Graham's Plumbing

Called and made an appointment to have a outdoor water connection installed. Appointment was set for the following Monday. They called me on Wednesday, and told me they were 'running ahead of schedule', and would be able to come out on Friday, which I agreed to. I got up Friday morning, and cleared the stuff under my sink (this is were the water connection would be), to give the plumber room to work.

A couple of hours later I get another call from the Graham's telling me the plumber wouldn't be able to make it because the job he was working on 'turned out to be a nightmare'. Ok, fine. I pointed out that the original appointment had been for the following Monday, and that would be ok. I was told Monday wouldn't work for them, because they had a plumber off, and wouldn't be able to get here until Wednesday. I agreed, but after thinking about it, decided I didn't want them to do the job, so called back and cancelled the appointment.

I called and made an appointment and was given a window during which the plumber should arrive. After the window was missed, I called to check in and was told I was next on the list (at lunch time). The plumber never showed up or even gave a courtesy call to tell me they would not be there. When I called the business the next day, all I got was "sorry." The business made no attempt to reschedule at a reduced rate to make up for the inconvenience of sitting home from work for an entire day waiting for them to show up. In fact, no one tried to address the error in any way.

Graham's plumbing showed and was professional and so nice. They checked out my other pipes as well as gave me a heads up of other pipes that may need replacing but with no pressure of doing it. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I used Graham's Plumbing for the first time two weeks ago for a severe clogged drain in my bathroom and kitchen and I will definitely use them again. From start to finish, Sam and the others were terrific. I was watching my friends grandfathers house as he was very ill and they were so professional and thoughtful. The plumbing has not been updated in years and the pipes had frozen over bad. They fixed it all and now the pipes are much better than the old ones and everything is working splendidly. I used them for the first time about one month ago for some plumbing replacements that I wasn't comfortable doing myself. They were quick to respond after I called about getting a quote, were very fair with their estimates, and when it came time to do the work they were VERY fast and efficient. They'd have probably gotten it done even faster if I didn't ask so many questions.

Graham Plumbing is reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I manage a high volume restaurant housed within a building constructed in the 1890s. The inner workings of the building are a real patchwork. Needless to say, we experience many unexpected plumbing issues and we don't have the luxury to wait for them to be addressed. I had 2 plumbers come out, the 1st plumber tried to tell me I needed a new water heater when mine was only 3 years old. I had Graham come out and they replace the thermocouple which was very inexpensive. Thank you Graham for the honest service.

Graham's is a great plumbing company. I've used them for both commercial and residential jobs. They schedule quickly, show up on time, get the job done, and charge a fair and reasonable price. I only wish I had started using them earlier.

Good work and fair prices. I wanted the old fixtures changed on my shower and tub, and Sam said it was going to be fairly expensive, because I'd need to re-tile where they had to remove the tile to put in the new fixtures.
