After a 10 minute conversation with the owner Chad before he even gave me a bid, I had already made up my mind A&L was going to install a new sliding patio door for me. Shawn was very flexible on the scheduling side trying to dodge January weather. Mike and Brayden performed the installation and were top notch. You read horror stories every day of contractors destroying peoples houses.

These guys were extremely professional and explained every step of the process to put me at ease. When it comes time for new windows, A&L Home Improvement will be the only call I make!

Excellent! Got 3 bids for all windows and doors replaced - crazy difference in the bids - Told Chad what my dream project was and my budget and he made it happen! My home is gorgeous, no joke! I am so happy- my custom kitchen window is my favorite. The insulation crew were highly skilled, Shawn, Mike and Brayden, professional, nice, ON TIME (that like never happens) - respectful of my clients, animals and myself. I recently needed a window fixed and wasn't sure if I needed to replace the entire window or only replace what was broken. I had the pleasure to work with David and he was great. After he checked my window, he called me and informed me that all I needed to do was replace the clips of the window. He provided me a quote and then I was scheduled to fix the window.

I like the fact that he was honest and didn't just quote to replace the entire window like other companies I've called. It makes a difference when they have your best interest in mind.

Shawn, Mike & Braiden installed 12 windows for us this month. They did an amazing job! Always on time, great communication, clean, respectful, animal friendly, not creepy. They worked quickly but payed attention to detail. I also have to give compliments to Tina for being super helpful if I had questions or needed another receipt. I would highly recommend this company but especially this crew. My mom will be using this company/crew in the future. These days its hard to find hard working, kind, quality work.

John, Bryan, and Brayden did a great job installing my new door going outside. The glass had broken on my previous door and they available before the initial estimate and gave me a great recommendation on my product. They left no stone unturned and constantly reassessed for any missing parts, creases or problems with the new door. Would definitely use again. Hard to come by decent home improvement specialists.

I had A&L install a new glass shower door for me last week. They did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased. The quality of the door is excellent and the workmanship could not be better. The two men (Bill and David) who installed the door were friendly and efficient and very good natured.

Stopped in to ask where to find obscure clips for sides of tilt windows. Had previously had no luck with Lowes and Home Depot. A glass company rep had recommended stopping by A&L.
