Nathan was my plumber and he was excellent. He got to my house about 15 minutes early so I didn't have to wait until the last hour of my scheduled appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was adequately prepared and fixed the bathtub leak in a reasonable time. ASI quoted me the cost of repair over the phone after I filled out an online request (included pictures) within 15 minutes.

I was worked into the schedule the following day. I thought that it would probably be more expensive than quoted but to my shock it was the exact amount. I cannot tell you how wonderful and anxiety free it is having a contractor not lie, be late, go over the estimated price or a complete idiot in plumbing repairs. A++ Well done!

Very professional, affordable, and quick! ASI repaired a leaking pipe down in the slab of my home and replaced and toilet for me. Great communication with me about the job done. Everything was cleaned up really well. The concrete that was poured back down after the pipe was repaired was smooth with the floor and well done. Very impressed! I have found my plumbing company. ASI came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Jerry was very professional and prompt. He let me know of a slight delay and when he got there, he explained everything he was going to do. And the price was right! I have used ASI plumbing for a few things over the years and each time their service is great. They provide accurate quotes that haven't changed, they arrive when they say they will, and they complete the tasks in a timely manner and leave the work sight clean. This time we had Nathan as our technician and he did an awesome job.

I called ASI for an estimate to repair or replace our dying water heater. They asked what the problem was and the age of the unit and gave me a VERY fair price (compared to all others) over the phone to replace it. Luke was the plumber who did the replacement. He was great! Very pleasant, personable, efficient and he left the area in better condition than he found it! We now have a brand new water heater for the exact price originally quoted and a go to plumbing company! I'll recommend these guys to anyone who'll listen.

We've used them many times and always been happy. Most recently, we'd received an estimate of $1,000 to remove and repair a drain pipe for a pedestal sink. We want to thank all of the ASI Plumbing office staff and technicians for all their hard work, getting the job done correctly, friendliness, and professionalism. ASI did a couple of different repairs within days of one another. They fixed a bend pipe directly under our toilet. We were told this was fixed by another plumbing company in the past. We are in the process of selling our house and found out there was still a crack from the inspector. Dustin and Justin worked very hard to ensure this ongoing issue was fixed and fixed correctly.

We also found out that our washing machine spigots were dripping. ASI was able to get that scheduled right away too. Dustin did a great job fixing those as well (in the middle of a snow storm at that). We needed to get it done quickly - and it was. To say that they were extremely fair in their pricing is an understatement. As a matter of fact they could have charged us more than the estimated price because the job was more complicated than they anticipated.

The main reason is that the pipe is in a very small crawl space. Any other plumber would have charged us significantly more. I had communication with Liz and other office staff and they were all professional and very friendly. Which is, unfortunately, almost unheard of these days. I called ASI at 9:05 AM, received a phone quote at 9:30AM and by 2:30PM on the same day, our replacement water heater was installed and the plumber was leaving our driveway! Absolutely incredible service and highly professional in all aspects. Their competitors wanted to dispatch an estimator the next day and would not commit to an installation time or day.

We were without hot water and they displayed no sense of urgency whatsoever! I am so grateful that I called ASI and will certainly do so in the future! Finally, I am not a relative of anyone at ASI and this IS a legitimate review; exceptional service should not go unnoticed IMHO!

Copper pipes in finished basement leaking, called ASI, was emailed estimate before work started. Jonathan Dixon arrived on time, treated my home with the utmost care & respect, completed repair & left my home neat & tidy. Jonathan is a very knowledge, professional plumber. I have several companies come out and give estimates. ASI was not only the least expensive they were the most responsive. They followed up, answered all questions, and were flexible with scheduling. The work was top of the line. Several neighbors had the same sewer replacement done in the last year and ASI was the fastest and left my yard looking the best. In short they were professionals and took pride in their work. I won't call any other plumbing company.

Just had the best experience with ASI Plumbing, specifically with Carlton. We've had a lot of plumbers over and this is what sets the company apart: they send you an estimate before the work - great experience with Ben who was honest with the estimate, they bring their own door mat and wear footies and a mask too, the company calls you the day after to follow up on your experience ensuring you had a good result. Carlton was super careful with clean up, patient and kind as he explained stuff to me, and lastly super knowledgeable and confident in his work. We are definitely going to use them again!

It was not my week for plumbing issues. We had a dishwasher installed because ours died Jan 1 (different company) and after that, the hot water stopped working. I looked for a place with good reviews and found ASI so I went to schedule online (usually a disaster in itself). I got to their page and they had an appointment for the next day, Monday, (Sceptical me 'ya right') So I booked it fully expecting them to call and reschedule.

They not only did not reschedule but they showed up precisely on time and told us we needed a new tap. While they were here they repaired a shut-off valve under the sink. I got a new tap that day and called to schedule having it installed. They did not have any appointments till Wednesday So I took that. I mean no hot water is a drag but we could live with it.

That night the kitchen drain clogged up so we could not even run the dishwasher or fill the sink and wash dishes by hand (ugh) we tried and tried to unplug it but could not. So we called ASI back to beg for a sooner appointment. Amazingly they fit us in that day and Desmond came by and fixed the clogged drain and installed the water taps. We now have hot and cold running water that drains.

Time for the bill. I was scared to even ask but when I was told the final cost I was terrific. One thing I liked about them is that everyone we talked to made sure we knew the price ahead of time. I, till the end, expected them to add on hidden charges and upcharges but that never happened. They are reasonably priced, honest, and do fantastic work I can not say enough good about this company. Do not hesitate to call them! I liked them enough I added them as a contact on my phone. I WILL use them again.

I just wanted to tell everyone here in the Louisville ky or J-town area that if you happen to find yourself in the position that my husband Eddie and I were in on Thanksgiving day of all days with a water leak and couldn't get anyone out here until the next 2 days was the soonest they could come which I have to say that we got extremely lucky having a really hardworking honest man named Carlson do our work for us he explained everything to us and gave us the price and he never once took a break he took care of the one water leak but guess what we actually developed another one the next day in a different area than the first leak Carlton came back out and promptly took care of the problem he was such a hardworking honest up front man I really really appreciate him so much and I plan on using him in the near future for a walk in tub it was such a good to meet Carlton and Asi plumbing is GREAT do yourself a favor if you ever need a plumber call Asi Plumbing I promise you will be HAPPY you did.

We had ASI replace our old toilet; which had never functioned properly, with a new Toto. It is a huge improvement. It is much more efficient, quieter, has two levels of flush, and slow closing of seat and lid. The installer was prompt, friendly, efficient, and he left absolutely no mess. This is the second time I have used ASI. They installed my water heater. I was very happy with that job. I plan on using them for future plumbing needs.

This plumbing company came out immediately and gave us help. They called the Apex construction to help with the problem we had. Had to call them again yesterday for a totally different problem, and again came quickly. Tony and Joaquin came out this morning a swiftly and efficiently fixed our problem. They are the best in San Diego County Thank you!

I had a technician come out to recheck the new toilets that I had installed by ASI. Kerry was my technician. He introduced himself at my door politely put on shoe covers and came into my house. Not only did he check the new toilets he saw some other things that didn't look right which I will not go into detail and at no cost helped to tighten a few things down.

I have never been disappointed using this company they are awesome and everybody that has shown up at my door as always been very polite man early considerate an informational. Last night before bed I discovered our water heater leaking. Luckily I caught it early and no damage to house. Contacted ASI based on a neighbors recommendation and they came through for us. We had to have it done fast since we are selling or house and have showings scheduled. James our tech was prompt & professional. Cleaned up after their work. Except for a brand new water heater you would never know they had been here. Price was exactly what was quoted. Will for sure call again if needed.

Bad experience before they came to my house. Man called me in response to my online request for a quote. He informed me of a coupon for free removal of my old water heater. However, when the girl called me to remind me of my appointment, she new nothing of this coupon and acted like I would make something like that up. Decided to cancel because I do not enjoy being called a liar.

Owner called me back and apparently the lady spun it that that reason why i was cancelled was because of the gentleman that I first spoke with. It appears to me that chick has some issues and it reflects poorly on the company. Will not waste my time again.

I needed a plumber ASAP and ASI Plumbing delivered! I made an appointment online on a Thursday evening for Friday at noon. They called in the morning and were able to come earlier. I had my water heater completely replaced, up and working by 10:00 am! Roman Haag was my plumber and he was just fabulous!

Danny L. I have used ASI in the past and the service was as excellent this time as it was the last time. They are very courteous and up front on pricing as well as if they run into a unforeseen problem they have a flat up front estimate. The service tech this time was Josh Lippert who was fast and efficient. They also from time to time have coupons off for services which I was able to use as well. If you need plumbing services you can check around but you should give these guys a shot they are well worth it.

I was very happy with the work done by ASI. Another plumbing company told me that it was impossible to run a gas line to my fireplace. ASI sent Allan Clark to my house. He was very friendly, personable, and really knew his stuff. He knew exactly what needed to be done to run the gas line to the fireplace and diligently worked on it until it was done.

He was responsive and communicated everything well. Because of the experience I had with Mr. Clark, I will always use ASI for any plumbing need and will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We used ASI Plumbing for the first time recently and had a very positive experience. We had used one of the bigger named plumbers in the past and weren't very happy with their work or prices so we tried ASI. Everything about our experience was positive including the lady answering the phone and making appointments, the person who called to let me know the costs in advance and Aaron who was the one who showed up and did the work. Aaron was very nice and made sure to bring in shoe covers and mats to keep our house clean.

He explained what was he doing along the way as well. He ended up having to cut a hole in our drywall in the basement to get closer to the clog in the drain and overall was at our house for a good 4 hours making sure he took care of the problem. He also cleaned up everything after he was done, in fact I would say he went above and beyond. The final cost wasn't a surprise and I felt it was very fair. We will no doubt be using ASI in the future for any plumbing needs.

After a terrible experience with this company last year, I found myself needing a plumber on a Saturday and they were on the list for 24/7 plumbing. I called, spoke with Ashley who said she was sending a message to Jimmy, the manager or owner and she transferred me to his voicemail asking me to leave him a message, however his voicemail was full. I called back to let them know, the rep who answered that time assured me I would get a call from him within the hour as she was sending him an email and a fax.

I have yet to hear from anyone. Not to mention extensive hold times when calling. Not good business! *Addendum* After a poor response on another review from this company, I would like to add greater detail which has my response to them. "Wow! I applaud you at the most arrogant and ineffective review response ever! Keep up the terrible work! You failed to mention that your technician advised that we would have to do a semi-kitchen remodel and pipe replacement in order to resolve the issue. Strangely the plumber that typically comes for our issues came the following day only to tell us otherwise.

The drain was cleared within minutes. You also failed to mention that your tech broke my shower head and you failed to address that, leaving me to pay for a replacement. As far as you having a mishap in communication this time around, per two of your representatives who both communicated to me the same information, I would receive a call from YOU within the hour and I would be worked into your schedule on Saturday or Sunday if I opted to go with your company. But nice try in your attempt to make the customer look bad, which seems to be the case in your response on all of your negative reviews."

Hi! I had never used this plumbing company before as I'd used another company that also does HVAC maintenance. But my laundry drain became clogged and Mike Sloan came out after I had conveniently scheduled it online. He got the job done without charging me an arm and a leg and also gave me a nice quote for a tub to shower conversion. He also pointed out some trouble areas that need to be concentrated on for the near future. Mike did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

I have to say that from the person on the phone to the technician who came out were every nice on the phone. I was given a two hour time frame when the technician would be here but when they were running behind (Christmas eve eve) which is understandable. Kevin was great and answered all my questions and fixed my clogged kitchen quickly and make sure it was great before leaving. Kevin gave me a price before he started any work.

Awful! I had a plumbing leak and they charged my for the visit, but told me there was no leak. Now it has leaked into the downstairs and they are telling me that it is a new leak and they won't pay for the damages. The leak is in the exact spot I told them it was! These people are crooks.

This company prides themselves on customer service. When I called to make the appointment they gave me a few options of times and let me decide which one worked best for me. The took the time on the phone to listen to what my issue was instead of just scheduling me and moving on.

I called ASI Plumbing to come inspect a possible clog after getting a very expensive quote from another big name in town. ASI was able to schedule me the very same day. Mike Sloan came out and did a great job assessing the problem, giving me options, and working with me on what would be the most affordable and effective solution.

ASI Plumbing redid the plumbing in our upstairs bathroom, including all of the pipes in the floor, and down into the basement. They also replaced our tub, toilet, and vanity. Throughout the process, Jimmy was responsive and worked around our schedule to get things done as quickly as possible.

Mike Sloan was the best plumber I've ever worked with! He was professional, personable and represents your company very well. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things and the company that he proudly works for.

These people are crooks. They charged me almost $200 to snake my drain. They then proceeded to tell me all of my pipes needed to be replaced because they were the old metal pipes and were rusting. I got a second opinion from a family friend, who told me that was a complete lie. They are newer copper pipes and are in excellent shape. Essentially, he was going to charge me $2,000 to replace pipes unnecessarily then go out and sell the copper from the old pipes thinking I would be too gullible to catch on since I am a women.

We were pleased to have Josh & Austin as a service guys. They installed a gas line from our basement through our attic and down to our fireplace where they installed gas logs. Both were very nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job of cleaning up after. We were, also, pleased with the price.

Mike Sloan with ASI plumbing was courteous, professional & explained what he was doing. He called before he arrived and was on time. We couldn't ask for more! Definitely would recommend ASI and Mike. In fact, we did, to our family and neighbor's! Next time we have a plumbing problem we are calling ASI and Mike.

Y'know, just when things start to get rough, it's always nice to know that a hot shower can sometimes wash a few worries away, at least momentarily, and you can look at the world with fresh eyes. That is until you realize the hot water heater is on the blink and you have to call a plumber. Yay. Thankfully, ASI Plumbing is close by and came highly recommended on Yelp and other sites.

Mike was informative, quickly diagnosing the problem, servicing the water heater and offering a few money-saving tips to avoid future similar issues.
