Zack came to help us in a pinch when the AC was not working. He showed up, spent 15 mins, determined the system was frozen and promised to come back to look at it for free if it seemed like it was not working well when unfrozen. I do not feel as if it is working perfectly. Called back and he is now saying they will charge a fee. Do not recommend this company.

Dillon was very professional and friendly. Fixed our problem and triple checked to make sure it was exact. Kathy at the office is very friendly and professional, as well. Have used them for many years- 15 at this house(and before at another)- if you have an emergency they come!- even at night- always polite and professional- knowledgeable- (masked)- able to address multiple systems/ I have 2 H and A's- and a tankless hot water heater- they call to make the seasonal appointments so I don't need to remember to call them- what more can I say? I started with Phil- the owner and lately have had Colin- wonderful service- I highly recommend them.

Kathy (sp?), who answers the phone, is always nice, courteous, and helpful. And today she had to have been slammed and was still nice and answered a few questions that I had. I have them at my home 5 timed within a 2 month period. Never one time did they suggest that I needed to replace parts to my furnace. They always suggest let's work with you got. Then if replacing parts does not work then we will go from there. I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful from the office to the repairman. He even helped me change the battery in my alarm. You can not go wrong using this company

I chose South Nashville Heating and Cooling for a new HVAC unit and install. Great customer service, pricing and installation. Techs did a great job installing and answered all my questions. No overpriceing or lip service - Straight shooters. Had several estimates from other businesses, all were overpriced. Highly recommend for your Heating and cooling needs and will continue to use them in the future.

I made a call in the afternoon to have them fix a cable I had accidentally cut while doing yard work. They made it out and repaired the cable during business hours. No after hours or other extra fees. The technician was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I'll hire them again any time I need work done! Service: Heating system repair

Worked with Zack Wolf on replacing my old packaged HVAC. After getting quotes from multiple contractors and large box retailers, I decided to work with SNHC based on their reputation. It was easy to work with Zack. He is professional, not pushy, and his team's workmanship was top notch. On top of it all, their prices were at least several hundred dollars below what others have quoted me ( same unit).

Kathy and Jason always take great care of us. They get us on the schedule quickly and I can count on them for quality service at a fair price. We have a traditional central air unit and mini splits upstairs. Some HVAC companies don't have a clue about minis. These guys are pros, and I feel confident having them service ours. I have never seen a crew of workers as professional as these young men. They were clean, neat uniforms, organized, polite and fast at their work. I wondered if they all had military backgrounds. In our home, we have cats, kids, dogs - so you can imagine the working conditions here weren't pleasant and it was hot. I never saw or heard one complaint or even an aggravated expression.

These guys came over because my air conditioning wasn't working right and they showed up late, making me wait on them for almost an hour and a half. They went into my attic and outside to look at everything and they said I needed a new compressor or whatever the thing is outside my house and that would cost $1200 to replace, and then it would be another day before they could fix that.

My husband and I contracted with South Nashville Heating and Cooling to replace 30 year old duct work and relocate and replace my clothes dryer vent. We were given a two week prior notice of the work being done. On Monday morning, Jason Broyles arrived with his four workers and stood in the driveway and gave explicit instructions and all details of the job to be done.
