I have just sent an email with more details for everything. Thank you for reaching out, the service month I requested was on February, I was reassured by the tech that inspected the system, who was in a hurry to leave, that everything was working fine. And unfortunately, after 4 months I'm encountering the same issue. For how expensive the one time payment was, the service was beyond disappointing.

Don't trust this company, specially with your HVAC. There is a specific person that works on them. He is not an honest person. Thank God for ARS rescue rooter, my issue is resolved.

I called Total Group for assistance with my heat pump that was not properly heating my house while it was in the teens at night. Kassandra was super helpful and kept me up to date on scheduling. James came out to assess the unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the unit. Paul diagnosed and later Will and Harka came to repair my AC and did a great job! Unfortunately two days later on a weekend the AC stopped working and I texted Will who was on call and he came and fixed the issue and took care of it and I had cool air again. Thank you Will - you are concerned about the quality of your work! Will made sure that he did not leave until the AC was working to specs. Great Job and Great service!

I have been a customer of Total for a long time and they have been talking care of all the plumbing in my house and they have installed my heat/air unit and replaced all the ducts, repair water heater, electrical +++++. I am not sure but I think I have been their Clint since 2010 or 11. Loved everyone they have send me. I have had awesome experience with the anyone who has answered my calls. Spent $7000 on a Trane unit with Total HVAC three years ago and now the freon line is caput. Total HVAC blames Trane, Trane blames the installation of Total HVAC, neither will stand behind their product and we are stuck with a unit that doesn't work heading into summer.

We called for maintenance at 7 o'clock. I guy named Jason called and left a voicemail that sounded like he was at a party. We called him back and he immediately started to tell me how he wouldn't be able to get out here till 11 or 12.
