Had tech replace a simple hoke valve under the sink. Completed job in 30 min, charged 280.00. Also tech stated I needed to replace metering valve (contrs the pressure to the house). Quoted 1600.00. Called city and confirmed my house does not have a metering valve as most older homes do not. RED FLAG! CROOKS! If not crooks, not very knowledgeable for a plumbing company.

We had a noise in our house that we thought might be a leak. After several different plumbers and a few thousand dollars all we were told was that it wasn't a leak and it was on the city side. The city did a minimal investigation and said it wasn't them. Rogers Plumbing came out a couple of times. They stuck with it until they solved the problem with a check valve and a pressure control valve.

We were actually thinking about moving from a home we loved because of the noise. Rogers didn't give up and solved the problem. And at a very reasonable price. We will never call any other plumbers!

We have used Rogers Plumbing for tankless water heater issues two separate times. Also had them fix a toilet while they were here. We found them to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had the jobs completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if anything else could be done while they were here. Office staff is also very helpful. Would definitely recommend them again.

Marcus was so amazing - polite, professional, and gracious. I was stuck in traffic and could not get to the house at our agreed upon time and he stayed in constant communication and took initiative in contacting my neighbors to get a key so he could get started on the job. He was efficient and fast and communicated everything clearly. It was a great experience and I look forward to hiring the company again in the future.

Jim and Canon were so great and professional. I had a leak and wasn't sure where it was coming from. I called Rogers plumbing and Angela was very helpful. I thought I may have to wait for awhile but they were able come out quickly. When Jim and Canon arrived they explained how they would check for the leak. At first they were not sure if it was irrigation or the main line.

They were very thorough and were able to verify it was the main line. During the entire process Jim and Canon explained every step they took. They were able to repair our leak and we are so grateful for them. Before they installed anything they went over prices. The prices were straightforward and no hidden fees. I highly recommend Rogers Plumbing, they were efficient, professional and very knowledgeable.

The first excellent experience was with Angela whose personality set me at ease and made scheduling a priority. Garrett arrived with a smile and positive professional demeanor. He listened to my issues and quickly resolved the matter. I felt totally comfortable with him and his partner as they explained fully what was necessary for resolution. Because of Garrett and Angela I am ending a 20+ yr relationship with another company and will use Roger's Plumbing for all my future needs.

Roger's Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company we have ever used. Every person there is super caring, considerate, and respectful, from the phone to the person who arrives on our doorstep. They have come through for us on countless occasions - while we were out of town on vacation, when water was pouring from the ceiling on a holiday weekend, when toilets flooded, etc.

They even replumbed an entire house from the 1940s right before the horrendous freeze in 2021 and saved us from having any issues at all from that event. They are experts, professionals, and one of the best choices we have ever made.

Did a great job installing the faucet. I would have liked a quote for the service prior to having the licensed plumber coming to my home. In some ways I understand that a completely accurate quote before the day of service would be impossible not knowing what had to be done but an estimate on the cost would be customer friendly. Roger thank you for the service as the work was second to none. The faucet has worked fine since the installation. From one happy customer!

Rogers Plumbing is simply put, awesome. Jason and Marcus did an amazing job, super friendly guys, great communication, confident in their work and worked their butts off to get the job done right. Our normal plumbers were booked and we came across Rogers and so glad we did, we won't use anyone else from now on. Highly recommend using this company!
