean, job took only one hr because "simple unclogging" of drain, cost appears high in view of the time required and the fact that no material was involved but only labor and overhead, 275 would have been in line! The method to charge for a task using an average cost might be correct for the service provider, but not necessarily for the individual customer, who either pays too much, hits the average pretty close or gets a bargain, in essence "easy" job customers support " difficult" jobs customers with their own money.

I understand the problems related to costing each job individually, but a solution could be to have 3 categories, simple, average, difficult, and 3 different cost levels associated with these levels ( based on time ), customer would get upfront estimate " from to" to know the range and gets invoiced according to the category defined by his job situation.

Came home to find out my water heater died and water was flowing everywhere. Contacted my standard plumber but they wouldn't come out after hours. Contacted Schuler Services and they immediately sent John out to assess the issue. He was there in about 30 minutes and shut down the water to the water heater so I could have running water and set me up to get a new water heater installed. Excellent and friendly service.

After a stressful evening of calling other plumbers or handyman to take care of the water leak in my mom's freshly added bathroom. To start almost positive it was Dawn who listened and jumped into action to help. Dawn was calming to me and set up an appointment first thing in the morning at my Mom's. Well informed by emails I met Noah before he arrived. Noah was prompt courteous and caring about my mom's water issue.

He was able to quickly and with the least amount of drywall removal was able to locate and repair the leak inside the wall. Noah was very clean and respectful of property. Noah was also very thorough and made sure drip inside wall was gone. He explained in terms my Mother understood and made her feel at ease. I highly recommend Schuler and Noah! The first time ever using and felt like We where treated like family.

Excellent experience! Called Schuler Service Sunday morning but it was noticed there was no hot water. Got prompt reply on a service call ensued. a few hours later Noah assess the situation went to the shop ordered the parts the hot water heater installed it all by himself and couple of hours later we had hot water. He was very charming, engaging, and polite and obviously extremely proficient and well trained. Cannot say enough good things about your company it's Service or Noah!

I had my hot water heater replaced by Schuler Services. Their technician, Dakota Rust, did an outstanding job. He was on time; he assessed the issue and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Once I approved, he ordered the materials and started disassembling the existing unit while someone else delivered the new hot water heater and associated parts.

He completed the job very quickly. I can honestly tell you he was polite, professional and efficient. The installation was perfect and there was no clean up needed by me afterwards. I would highly recommend Schuler Services and specifically ask for Dakota Rust!

Brian did an Excellent, Wonderful, Professional, and Thorough Job of unclogging my kitchen drain and then, installing a new faucet, so that I had good water pressure again. All in the first half of the afternoon. I called Schuler Service mid-morning and He was there by noon! Brian is a Great Plumber and a Great Human Being. He is very Friendly and Personable, and also gave me a lot of great advice about keeping my drain and faucet in top working condition. He was even very Sweet to my Pets! I will use this service for all of my Household Needs and recommend it to Everyone! God Bless Them and God Bless Brian!

We've had Schuler come out to our house five times and interacted with three different repair personnel. Each time, the service has been impeccable (special shout-out to Jason who has probably spent more time at our house than out of it in the last 48 hours!). They take pains to stay masked, are very respectful, and are thorough in the repair work and explaining what they're doing/did. Scheduling is a dream with the online scheduler and they always seem to have openings no more than a day or two ahead. We will absolutely continue using them for all things plumbing-related!

I am already sold as a loyal customer. The ease at which I was able to book an appointment and the calendar updates and confirmation info is awesome! I love being able to book an appointment and immediately save it to my calendar. The real awesomeness started when the techs, Chuck and his colleague, arrived. These were so friendly, so informative, and genuinely cool people.

I got a rundown of who the tech was before the visit, so no surprises, which was a really nice customer service touch! Beyond the beaming personalities, the techs from Schuler Service, Inc. found and explained the issue in a matter of minutes after assessing the situation. Chuck showed me my options for repairs, explained the cost breakdown for each option, and walked through what steps are required for each option.

After choosing my repair option, they got to work right away on fixing the problem, and had everything squared away in an hour or two! I absolutely appreciate everything about my experience with this company and heavily recommend Schuler Service, Inc.!

Jason S. was wonderful! I had a frozen pipe that he took care of and I am very thankful! My very first experience with Schuler was when Jason replaced a bathroom faucet a few years ago and because of his professionalism and awesome personality I continued to turn to Schuler for help. I have never been disappointed. As I said before when Schuler remodeled my shower.these people are fabulous!

I had new countertops and a sink/faucet put in my kitchen. From the very first phone call, Schuler personnel presented as professionals desiring to serve their customers well. I love the process they use by inviting me to their showroom first to look at the products. Then they visited my home to see the space, measure, and discuss options. Then I received a detailed quote with product photos!

Every step of my project went as described and every person I interacted with: Sarah, Brian, Kaitlyn, and Jason was caring and did excellent work. Also, the guys at Prestige were great. I am planning more projects with Schuler and I highly recommend them.

Brian was great. Quick, very personable and effective. The only problem I had was that my service time was changed. I scheduled it about 5 days in advance. I understand the reason for the change (funeral for one of the workers to attend), but I took the day off and scheduled things around it. The time I was quoted for rescheduling was 11:30.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve Kroope. He was extremely nice and good at what he does. I spoke with a plumber earlier on in the day and the plumber told me he couldn't do anything. Steve, confidently helped right away and has even given me a 4 month warranty that I can call him back if anything does go wrong.

Our Technician / plumber John did a fantastic job today with our toilet removal and install. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, attention to detail and general care of our house. he even wiped down the wall behind the toilet that was inaccessible when the toilet was in place.

Just had Schuler Service out to install a new water softener. Steve and Jason were very friendly and professional. Before they got to work, Steve took the time to check the water pressure and saw it was very high which could lead to damage and premature aging of the new softener.

Schuler Service was very quick to send a service person to my house! I called at 8:30AM and they called me by 12:30PM to say the tech was on the way! Andrew Van Kooten was so great! He was nice, helpful and patient.

I had had two previous plumbers, they will remain nameless. Those two experiences were expensive and the work was not completed. John arrived on time, with needed supplies. One item that was needed and not available; was delivered from the main office.

Brian turned every stone to address the slow draining tub in the master bathroom.
