I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

CONTACT THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO PAY MOORE AND MORE AND MORE THAN THE COMPETITION CHARGES! Contacted Moore & More for help with squealing pipes in our ceiling. They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable.

We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175. unbelievable.

Polite, thoughtful and organized office staff (Sasaria). Plus, quick turnaround, and a very experienced plumber who solved my plumbing issues called ahead as requested and arrived on time. I liked his "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" attitude. And when addressing my complicated job, instead of complaining, DAVID was happy for the creative challenge and gave me an intelligent work-around that saved money, time, materials and head ache.

Their prices are competitive and he offered to bid another project in phase and parts, which gave me options to save money. I'll definitely use and recommend them in the future!

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.

They ended up charging me $89 for a "look check", which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.

I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Must say this is the best experience I've ever had dealing with any plumbing issue. The guys were professional, timely and very nice. I will use this company from here on out!

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

They were very responsive when I needed prompt help for a backed-up pipe. They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.

We would never use anyone else! David is a great guy - expert plumber, punctual, a perfectionist and always cheerful - a joy to have in our home even tho we called him to address a messy problem!

I was very impressed with David and his apprentice, Eddie. The bathroom drain and new pipe, and the clean kitchen drain and disposal look nice and operate well, and they did a great job of cleaning and putting everything back just so. Very professional!
