Had a runny toilet in a guest bathroom. Called and they came out and fixed the problem. Plumber was very polite and professional. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Also offered a 1 year warranty on their work. Which gives a little extra piece of mind.

First thing that attracted me to them was the price, 1st estimate was for 8k, second estimate was for 15k, and these guys came and said 4, showed up in 2 days got the work knocked and quick and professionally. They come to do work at my neighbor's house and ran their company van into my trailer that was chained to my truck and when I took pictures and tried to contact them they refused to pay for the damages or even. acknowledged their responsible when I have pictures of their van with their name and phone number on it on the sidewalk in front of my house ran into my trailer very unprofessional I try to resolve it with the guy who answered the number on the van he was just as unprofessional I will be filing a lawsuit

Justin is the man, he same in fixed my sink. He was pleasant, polite, and he cleaned up after he was done . That was the best experience that I've Ive ever had with a plumber and plumber service. Also whoever answered the phone was pretty friendly and nice as well!

Plumber arrived very quickly after i contacted Austin Bryan Plumbing. Plumber gave us price before started repair. Very happy with response time and quality of work.

I called them stating that I needed a plumber to check out sewage under a rental house and needed them that day, he said no problem he should be able to get there around 3pm, as of 5pm still no plumber. I called them back and he said that he was stuck on a job and would get there as soon as he finished that job. I asked him to please call the tenant and let her know when he would be able to get there.

He assured me that he would. Once again, no call and no show. I will not be calling them back. We have several rental properties and they could have received a lot of business from us, but not now!

I own over 100 rental units and use Austin Bryan for all the plumbing work that I don't do myself. I typically use them 4-5 times monthly and I consistently receive prompt service and fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Joey from Austin Bryan Plumbing was the plumber that came to the house, and he was very professional and explained to me everything that he needed to do. He had to replace plumbing pipes from under the house! He got the job done, and it was done right! I will recommend this company to all my friend and family.

I like to support a local business, and will rave about them when they do a great job. Last year I had Austin Bryan Plumbing come out and was happy with their service. Unfortunately not the same experience today. After 3 hours with no one arriving, I called (Eric - owner) and left msg. I received no return call. I called no less than 4 additional times - until after 7pm and sent a text with no response back. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I was forced to call another plumber (and take time off work again for appt.). I was told he's recently had complaints from this same company. Buyer beware!

Knowledge, expertise, customer service, honesty, integrity, and any form of professionalism are COMPLETELY void here. Company was contracted for bathroom remodel--$3200 worth of work done incorrectly, owner did not pull permits as discussed, caused damage to walls/ceiling/newly installed tile in adjacent rooms, allowed a worker to bring a child to job-site who was left unattended, child proceeded to walk the house with a knife cutting/destroying various items, once water was back on the improper installation resulted in flooding. ZERO accountability was taken by the owner who once informed of the issue just outright refused to accept a phone call, claimed he "stopped by house and no one was home" however, my wife works from home-was never away from her office with direct view of front driveway, then finally texting his refusal to correct work or refund invoice amount for correction of job.

After two other BBB accredited plumbing companies inspected installation it was determined not only was work unpermitted, it was not done to code, completely useless and outright ILLEGAL. All work had to be ripped out and completely redone by another contractor, all parts for damage caused to bathtub had to be repurchased, owner left atleast a dozen parts "that were not needed" in the box resulting in a very dangerous installation for which he then denied completing yet made accusations that supplies were not present, and then would not correct, would not reimburse for in any way. Save yourself, hire someone. anyyyyyone. else.

Okay so we called this sorry ____ company we had a drain clog so we called that day no one called till the next day when i called them then eric said he would put us on his list then the day went by not seeing anyone or hearing anything then danuel called and said eric gave him this call about 3:30 and he was on his way well he showed up about 5:30 pm and he was done about 7:30pm now the drain is clogged again 1 1/2 months latter and for 4 days we been sitting in this house like we are in a 3rd world country if you know what i am talking about so if i can give you anything from this DONT use these people they are LIERS.

Austin Bryan Plumbing works on my foreclosed and vacant properties. They also do all of my commercial work as well. Mr. Bryan is always available to me and I appreciate the prompt service. This is a new local company and I'm glad to give them all our business.

I sent these guys out to my mother in laws house to take care of a leaky drain. Not only did they give her a senior discount the price was great! The area they worked in was nice and clean when they was through.
