We need straight talk, quality, quick response - Plumbing works has it covered. Used them 3 times so far. If I was a plumber I'd save a lot of money (ha ha). Once they spotted a dangerous fume leak without being asked (verified by other expert). They give clear options and no pressure. They explain how the house aged, and show the old parts afterward to prove it. They point out old work poorly done. Terrific experience so far. Owner, take a bow.

They have not performed enough due diligence on the plumbing problem in my building and charged $75.00/ Hour when they just spent 15 minutes and left the place without even giving me the information and I had to request them to give me the information and all the problems they mentioned in the report is not even correct and when I hired another plumber he fixed everything perfectly for just $350.00 as against Plumbing works requested for more thank 5K. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.

I needed help last minute and Plumbing Works was able to send someone out within 2 hours. It's was a difficult job the way I wanted it done and feared that our wall would have to be cut out as we are about to list our home for sale. Shane did an amazing job and they didn't gouge me like most other companies. I'll have them back out in a week as our other bathroom has the same setup and we are renovating that as well.

Able to schedule an appointment quickly. Technician was polite, offered options, covered repairs made when finished. Price for repairs was competitive.

Knowledgeable employees, did good work. Edit: had them over a third time now. 2 plumbing issues and a hvac service and estimate. Every time was great, every job was done well, and their people are very nice and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call again if needed.

I had an emergency toilet issue and when I called for help the customer service worker was pleasant and helpful. I immediately received a call from Austin (who was equally pleasant) and assured me he would give me a call when he was on the way to my house. But, I was third on the list so he couldn't give me am exact arrival time. It was close to 10pm and I figured he forgot but a few minutes later I received his call telling me he was on his way.

He had my problem fixed shortly after he arrived. And, was very helpful explaining pricing and even gave me tips to help my toilet run more efficiently. Great experience from beginning to end with your company. Thank you for all the help!

My experience with The Plumbing Works was excellent from start to finish. The customer service girl was very pleasant and helpful. Appt scheduled quickly around my schedule. I received a text with a picture of who was coming to my home and that they were on their way. Austen was super helpful and very respectful young man. He took the time to explain everything and talk to us about our options.

He made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge. Austen completed the work very timely and did a great job. He made sure everything was cleaned up and spent time with us going over paperwork. Had toilet and double sink installed in my basement. The sink was a very old stainless model and the final installation looks great. All work was completed in a single work day. Service technician cleaned area after installation!

Disappointing service. Called 4 times over the course of a week during normal business hours. We got voicemail each time and we left messages. We did not received a call back. Finally called after hours and spoke with the answering service.
