We have made two appointments for service. No show or call both times. We wasted two days waiting for no service. We were told several times owner would call us. Again no call. we had used Davis and Davis before with success but now avoid them at all cost.

If I had a 10 button I would hit it. These guys came out to fix our well pump and myriad other problems that occurred as a result of our pump going out. There were serious complications with the project (none of which they could have known ahead of time) and Keith and his crew stuck it out until midnight in subzero temps digging out our yard to get broken line fixed.

My family spent several thousands dollars with Davis & Davis on a shower installation for a new bathroom. Six months later, while taking a shower, water began shooting from the water handle. When we called Davis to come take a look at it, the first thing they said was, Oh, that's going to be a voided warranty.
