I didnt use their services but when I do need the services they offer, I will 100% use this company. I am a security guard for a large company here in Louisville, KY. Two people from Thompson Brothers Plumbing came into my work. They had found a phone with a work ID for an employee at the company I work at. They found it while leaving a job they were doing.

I dont know how far away from my work they found it but they took the time to bring in a complete strangers phone and work ID. Its rare to find honest people. I just wanted to let possible customers know how honest and awesome these people are!

To say I had a plumbing nightmare is an understatement. A friend suggested that I call Thompson Bros. I called, and someone (Jesse) came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and told me what the cost would be. They started working on the issue the very next day! They called me every day with an update, and the guys who were doing the actual work could not have been nicer or more attentive to my problems and to me as a worrier!

They were friendly, highly professional plumbers who knew what needed to be done and how to do it! I could not be more pleased with both the communication and work performed by Thompson Brothers. To top it all off, they did not raise the price on me when they ran into unforeseen problems, and they smoothed the ground back out after all the plumbing issues were addressed/completed.

I thought they could not possibly do more for me; however, just yesterday one of the guys was in my yard putting straw down because of the immense amount of rainfall we have incurred recently. They realized what a muddy mess I could have and took steps to remedy the situation before it could occur, and I hadn't even given it a thought! Thompson Brothers worked to figure out what was actually causing my continuous clogging and fixed it (a mega block in our pipe). This has been a problem for a year and they are the only ones that actually got to it, and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed. They were also on time, friendly, and honest. I am very grateful for their hard work.

Thompson Brothers Plumbing did an excellent professional job in installing our new sewer line! Had us hooked up to the sewer all in one day! No interruption in using the bathrooms or service! Thompson Bros gave me the best estimate for a basement kitchen and bath, rough-in and finish. They were patient and understanding through all the time it took to finish. Jacob, Chad, Freddie and the office staff all communicated and responded in a timely fashion. Since then, I've had other plumbing jobs done by them - always professional, efficient and reasonable. I'm so glad they were recommended to me! I have already recommended them to several others.
