Unscrupulous, unethical, and misrepresenting. This business was stolen by the new owner. He "bought" it from the previous owner whom had been in business for 20 years, who did offer quality work and service, etc etc, but the business now has no remnants of that yet they are taking credit for it. He has not paid the previous owner for the company. I was unaware of this and had one of their techs out who put my drain spout on the air handler in my attic upward & caused a flood in my ceiling.
Where does water go? It finds the path of least resistance. He went on and on about how he didn't understand why no one does that but he always does(I suppose for job security). I had to have mold treatment done and replace the drywall and paint in the room below because that tech doesn't understand the basic principles of water. So new owner comes in, takes full advantage of the earned and deserved positive reputation, hires inept techs, pays poorly, and erodes the hard work and dedication that was previously put in, to get this business the reputation it rightfully had and now people are getting hosed just like the previous owner got hosed. 0/10.

Hello Brig, Unless you guys want to adjust your charges from what worked out to be $213.75/hr for labor for the two hours the repairman actually spent doing the repair then I see no way you can remedy this. Your rates are in no way competitive charging "drive time" and not advising upfront that you are doing so or the estimated time it will take. And this was after the removed one hour of the "drive time" charges already. see original amount due and then updated invoice.

We gave the new owners a try after Greg sold the business. I will never use them again and will advise the friends and family that we had referred over the years to also switch. Called for service on a weekend, asked for rate, advised the weekend rate. Tech came out and was there for two hours. We were charged for the two hours PLUS "travel time"?! Absurd.
Have never been charged for something like this before. Poor communication from the company. Based on the hourly quoted we were charged for a couple hours "travel time". This was not mentioned as a fee when I asked what the hourly would be. I asked for an hourly breakdown and one was not provided, just a phone call from Debbie stating that they charge for travel time and should have given me an estimate (they did not) they sent a tech out from AJ and he was an older gentleman who moved extremely slow.
So on top of being charged his "travel time" he took more time doing the repair than he should have just due to age. They took off one hour of this "travel time" after I asked for a breakdown (which I still never received). FIND A NEW COMPANY. This is not the same company since Greg left. My a/c unit had been giving us trouble off and on so I ask a friend from work for a recommendation and gave me Ready Air information. I called and Nancy was very polite and quick to get a person out to me. The technician was very thorough and very respectable in my home. He informed me of what the possibilities could be before troubleshooting the unit.
He thoroughly checked the ac and explained what he was doing and why he needed to do the troubleshooting. He was quickly able to fix and give me great tips to maintain the ac. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your quick, honest, and hard work in this hot weather.

No call no show 3 days in a row. Referred by home warranty company. Home warranty called all three days and they lied to them saying they were coming out to service our AC unit. They never called us to say they were running late, or to reschedule, they just didn't show or call. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It is reaching the 100's here and they could careless about their customers.

We had our ceiling collapse last year when the drain for the A/C clogged and the water overflowed. It was a huge mess and caused a lot of stress for my wife who was home alone. Ready Air came out this year to check our A/C units through the SRP tune up program. I told them about what happened and they suggested we have a shut off valve installed to prevent that happening again.
Well you can imagine my surprise this year when water again started dripping down the wall and the ceiling. I called another A/C maintenance company to help with the problem. They found the valve improperly installed and made repairs and corrected the installation done by Ready Air. Ready Air was more interested in selling their maintenance program and new A/C units then taking care of our needs. I can not recommend this company and would advise you to seek help elsewhere. I wish I had.

Greg arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. Very polite and asked where everything was and it would be ok to go thru the house. The inspection lasted about a half hour, and there was no pressure of upselling. He gave some suggestions to better improve our cooling unit, and followed up with an email on everything explained. If we ever need HVAC work done, Ready Air would be my first call!

This company is awesome! I have only been I. The desert for a year and a half, and they have come twice. Always a great experience! The last time was jus a couple of days ago, and Scott Cramer came here for the service. It was more than just air conditioner service, as I learned a LOT about desert living while he worked! This company has a high level of integrity and honesty, which I really value! Thank you for the amazing service and experience!

These guys are great! I called them in the morning because our AC was out. They gave us a same day appointment for 2-4. I asked for earlier if something came open. They ended up making it over within about 40 minutes of my original call! Jeremy was super friendly and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He ran back to the shop for parts and had it fixed in no time. Price seemed very fair. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Their response to my needs was wonderful. I had another company check my unit and they told me the compressor and coils would need to be replaced as the coils were leaking and the pressure on the compressor was low. This was not the first time this company had said something was failing and needed to be replaced.
Since my unit is not yet 10 years old, their last service call was the last straw. Jeremy was so very knowledgeable and checked EVERYTHING. Nothing was failing and needed to be replaced! It is wonderful to find a responsible company with integrity. I am so very happy that I found them and they will be the only ones I will call in the future. They are the best!

By far, the most amazing AC business I've ever dealt with. The owners are hard-working, hands on experts. They don't over-sell you something you don't need and are very reasonably priced for the things you do need. They took pictures of the AC units on the roof of my commercial building and showed me what needed work before they ever touched a thing or charged me a dime. I cannot say enough about this business. Genuine people doing a genuinely terrific job.

The AC went out on Saturday, and after an unbearable weekend, we looked up AC repair in the area. On Monday, we found Ready Air and they were only 1 of 2 companies who even offered a free estimate; everybody else charged $75-100 to just come out and look at your system. Since Ready Air responded that they couldn't give a proper estimate without reviewing the AC, they seemed to be the most honest. Jeremy came out and found out it was a burnt out fuse, but it also melted the large wire connecting it.
I had looked at the system on Sunday and realized that something had melted and was beyond a regular guy fixing it. He quoted a $100 repair and we were happy to hear that it was repairable. He ended up charging $86 for replacing fuse and wire, but also looked at the system and let us know that it was going to give out. He gave us options - changing out the whole system now or replacing the motor that had burnt out the fuse. Jeremy acknowledged that the motor replacement would only be a temporary fix, but would buy us a few months' time to save the $5000+ for a new system.
The system is over 10 years old, which is the average lifespan in the PHX area. We discussed it and we called him about a half hour after he left and asked him when he could replace the motor. We thought it would take several days, but he told us he could come by the next day to do it. Today, Jeremy arrived and replaced the motor in about an hour.
The AC actually ran much quieter than the old one - as Jeremy stated, the old one was running too fast and hot, burning out the bearings and the fuses, and actually was costing much more in electricity. We wholeheartedly recommend this business, which is both local and willing to work with people in considering options to keep their homes cool and comfortable, rather than trying to hard sell you a $10,000 unit, which a large chain had quoted my partner a couple of years ago.

We recently had Ready Air replace our air conditioner and furnace. They were professional, knowledgeable and timely. Been in business since 2002 - reputable company. They replaced our system in one day. The system is working great and is less noisy than our old one. Price was competitive. Will recommend to our friends. Thank you Jeremy and Greg!
