Javier and his team are amazing! He's has the best customer service and responsive. He's also very resourceful to refer you additional talent to complete jobs that need drywall, electrical or roofing needs. I've used his company twice now and they've been the best pricing I've found to get the jobs done. I highly recommend using Javi-Air Conditioning for AC/heating needs.

I cannot recommend Javi-Air Conditioning enough! These guys are great! I have had several different services done by them - new ductwork, new return, new unit - and every time I have had service, they are always quick to come out and quick to complete the job, it doesn't matter the day of the week or the time of day. Most recently, my A/C was blowing warm air.

I called and spoke with Javier himself and he was at my house in less than 20 minutes to diagnose (and fix) the problem (bad capacitor). I've referred them to my family recently when their unit went bad and my family couldn't believe how quickly they had someone out to their house and how quickly they had a new unit installed. Excellent work! Excellent customer service! And excellent turnaround time! I will recommend Javi-Air to anyone that has A/C needs. Top notch company. Keep up the great work!

"The A/C is blowing hot air" are words you never want to hear from people who entrust you to keep their AC in working order. Not only has Javi-Air been understanding regarding our constant changing times, they have remained professional and have exuded the most friendly demeanor. Anytime of day or week, they can be at your residence within a few hours.

I have yet to have them reschedule with me or cause any problems that are normally associated with contractors and repairmen. When I received the estimate that my AC condenser was going to cost near an arm and a leg, I called around to the local repairmen in the area. Not only was Javi-Air less expensive, they remove the high pressure sales pitch that are commonplace when it comes to AC units that the average person knows nothing about.

They took their tie and explained exactly what would need to happen to make sure the AC was running correctly. Utmost professionalism and customer care are two words I would use when recommending these guys. Stop, your search is done, give these guys a call, you wont be disappointed!

Fabulous customer service! This was the first time of trying Javi-Air and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived within an hour after calling on Sunday and they were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Our 2008 AC system was on the fritz. Called one company who responded and after examining the heat pump charged me $250 for a new capacitor plus service call. Said compressor was on it's way out. Needed whole new system for $7000. Next day nothing but warm air, even with thermostat set to 65. Found Jose from Javi Aire thru word of mouth. He called and came over @ 6pm.

After running tests, cleaning the heat pump and cooling it down, he surmised the fan motor was shot and not running at full capacity. He replaced the fan motor, checked the free on and double checked the new capacitor to make sure it was compatible with the system. He also determined we had the wrong heavy duty filters in the returns. The unit is cranking out cold air and I couldn't be happier. The price was right and he even called the next day to see if things were ok. Would call him again in a second. Thanks!

My air-condition guy told me I needed new furnace and AC. Called another outfit and they charged me for a mother board, $300 only. Said every thing else was good. Talked to neighbor and he had two family members that were told they needed new systems too. I hear heating contractors get commission for every new system they sell. I would stay away.

I had just finished a remodel which included a mini split A/C system, and needed a Pro to come out and vacuum the lines, add some freon, and test for leaks. I put the word out to about a dozen HVAC companies in the valley via Yelp, and Javi-Aire was the first to get back to me (on a Sunday night even!), and had one of their techs Jose come out the very next day. Jose was there on time, knew exactly what to do, was very professional, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Oh, and the quote that I received was 20%-40% lower than all the others, and that is exactly what the final bill was (no add-ons). These guys are the ONLY HVAC company I'll be working with in the future!

I needed a new rooftop ac installed and after dealing with sky high quotes, unpleasant attitudes, and one good quote with very poor service, I found Javi-air through Yelp. Javier and his team were super pleasant, responsive, professional, on time, and gave me a very fair price. My wife and I are very happy with the service received and hope to have the same experience in the future.

Javi-Air Conditioning is a well run organization and they will have my business while I live in Arizona. The wife of the owner who answered the telephone was professional, friendly and well versed. We were on our final days with our AC unit. It lasted us 19 years, but after 3 recommendations, we decided to go with Javi-air. We got a good price. They were done within 6 hrs. Cleaned up the need. Took the old unit, v and the BEST was. The price didn't change! What we were quoted and shook on was what we paid. Thank you Javi-air! Now we can save money, and stay cool!

Luckily we realized our A/C was blowing warm air before the triple digit weather hit! Even still, it was hot, and warm air blowing in a warm house doesn't make for a happy time. Javi-Air came quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problems and even showed me what was wrong. He also serviced my unit, just because it needed a servicing!

That bad comment about Javi should never been made. Javier knew nothing about the situation until this afternoon. The man is honest and trustworthy in my opinion. PS: FYI I Was the one who paid the bill.

I got a new air conditioner and furnace about a month ago. I believe it was George who came out to replace it with his 3 children. My hallway furnace is freezing and I can't even take off the padding or whatever it's called on the inside part of the door because all the ice is frozen to it!
