I called Fountain Air on Monday the 18th and left a message. Cory called back shortly and set up a time to meet for an estimate on a new AC unit. I received the text message from him stating that he would be at the house between 1 and 2 on the same day (March 18th). At 5:30, I called him back and stated that he must not have wanted to do business with me since he was a "no show". In this day and age, where everyone has a cell phone - there is no excuse for not calling. I would not recommend Fountain Air to anyone.

These guys are awesome. i had my A.C. n furnace replace. went local real local Company in my neighborhood great price great service. A few months later a friends a.c. wet out on a holiday weekend and she had a 80+ yr old Mom in the home.on my advice she called Fountain Air. they came out got it fixed and didn't charge a ridiculous price. They care about their customers.

Our A/C was blowing warm air last night, the Sunday before Memorial Day 2017. Called Corey at Fountain Air at 8am on Memorial Day and he was at our house ready to look at our unit at 9:15am the very same day. Turns out the capacitor was bad and he replaced it for $1 per microferret with an inexpensive service fee. Also checked out our second unit just to make sure it was in order which it was.

No upselling. No holiday fees. Just plain excellent service. To top it off he was in the marines stationed in my hometown! Thank God for men of integrity in this world! He's got our service for life!

I have used this company for several years. Today after coming home only to find my house was warm, I immediately called. Justin came in ten minutes. He went to the attic and diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower motor. In about an hour my house was cooling once again. Speedy service with a smile. I trust Fountain Air.
