Most plumbers are commission based. Meaning, the guy they send to help you is really trying to help himself. BC Plumbing does not work on a commission model so their guys aren't wont upsell you to the moon. You get an honest opinion and an honest price.

I enjoy working from BC Plumbing. It is always good to help customers with their problems with drainage systems.

My secretary called this company to get an estimate to repair 2 toilets at my office and was told that it would only cost $150.00. Later I received an invoice for $343.07 - MORE THAN TWICE THE ESTIMATE. I sent them a letter advising them of this and they just continued to send me invoices. I even called and asked to speak with the owner or manager and no one called me back.

Then to make matters worse they sent me to a collection agency and I received a letter from a debt collection company. Fortunately, I am an attorney so I sent the debt collection company a explaining what happened and stating that if they continued to send me letters I would file a legal action against B C Plumbing and the debt collection company for misrepresentation and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

BC is the only plumber we will call now. We were having our service line quoted. After two other plumbers gave us an estimate for about $3,000, Bruce took a look and said, we can use that old gas pipe as a conduit to run the water line, and avoid all that trenching. Quoted us $1,200 and then actually billed $1,100 because the work was less than he thought it would be. Who has that kind of integrity? Not many people any more, but BC Plumbing does. BC Plumbing does great quality work, and they are respectful and honest. Best of Louisville.

I highly recommend B.C. They are great with old houses like mine. Friendly plumbers who pay attention to the details.

This is what has been fantastic about the experience, called for Sunday emergency service - for a "simple" job, it turned out to be more labor intensive so it was suggested I wait until normal hours for an appropriate labor rate. Monday they went about the project in the most cost beneficial way and discovered that the issue was more expensive then projected so scrapped the first project worked with me on a solution that we both liked and started on it ASAP. Talked with the owner about my ideas and he informed me why they are not the best, and why he was doing what he was doing, it was to preserve the value of our home. Got water turned on ASAP, and did the job correct.

Rude office staff, rude owner. Owner cares only about his bottom line. Zero customer service skills, treats customers horribly. Inexperienced plumbing staff, they damage your pipes and the owner does not seem to care. They are very rude and insulting. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'd give zero stars if it were an option. STAY AWAY. Do not waste your money. Call a professional plumbing service.

Outstanding and excellent service was provided to us by your service repair person. They arrived promptly as promised and he did a wonderful job solving our plumbing issue. They also recommended that we get our drains cleaned on a regular basis. Thank you.

We had a visit with the rep(s) prior to July 4th holiday. When we didn't receive a quote / follow-up over the next few weeks, my husband called back. The rep didn't even recall the business. Leo Choice award doesn't mean much when follow-up is so poor.

Thanks so much for your help! I called on a rainy Saturday, and Thomas came out within an hour to replace our sump pump. He was professional and did the job quickly. With 2-4 inches of rain expected later in the evening, this company took the stress out of what a disaster this could have been.
