Joe earned his associate's degree from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in 1988 and started his career in plumbing. Immediately upon graduating, he learned his trade in the field. First in homes and then later he expanded his expertise by working in schools, hospitals and in industrial settings.

We used Joe the Plumber to help us find and repair a leak in our row home in the city. Joe came out, assessed the situation and discovered it was a crack in the main, old cast iron pipe within the wall. He was able to come out for the estimate and repair work within 2 weeks of us calling, which was great because this repair was being performed for us to sell our home.

They replaced/repaired three hose bibs for us. The technician was very punctual. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He evaluated the issues and explained all of the options. He even made sure that he cleaned up the space when he finished. They charged a fair price for the work completed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work they performed.
