The inspection was thorough and they considered multiple ways to assist with the home staying cool over the summer. Hired for ductwork rework and they worked with us on pricing to align with something we could afford while also maintaining the integrity of the updates needed. They were well-organized when conducting the work and cleaned up after themselves. Overall great service and A/C is working better because of their help. Highly recommend

James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2. They documented everything with lots of photos. I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit.

I had no idea my air conditioning, coils, condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner.

Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

You know the old saying "A real class act"? Well let me tell you, Paul Gloria (the operations manager) is TRULY a class act. In a situation I myself was to blame, Paul maintained a perfectly professional demeanor and handled himself better than I probably would have in his shoes. Admitting I was wrong does not come easy but I am so impresses with Paul's demeanor I have no choice but to tell everyone in Arizona. Convenient Home Services is a great company and I recommend them to everybody.

Our first business with CHS was an energy audit four years ago. We were so impressed with that experience that we chose CHS to be our home heating/cooling service company. Over these years they have continued to provide us with exceptional service. Every member of their team is a courteous friendly professional. A year ago this past Spring, our HVAC system had a major failure. CHS discussed various options with us and ultimately we chose to replace our entire HVAC system with the Rheem/Rudd system CHS recommended for our home.

The CHS team went to work and the new system was up and running soon after our decision to replace it. This system has been a major improvement to our home. It cools much better than the old system and additionally we have realized a substantial reduction in our electrical expense. Chose CHS!

James came out and went over our AC and the flow of air in the house. He was very friendly. However, I was surprised to learn some new things that were not recommended when they first came out. Thermostat in the wrong place and duct work to another room should be redone. Ugh, had I known I would have asked for a quote and had it done when they did the other work they recommended. Waiting now for the estimate.

We initially found this company through SRP's Energy Audit program. They showed up when promised, conducted a thorough audit of our home, prepared and shared with us a comprehensive report of the results. They performed several needed repairs and upgrades to our 60 year old home. They worked around our work schedules, always showed up exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently and every time left the house cleaner than when they arrived!

Our house looks beautiful, is cooler and quieter than ever, and best of all, our last SRP bill was more than $30 less than the same time last year! They are a family-run business and everyone of them was a pleasure to work with. We will surely call them in the future when we need home repairs!

Chris was primarily the guy who helped us out even though the other crew I met were awesome also. My husband and I met him at the Home & Garden show in Phoenix and after buying a 1970's build we knew a thorough home inspection was a must! Chris came in did a thorough exam of our house and wrote up a great report explaining everything that needed attention from the smallest detail to the largest project.

He later came back with a crew and replaced our old air ducts, put in a new return in our master and fixed the attic ladder because it was loose while they used it. We had issues getting our smart thermostat working after everything was installed. Chris came back out to troubleshoot the problem and found out a wire wasn't connected. He fixed it right away with no additional cost. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, professionalism and competitive prices. My husband and I will continue to use their services.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars. The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units.

This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either. The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit.

After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, "Three pounds would not have done anything". This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized. Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

Provided our family with a comprehensive energy audit and gave us some relatively inexpensive and straightforward recommendations to improve our energy use and save on our power bill. Chris and his team were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Wouldn't hire anyone else. This team of professionals glided in and took care of faulty furnace/ air conditioner, leaky ducts, outdated therrmostat, and more. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and worked harder than any group of guys I've ever seen. And boy did they ever pay attention to detail! Great job, guys!

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys! I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented, competent company than CHS. In only two days they completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner. They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them. With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

Courteous, professional, friendly, not pushy, has the customers best interest at heart. That is how I describe Convenient Home Services. James was there from day one of the audit, joined by Paul upon them returning to review the results of their findings. Both were also present for the install and other HVAC related work ( and quite a bit of it- sealing, new ductwork, new return air vents, insulation of the attic, sealing air plenums, ) to our house.

These guys couldn't have been more honest and trustworthy. They did not try and over sell equipment or extra services. They sold what was best for my wife and I and our house. We actually did upgrade equipment after discussing details of each of the units. Install work was scheduled for a 5 am start. At 4:40 am, Five Convenient Home Services vehicles roll up to the house and they are ready with anything the job was going to require. IMPRESSIVE.

Well planned and well scheduled, the team stayed on schedule just as they had said. They put tarps down, wore white suits, and cleaned the house as they went. Always kind and always courteous. I would ask many questions to each of the team members and all were very informative and polite. I would recommend Convenient Home Services as a "Preferred Rudd Retailer" if you have such a thing.

The whole team, from their office staff to their field crew, along with James and Paul, are absolutely the best people in the customer service provider industry I have come across in a long time. With temperatures hovering 112° and the air conditioner non-operational, you must know how much I appreciate your prompt service. These guys are the best! My AC went out middle of summer. Turned out it was a simple cheap part that they were able to obtain for me on a weekend. Highly recommend! Good honest people!

Convenient Home Services did an SRP audit at my home & discovered a couple of problems which I agreed they should fix. The crew was amazing. They made sure I understood everything that was being done & left my home in immaculate condition. Also had sun screens installed & that also went smoothly. Follow-up calls were made to assure that all was exactly as they promised. Would recommend to everyone.

I had the unfortunate experience of a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer. With a new baby and the house unbearable, I was worried about how long it would take to get things fixed. Convenient Home Services responded the same day and was able to take care of all my needs. We were back up and running in no time!

Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show.offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service.so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit.gave us a new air return.fixed our crumpled duct work.sealed it.bringing us up to current requirements.new thermostat.and many other services.

They are always early or definitely on time.in constant communication by phone and email.courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine. Cleaned up after themselves even more than they needed to. The whole crew is AMAZING. Every single one of them. It is very apparent from the moment you meet them they care about YOU the customer.

Not a top dollar sale, or pushing upgrades, but truly making sure you get what is needed to better your home. We could not have asked for better service. Spending several thousand dollars is already a difficult decision but they made it easy. We can already feel an immediate difference in quality and comfort. I have been using CHS for almost five years and I cant say enough great things about their staff and service! One summer my AC was out of Freon and it was 90 degrees in my house upon returning from vacation. It was Sunday and my home warranty company couldnt get anyone out so I call CHS and they came over immediately! They were such life savers and fixed my issue while my small children cooled off in the pool. Thanks CHS!

Wow is all I can say, everyone always tells me that when your ac goes good luck getting someone there right away. Convenient Home Services arrived the very next day(we called at 9pm at night) and worked to fix our ac. They did a great job without a huge bill and now our AC works great! Both the guys that arrived were very respectful and super friendly! Thank you!
