Independent Construction & Remodel has done two jobs for us so far. They first remodeled a bedroom / bathroom and closet for us. The second job was finishing our entire basement. They have always been very good to work with very helpful in making suggestions. They even went above and beyond when we had record setting rains start flooding into our basement and they helped us plug the drains where water was being forced back into the house. We could not ask for a better partner when doing any sort of construction or remodel.

Recently we bought a home which needed some major renovations. We met with Brian and were more than satisfied with our totally remodeled kitchen including the removal of a wall and installation of a support beam, new appliances, quartz countertops, all new cabinets, installation of an island, new flooring, lighting and a window seat. Last year, we continued renovating our home with ICR and completely rebuilt the master bedroom and bathroom including replacing a window with sliding glass doors for direct deck access.

Now we are in the process of remodeling our guest bathroom with renovations starting early 2021. The professionalism and integrity of this company makes us a return customer. There were never any budget issues and its sub-contractors are top notch. We appreciate working with a long-term established business with a great reputation.

In our unfinished basement they constructed two bedrooms, hallway, and a large walk in closet. We thought that they did an excellent job. They were professional and completed it on the timeline given us and the price quoted.

My husband and I have been using ICR for over ten years. Brian and his crew have remodeled our basement completely including a bathroom and a wet bar. Next was a complete gut and rebuild of our kitchen. Then the master bathroom and just this spring the family hall bathroom. Brian also replaced all the doors in our home and added lighting to the garage. Always on time and on budget. No surprises.
