They came out said they could do the job and set a date and time to come. Appointment was made weeks in advance for Good Friday 2022, and they where a no show. Called asked where they were and they claim it wasn't on the schedule. I checked their website and it said they were closed that day. Something seems shady with that. They need to get better at scheduling things.

This is a genuinely 5 star business with kind hearted people that won't bs you. We've used Phil who was great and recently Tony and his daughter who were wonderful too. I called and left a message and within a couple minutes, they called back. I explained our emergency and Tony was here within 15 minutes. He was professional and up front about what he had to do to repair the old lead pipe. (we live in Whitfield) He was finished in a couple hours and checked everything before leaving. I recommend them to all who want work done or have an emergency! In fact, I'm calling to have a utility sink installed to replace the old porcelain one!

I had their plumbers out to diagnose water leaking into my basement. They promised to come back with a listening device to identify exactly where the leak was coming from. When they did not return, I called several times over a few weeks and kept being told someone would call me back that day. No one ever called back despite many messages left. This is an unacceptable way to run a business when people are trusting you to resolve a time sensitive issue causing damage to their home. They caused us to lose a lot of time in being able to get the issue resolved. I highly caution against using their services.

I had a little bit of a plumbing emergency today and called several plumbers without an answer. Leroy Schannauer Plumbing & Heating Inc. answered right away and even though they were extremely busy, had someone out to my house within the hour. The plumber that came out to us was super kind, helpful, and knew what he was doing. They truly seem to care about their customers. I will recommend them to everyone in the Berks County area!

Called Leroy Schannauer Plumbing for a second opinion after a big named plumbing company wanted to charge me an outrageous price! Tony came out the next day and fixed the issue! Tony was great and kept me informed with what he was doing throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Tony to anyone. I will be using this company for my future plumbing needs!
