Our tech, Beau, was informative, friendly, and efficient. One of the pipes in our wall strung a leak late in the evening, so we were very pleased to get service that night without having to wait til the next morning. We had opened faucets after turning off our water, but he explained to us that we could have stopped the drip quicker by opening a hose bib, since they are set at a lower point in the house.

Now I know for next time! Beau was in and out in less than an hour even though he had to dig up concrete to replace the offending section of pipe. After seeing the makeshift tool I'd used to turn off the water, Beau went above and beyond by leaving me a waterline tool to use next time. Excellent experience!

I called Allstate Plumbing when I saw water in my garage and in my spare bedroom that adjoins the garage. I thought it was my water conditioner and I called them. They directed me to put the water conditioner into bypass and they would be out in the next couple of days to fix it. The next day the water was still coming and so I called Allstate. They said they could get someone there at 3:00 that afternoon.

I got a call from the Allstate plumber around 2:00 and he was there at 2:05. I showed him the problem and he said that he could hear the water behind the wall as soon as he got there. He was very efficient and professional and proceeded to dive right in to fix the problem. He had to cut access in the garage wall to get to the leak. It was a leak on the copper elbow.

He then rebuilt and resealed the copper water supply Very quick and efficiently. The plumber was very friendly and explained the entire process when I asked. Very pleased with everyone I talked to and the job that was done.

Unfortunately our hot water heater was leaking at the base and spilling into the garage! We were able to get Jose from Allstate to come out the same day in the afternoon to determine what was causing the leak from the hot water tank. After assessing the tank and damage, Jose recommended that the tank be replaced due to internal corrosions which we were able to see visibly.

Not knowing when we would be able to get a replacement tank in and installed, Jose was able to make a call to his office, which he indicated that he could pick up a new water heater tank and install it that same late afternoon! Jose's work diligence in getting the tank installed and his professionalism was outstanding. Would recommend that if you nee a water tank repair or installed to call Allstate and ask for Jose.

A self-induced clogged drain incident instigated by our kiddo and I having fun sending almost a full cauliflower down the InSinkErator last weekend. was quickly and calmly repaired by CJ. We called after hours, cleaned up what we could, then scheduled the next available appointment for the following morning, 8-10AM. CJ showed up on time and quickly got to work to figure out where our clog was.

The 2nd attempt found it and a 2nd snaking apprears to have cleared everything out plus some older debris that we could see floating along. The sinks are no longer full and the washer drain is no longer a fountain to the floor when draining. We have two kiddos and this is the first drain clog in 8 years. We consider ourselves fortunate. I had two natural gas leaks that caused Texas Gas Service to shutoff the gas to the house. The largest leak was at the fireplace control valve. The other was at the control valve for my water heater. Ian of All-State Plumbing was exceptional. He fixed our problems and got the gas back on in one day!

Technician was professional (except as noted below) and completed work timely. cleaned up work space after completion. Tech did not wear a protective mask and in the course of discussion I concluded he was unvaccinated. Spouse and I masked up but we'll take a hit for not insisting that tech also wear one. (we had mask to offer). I think company should require their staff to mask up when working inside customer's house and/or if in close contact. Five-star job except for this issue.

We only discovered the nails in the drain line when we were having new siding installed. Allstate came out less than 90 minutes after I called them and had it complete within an hour, so that the siding crew could continue their work.

I called Allstate first thing in the morning. I was put 2nd on their list of calls. The plumber arrived in the afternoon to start repairing. He was very friendly and informative. He got to work right away and explained what he was doing. After he finished repairing the backyard faucet, I asked him to look at my water heater.

In the process of a kitchen remodel I had an incident where another plumber caused a gas leak. In dealing with that, my water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it restarted. I called Allstate for emergency service on a Saturday. Someone was at my house within a few hours, and had the water heater repaired in short order.

I called Allstate at approximately 4:30 PM and within 30 minutes a plumber was on site. He worked for two hours to locate the leak and put in a temporary patch. The next day a crew was on site and had trenched and laid pipe parallel to the old pipe so that they could make the cutover without any significant loss of water to the house.

Plumber repaired instant hot water unit. We were prepared to replace the unit; however, the plumber was able to repair existing unit, saving us over $200. Company provided prompt and punctual service, and the plumber was very efficient and professional. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs. GREAT JOB!
