We've used Hicks HVAC for a variety of work over the years. Most recently, we hired them to design and install a mini-split for our 2,400-sqare foot basement. Jeremy talked us through the design and patiently answered all of our questions. When we were ready for the installation, Jeremy and his crew were timely, professional, and thorough. 10/10 would recommend.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys. We reached out to them after we received a very steep estimate from a large HVAC company in regards to a new heater kit and ductwork replacement. We emailed Jeremy, the owner of Hicks HVAC and discussed our concerns. He sent out Coley, one of his guys immediately who checked our system and ducts. Coley was super friendly and really just addressed our concerns.

He gave us an immediate estimate on our heater kit and got in touch with Jeremy about the duct work. I love that they only fixed and addressed what we NEEDED to get replaced and fixed. The other company was trying to upsell so much that we did not trust them having our best interest in mind. Please always get that second opinion! We are so glad we did! Hicks HVAC shows up at very timely manner. I have had them out to my house several times. They put in a mini split in my garage. That was one of the best investments. I had a thermostat installed by this company and I called because the programming option was locked and I was not familiar with the thermostat enough to unlock it so I could set the schedule to save me money on my heating and cooling bill. I called and spoke with the receptionist and they returned my call within two hours which was great. I then asked if they could help me enable the programming option.

I gave them the type of thermostat and they said they didn't know and had to come here to look at it, which I assume would cost me a service fee. I immediately called Honeywell, the manufacturer. Told them the same information. In less than 5 minutes total (including going through the menu options) they told me how to enable programming. Once it was enabled it was fairly easy to program and I didn't need any more help.

I just think that with something as simple as this, it should have been very easy for them to help me turn it on. I would totally understand if the unit wasn't purchased from their company but it was (even has their info printed on the thermostat). I'm not saying they are a bad company but they didn't help me with something very simple.

When our ac unit went out in our home we were referred to hicks hvac. We were very impressed with the timely response and quality of work. When we had a few issues with the newly installed unit due to the manufacturer of the unit. Jeremy and his team were responsive and showed up immediately until the issues were resolved. They never left us hanging.

It's hard to find companies that follow through these days so it was great to see that there are still some that care and are proud of what they do and Hicks Hvac is one of those companies that cares. I do and will continue to recommend Hicks Hvac to friends and family.

I hired Hicks to service my furnace last year when the blower was having trouble kicking on. Coley was there that day and fixed the issue in minutes. He even did it at a discount because of how simple the issue was. I used them again just recently to install a ductless unit in my home garage/gym. They were quick, thorough, professional and priced fairly. Coley was there leading the install and he answered all of my questions. I have nothing but good things to say about this group, and I will continue to call on them for my HVAC needs.

I called about my heater not pushing any hot air after another guy from a different company said everything looked good. Colby arrived early the next morning and quickly addressed the issue immediately. Not only was he super informative but the pricing was explained with clarity. HVAC stopped working Thursday morning. Jeremy was here by mid afternoon and got it going. By the evening it had stopped working again. Friday morning Jeremy returned and it became apparent I needed a new system.
